It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the application described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Along with the development of science and technology, the infusion process can be completed by infusion equipment, and the infusion equipment can accurately control the infusion drop number or infusion flow rate, so that the accurate and safe dosage can be ensured to enter the body of a patient.
When using an infusion device, infusion parameters are typically set by a healthcare worker, and the infusion device operates in accordance with the infusion parameters. In the patient transferring scenario, the infusion device used by the patient needs to be replaced, and this requires stopping the operation of the infusion device before transferring, taking out the medical solution therein, and placing the medical solution in the infusion device after transferring. After medical staff sets up corresponding parameter to the infusion equipment after transferring, the infusion equipment after transferring operates according to the parameter that medical staff set up, leads to the lower problem of infusion efficiency.
In the application, the infusion parameters are stored in the sender device, namely the infusion device before transferring, so that the infusion parameters can be sent to the receiver device, namely the infusion device after transferring, and the receiver device can acquire the infusion parameters and then can operate according to the infusion parameters, so that medical staff is not required to manually set the infusion parameters, the infusion efficiency is effectively improved, and the accuracy of the infusion parameters is ensured.
The execution main body of the infusion information transmission method is infusion equipment, and the infusion equipment can be an infusion pump, a syringe pump, an infusion pump such as a micro-push pump and an analgesic pump, and an infusion system. The infusion system may include multiple infusion pumps and/or syringe pumps, and the different infusion pumps or syringe pumps may or may not infuse the same drug, as the application is not limited thereto.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an infusion device provided by the present application, which may be a sender device. As shown in fig. 1, the infusion device 10 includes a medical fluid drive unit 11, a housing 12, a communication unit 13, a storage unit 14, and a processor 15 disposed within the housing, and a display unit 16 and an information input unit 17 disposed on the housing 12. The liquid medicine driving means 11 may be disposed on the housing 12, in the housing 12, or at least partially disposed in the housing 12 (fig. 1 only shows that the liquid medicine driving means 11 may be disposed on the housing 12, the positional relationship between the liquid medicine driving means 11 and the housing 12 is not limited, and may be determined according to practical situations), the information input means 17 may be a key, an input keyboard, or the like, and the display means 16 and the information input means 17 may be implemented by using touch screens.
The processor 15 performs the following operations:
The liquid medicine driving device 11 is controlled to push out the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine accommodating device according to the set infusion parameters, and the liquid medicine accommodating device can be installed in the sender equipment.
Generating infusion information, the infusion information including infusion parameters;
the infusion information is sent to the recipient device via the communication means 13 based on the communication connection established by the communication means 13 with the recipient device.
It should be noted that the infusion information further includes one or more of history log information, patient information, and verification information.
It should be noted that, the communication connection established between the sender device and the receiver device includes that the sender device is directly connected with the receiver device, and the sender device is connected with the receiver device through the transit device.
The processor 15 controls the communication means 13 to establish a communication connection with the receiver device according to the set communication connection mode.
The receiving device may be a receiving infusion device, or may be a transfer device such as a workstation or a mobile terminal.
The communication device 13 in the sender device may send the infusion information in a broadcast manner, or may determine the sending target, that is, the receiver device, and further send the infusion information in a directional manner according to preset sending information or a setting of a medical care person, or may send the infusion information in a combination of broadcast sending and directional sending. The embodiment of the application does not limit the mode of transmitting the infusion information, and can be selected according to actual conditions.
The infusion information may be information preset in the sender device by the medical staff, or information currently used by the sender device, and the like.
Before or during patient transfer, medical staff can set up the sender device through network, server, etc. or directly set up the sender device, set up the connection information, the connection information can include the identification code or the receiving address, etc. of the receiver device, the communication device of the sender device establishes communication connection with the receiver device according to the connection information set up. Of course, the receiver device may also perform corresponding settings, including opening a data transmission channel, opening a parameter docking switch, etc., as required. Further, in order to improve the security of data transmission, the medical staff may set the sender device and the receiver device through a network, a server, or the like, or the medical staff of the sender and the receiver may set the sender device and the receiver device respectively, including connection information, authentication information, identification information, and the like. For example, one or more of authentication information, identification information, an identification code or a reception address of a receiver device, etc. may be set on a sender device, and one or more of matching information, identification information, an identification code or a reception address of a sender device, etc. may be set on a receiver device.
In the case where the sender device transmits the infusion information by broadcasting, the communication device in the receiver device receives the infusion information broadcast by the sender device, and the processor of the receiver device may match the infusion information received by the communication device in the receiver device using the matching information. Specifically, the infusion information may include verification information, and the receiver device may determine whether the matching is successful according to whether the matching information is identical to or matches the verification information. For example, a processor in the receiver device determines whether the acquired matching information and the received verification information are identical or matched, if they are identical or matched, the matching is determined to be successful, and if they are not identical or matched, the matching is determined to be failed. The matching information may be pre-stored in the storage means of the receiving device or entered by the healthcare worker through the information input means.
In addition, the sender device may also find the confirmation receiver device by broadcasting. Specifically, the communication device 13 of the sender device may first send the target device searching request in a broadcast manner, and the communication device of the receiver device may return the connection establishment request to the sender device, and after the handshake between the two parties is successful, the communication connection between the communication device 13 of the sender device and the communication device of the receiver device may be established. Further, in order to improve the security of data transmission, the sender device and the receiver device may perform matching verification before establishing a communication connection. Matching verification can be performed through the matching information and the verification information, the target equipment searching request can comprise the matching information, the connection establishment request can comprise the verification information, and communication connection can be established by the communication devices of the two parties only after the processors of the two parties are successfully verified respectively. Specifically, the sender device or the receiver device may determine whether the matching is successful according to whether the matching information is identical to or matches the authentication information. For example, a processor in the receiver device determines whether the acquired matching information and the received verification information are identical or matched, if they are identical or matched, the matching is determined to be successful, and if they are not identical or matched, the matching is determined to be failed. The matching information and the verification information can be respectively stored in the sending and infusing equipment and the receiving equipment, and can also be input by medical staff through an information input device.
When matching is successful, the processor in the receiving device can control the receiving device to operate according to the infusion parameters in the received infusion information when the installed liquid medicine is detected by the liquid medicine detection device, and medical staff is not required to manually set the infusion parameters. If the transmission method of the infusion information by the sender device is broadcast transmission, the Communication device 13 in the sender device is an NFC transmission device and the Communication device in the receiver device is an NFC reception device if the transmission is performed by near field Communication (NEAR FIELD Communication, abbreviated as NFC). When the NFC transmitting device is close to the NFC receiving device, the NFC receiving device may receive the infusion information transmitted by the NFC transmitting device.
If the radio frequency identification (Radio Frequency Identification, abbreviated as RFID) is adopted for transmission, the communication device 13 in the sender device is an RFID electronic tag, and the communication device in the receiver device is an RFID reader. When the RFID electronic tag is close to the RFID reader, the RFID electronic tag can generate induced current to activate, so that infusion information can be sent, and the RFID reader can receive the infusion information sent by the RFID electronic tag.
If the communication device 13 in the sender device is an infrared transmitting device, the communication device in the receiver device is an infrared receiving device. When the infrared transmitting device is close to the infrared receiving device, the infrared receiving device can receive the infusion information transmitted by the infrared transmitting device.
If the Zigbee (Zigbee) transmission is adopted, the communication device 13 in the sender device is a Zigbee transmission device, and the communication device in the receiver device is a Zigbee reception device. When the Zigbee transmitting device is close to the Zigbee receiving device, the Zigbee receiving device may receive the infusion information sent by the Zigbee transmitting device.
If Ultra Wide Band (UWB) transmission is adopted, the communication device 13 in the sender device is a UWB transmission device, and the communication device in the receiver device is a UWB reception device. When the UWB transmitting device is in proximity to the UWB receiving device, the UWB receiving device may receive the infusion information transmitted by the UWB transmitting device. The embodiment of the application does not limit the sending mode and can be selected according to actual conditions.
The sender device further comprises a position detection means 18 arranged in the housing 12, which, in case the sender device sends the infusion information in a directional transmission, may trigger the infusion information sending operation according to the connection and/or the positional relationship of the sender device and the receiver device. For example, the processor 15 in the sender device may establish a communication connection with the communication means in the receiver device according to the connection information when the separation distance between the sender device and the receiver device is smaller than the preset separation distance based on the current location information of the sender device detected by the location detection means 18 in the sender device or the detected distance to the receiver device, and the communication means in the receiver device may receive the infusion information transmitted by the communication means 13 in the sender device. Here, the location detecting device 18 of the sender device may detect the current location of the sender device, and the processor 15 of the sender device may calculate the distance to the receiver device by combining the preset location information of the receiver device, or may directly detect the distance to the receiver device by the sender device. The communication means 13 in the receiver device may also use the matching information to match-verify the verification information in the received infusion information when the infusion information is received. After the matching verification is successful, the processor in the receiving device monitors the installed liquid medicine through the liquid medicine detection device, and can control the receiving device to operate according to the infusion parameters in the infusion information without manually setting the infusion parameters by medical staff.
If the sender device transmits the infusion information in a directional transmission manner, the communication device 13 in the sender device is a bluetooth transmitting device, the communication device in the receiver device is a bluetooth receiving device, and the connection information is a bluetooth identifier of the receiver device. When the interval distance is smaller than the preset interval distance, the Bluetooth transmitting device establishes communication connection with the Bluetooth receiving device according to the Bluetooth identifier, and the Bluetooth receiving device can receive the infusion information transmitted by the Bluetooth transmitting device.
If the communication device 13 in the sender device is a lan transmission device, the communication device in the receiver device is a lan receiving device, and the connection information is an internet protocol (Internet Protocol, abbreviated as IP) address of the receiver device. When the interval distance is smaller than the preset interval distance, the local area network transmitting device establishes communication connection with the local area network receiving device according to the IP address, and the local area network receiving device can receive the infusion information transmitted by the local area network transmitting device. The embodiment of the application does not limit the sending mode and can be selected according to actual conditions.
It should be noted that, the timing of triggering the sender device to send the infusion information may be that the processor 15 determines that after the communication device 13 establishes a communication connection with the receiver device, the sending of the infusion information is triggered when the communication connection is established or when a preset time passes after the communication connection is established. It is also possible that the processor 15 determines to trigger the transmission of the infusion information based on the detection information of the position detection means 18. The processor 15 may specifically trigger the transmission of the infusion information according to one or more of the following judgment conditions, where the judgment may include judging that the sender device is in the transfer process according to the detection information of the position detection device 18, judging that the sender device enters the hospital range to which the receiver device belongs, and judging that the distance between the sender device and the receiver device satisfies the preset condition, for example, that the distance between the sender and the receiver is smaller than the preset distance threshold value, etc. The processor 15 may trigger the transmission of the infusion information in response to the information transmission confirmation command received by the display device 16 or the information input device 17. Further, a combination of the above trigger occasions is also possible. The embodiment of the application does not limit the mode of triggering the sender equipment to send the infusion information, and can be selected according to actual conditions.
For the manner in which the processor 15 triggers the transmission of the infusion information, the communication device 13 of the sender device may first send the target device search request in a broadcast manner, and the communication device of the receiver device may return the connection establishment request to the sender device, and after the handshake between the two parties is successful, a communication connection may be established between the communication device of the sender device and the communication device of the receiver device, so as to trigger the transmission of the infusion information.
For the manner that the processor 15 determines that the infusion device is in the transferring process according to the detection information of the position detection device 18, it may be that the position detection device 18 in the sender device transmits the position information to the processor 15, the processor 15 may acquire the position information of the sender device, when the processor 15 monitors that the position information changes, further monitors in real time whether the position change distance is greater than a preset distance threshold, that is, whether the distance between the processor 15 and the original department or the starting position is greater than the preset distance threshold, and when the distance between the processor 15 and the original department or the starting position is greater than the preset distance threshold, it may be determined that the infusion device is currently in the transferring process. The preset distance threshold range may be greater than or equal to 5m and less than or equal to 20m, for example, the preset distance threshold may be 5m, or may be 10m, 15m, or the like.
The processor 15 in the sender device may also determine by other means that the sender device is in the process of transferring, thereby triggering the sending of the infusion information.
The processor 15 in the sender device may also determine that the sender device is currently in the process of transferring, and may further include a speed sensor in the sender device, where the speed sensor in the sender device may transmit the collected speed information to the processor 15, and the processor 13 determines whether the sender device is in the process of transferring according to the monitored speed information, including according to one or more of the monitored speed, speed change, and acceleration.
Specifically, the processor 15 may determine that the transfer is in progress based on the monitored speed, and when the current speed is monitored to be greater than a preset first speed threshold. Further, the processor 15 may also determine that the transfer state is not determined when the time length of detecting that the current speed is greater than the preset first speed threshold is greater than the preset first time threshold. The first speed threshold may be in a range of greater than or equal to 3.5km/h. Further, the first speed threshold may have a range of values greater than or equal to 4.6 km/h.
Or the processor 15 may compare the monitored speed change with a preset speed judgment condition, where the preset speed judgment condition may include one or more of a change curve, a change rule, a change feature, and the like of the speed, and when the current speed change is monitored to meet the preset speed judgment condition, the process is judged to be in the transfer process. For example, the rate of change may be a rate of increase from 0 to greater than or equal to a preset first rate threshold and remain at greater than or equal to a preset second rate threshold, or the rate of change may be a rate of increase from 0 to greater than or equal to a preset second rate threshold, decreasing to 0 after a period of time, and thereafter increasing from 0 to greater than or equal to a preset second rate threshold, so repeatedly, but without the time interval between two adjacent increases from 0 to greater than or equal to a preset second rate threshold exceeding the second duration threshold. The second speed threshold is less than the first speed threshold. The first speed threshold value range may be greater than or equal to 3.5km/h, the second speed threshold value range may be greater than or equal to 2.5km/h, and the second duration threshold value range may be greater than or equal to 5s and less than or equal to 180s. Further, the first speed threshold may have a value range greater than or equal to 4.6 km/h, the second speed threshold may have a value range greater than or equal to 3.6 km/h, and the second duration threshold may have a value range greater than or equal to 10s and less than or equal to 120s. Of course, the specific speed threshold and duration threshold may be set according to actual conditions.
Or the processor 15 may compare the monitored acceleration with a preset acceleration judgment condition, where the preset acceleration judgment adjustment may include one or more of a change curve, a change rule, a change feature, and the like of the acceleration, and when the monitored acceleration change meets the preset acceleration judgment condition, the process of transportation is judged. For example, the processor 15 may determine that the transfer is in progress when the processor 15 detects that the change in acceleration increases from 0 to greater than or equal to a predetermined acceleration threshold and decreases to 0, and so on and so forth, for a duration greater than a predetermined first time threshold. The range of the preset acceleration threshold value can be more than or equal to minus 1.6m/s 2 and less than or equal to 1.6m/s 2. Further, the range of the preset acceleration threshold value can be larger than or equal to-1.4 m/s 2 and smaller than or equal to 1.4m/s 2.
Of course, the processor 15 may also determine that the transfer is in progress in conjunction with the speed and the change in speed, or in conjunction with the speed and the acceleration. For example, the processor 15 may determine that the transfer is in progress based on the monitored speed exceeding a preset third speed threshold, the speed change being less than a preset speed change threshold or the acceleration change being less than a preset acceleration change threshold.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the mode that the sender device determines that the sender device is currently in the transferring process, and may be selected according to actual situations.
The embodiment of the application does not limit the preset distance threshold value, the preset speed threshold value, the preset acceleration threshold value and the preset acceleration change threshold value, and can be set according to actual conditions.
