Road surface breakage can have deleterious effects on vehicle travel speed, load carrying capacity, fuel consumption, mechanical wear, ride comfort, traffic safety, environmental protection, and the like. Technical measures taken to prevent and treat road surface damage and maintain good technical conditions on the road surface are commonly called highway pavement maintenance. Highway pavement maintenance includes pellet pavement maintenance, asphalt (residual) pavement maintenance and cement concrete pavement maintenance.
The current maintenance vehicle mainly cleans and sprays water for maintenance of asphalt pavement, and when the current maintenance vehicle sprays water, the spraying area is fixed, namely the width of a spraying device is fixed and can not be adjusted, so that for the road pavement with larger width, the working intensity is high, the working efficiency is low, repeated spraying water cleaning is needed, and for the road with smaller width, the spraying device with fixed specification can not smoothly pass through, furthermore, the current vehicle-mounted maintenance comprehensive device has single function, when the road pavement is required to be simply repaired when the road pavement is cracked, the additional maintenance device is required to carry out joint repairing operation, thus time and labor are wasted, the cost is increased, meanwhile, the road maintenance efficiency is reduced, therefore, the current vehicle-mounted maintenance comprehensive device and method are needed, the width of a spraying mechanism can be adjusted, meanwhile, the smaller crack can be repaired, when the road pavement is subjected to flat compaction, the road pavement can be further subjected to asphalt spraying, the convex ridge can be cured in a short time, the road pavement is prevented from being damaged greatly, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the service life of the road is prolonged.
