The first linkage rod 7 is connected with the eccentric shaft 18 and the first sliding block 19 in a rotating way, the acting force in the axial rotation of the gear 8 is transmitted to the first sliding block 19 in an eccentric rotation way, the first sliding block 19 is combined with the ribs 21 to support the soft cushion 6, the acting force of the reciprocating deflection of the first linkage rod 7 acts on the first sliding block 19 to enable the first sliding block 19 to slide reciprocally, the interval between the ribs 21 is adjusted, the soft cushion 6 is formed into a flat plate, or the soft cushion 6 is formed into a curved plate with a plurality of concave surfaces, wherein the soft cushion 6 is used for sliding materials in the flat plate state, the soft cushion 6 is used for preventing further sliding of raw material particles under a curved plate turntable, and the raw material particles are sent to one side of the roller 3 in a regular way, so that stacking is avoided.
