A. D. The tool which is matched with the shape of the adjusting hole 21 is used for extending into the adjusting hole 21 and rotating, so that the connecting rod 14 descends, the bottom plates of the water permeable bricks 4 are adjusted to be in contact with the upper surface of the particle layer 2, the upper surfaces of the water permeable bricks are flush, when the upper surfaces of the water permeable bricks are flush but the lower surfaces of the bottom plates are not in contact with the particle layer 2, or when the lower surfaces of the water permeable bricks are in contact with the particle layer 2 but the upper surfaces of the water permeable bricks are not flush, the connecting rod 14 can be rotated, the water permeable bricks 4 ascend, and the thickness of the particle layer 2 is readjusted to realize the adjustment of the water permeable bricks 4;
E. filling the grid 12 with a particulate filler 6;
F. The method comprises the steps that a plurality of water permeable bricks 4 are spliced in sequence according to the shape of a garden road to form a garden road surface which is matched with the shape of the garden road, so that the inner side wall of the inner side plate of one water permeable brick 4 in each two adjacent water permeable bricks 4 contacts the outer side wall of the outer side plate of the other water permeable brick 4, when the paved garden road is in a bent shape or a bifurcation, the central connecting line of the inner side plate and the outer side plate 8 of one water permeable brick 4 of the adjacent two water permeable bricks 4 needing to be bent or the bifurcation is adjusted, and the central connecting line of the inner side plate and the outer side plate 8 of the other water permeable brick 4 is in an included angle state, so that the garden road surface at the bent shape or the bifurcation can be paved; when the paved garden road is in a straight line shape, the central connecting line of the inner side plate 8 and the outer side plate 8 of one of every two adjacent water permeable bricks 4 is in the same straight line with the central connecting line of the inner side plate 8 and the outer side plate 8 of the other water permeable brick 4, and then the straight line-shaped garden road surface can be paved.
The rotation direction of the integral internal threads on the inner peripheral wall of the positioning tube 19, the inner ring surface of the limiting ring 18 and the inner peripheral wall of the positioning cylinder 15 is consistent with the rotation direction of the threads of the threaded counter bore.

Because the frame 5 of the water permeable brick 4 forming the pavement layer 3 of the invention is provided with the first water permeable holes 9, the grid 12 is provided with the second water permeable holes 13, and the grid 12 is internally provided with the particle filling 6 and has stacking holes, the water permeable brick of the invention has strong water permeability, and water can permeate the pavement layer 3 formed by the water permeable brick 4 of the invention and cannot remain above the pavement no matter whether the water is rained or the water is sprayed in gardens.
Because gardens need to be planted with trees and flowers and grass, soil is the soil, soil is inevitably dropped on a road surface due to the fact that pedestrians step on or other reasons, after the water permeable brick is used for a period of time, the water permeable brick 4 forming the water permeable brick is cleaned to prevent the soil from blocking holes, during cleaning, a tool which is matched with the shape of the adjusting holes 21 is used for extending into the adjusting holes 21 and rotating so as to enable the connecting rods 14 to ascend, the fixing rings 22 of the connecting rods 14 support the positioning rings 11 so as to enable the water permeable brick 4 to ascend, a space is reserved between the lower surface of the frame 5 and the particle layer 2, then a water gun or a water pipe is used for flushing the particle filler 6 in the frame 5, and meanwhile, a rubber hammer is used for hammering the frame 5, so that the particle filler 6 is sprung up due to the vibration of the frame 5, and the soil in the holes flows out of the first water permeable holes 9 due to the fact that the soil is flushed down by water flow until the water permeable brick 4 is completely flushed. And then cleaning other water permeable bricks 4 according to the same method until the whole pavement is cleaned, the flushed water does not impact the compacted soil layer 1, but flows out from the pores of the particle layer 2, a part of the flushed soil can remain in the particle layer 2 and is filled in the lower part of the compacted soil layer 1, and the pores of the particle layer 2 are blocked, so that the possibility that the compacted soil layer 1 is soaked in water and is soft due to water stored on the surface in the subsequent use process is reduced. The layered structure formed after the particle layer 2 is filled and blocked by soil is more stable and smoother, and the smoothness and the decoration of the garden pavement are further ensured.
Finally, a tool with the shape corresponding to the adjusting hole 21 is used for extending into the adjusting hole 21 and rotating, so that the connecting rod 14 descends to restore the garden pavement, and the water permeability of the garden pavement is recovered.
The thickness of the particle layer is 5-10 mm, the height of the grid 12 is 30-50 mm, the diameter of the circle where the side plate is positioned is not more than 2m, compared with the splicing and paving of small bricks in the prior art, because the thickness of the invention is small, the single permeable brick is in a sheet shape, the paving area is larger, the used materials are fewer, the paving is quicker, and compared with the existing rammed soil layer and block permeable brick, the invention is in split paving, and the physical strength of constructors is more saved.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and various modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention, i.e., the scope of the disclosure.

Claims (7)

The water permeable brick (4) comprises a crescent frame (5) and particle fillers (6), the frame (5) comprises a bottom plate (7) and an inner side plate and an outer side plate (8), the inner side plate and the outer side plate (8) are arc-shaped strip plate bodies with consistent bending directions, two ends of the inner side plate and the outer side plate (8) are respectively connected to form crescent frames, the bottom plate (7) is connected to the lower ends of the inner side plate and the outer side plate (8) together, first water permeable holes (9) are uniformly distributed on the bottom plate (7) and the inner side plate (8), a plurality of connecting cylinders (10) positioned in the frame (5) are arranged on the bottom plate (7) in a penetrating manner, grids (12) are arranged in the frame (5) outside the connecting cylinders (10), second water permeable holes (13) are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of each grid of the grids (12), and the particle fillers (6) are filled in the grids of the grids (12).
The positioning mechanism which penetrates through the particle layer (2) downwards and stretches into the rammed soil layer (1) is connected above the particle layer (2), and when a plurality of water permeable bricks (4) are spliced, the inner side plate of one water permeable brick (4) in every two adjacent water permeable bricks (4) contacts the outer side plate of the other water permeable brick (4);
The diameter of the circle of the inner side wall of the inner side plate is equal to that of the circle of the outer side wall of the outer side plate;
The positioning mechanism comprises a connecting rod (14) and a positioning cylinder (15), wherein the lower end of the positioning cylinder (15) is connected with a cone (16) with a downward tip, a fin plate (17) is arranged on the peripheral wall of the positioning cylinder (15), the fin plate (17) and the cone (16) extend into a rammed soil layer (1), the upper end of the positioning cylinder (15) is coaxially connected with a limiting ring (18) positioned in a particle layer (2), the upper surface of the limiting ring (18) is connected with a coaxial positioning tube (19), the positioning tube (19) extends into the connecting cylinder (10), a positioning ring (11) positioned above the positioning tube (19) is connected to the inner peripheral wall of the connecting cylinder (10), the positioning tube (19) is in sliding contact with the connecting cylinder (10), and an integral inner thread is arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the positioning tube (19), the inner peripheral surface of the limiting ring (18) and the inner peripheral wall of the positioning cylinder (15), and the lower part of the connecting rod (14) penetrates through the positioning ring (11) in the connecting cylinder (10), the positioning tube (19) and the positioning tube (18) are connected with the positioning tube (11) by threads;

A garden pavement according to claim 1, characterized in that the shape of the grating (12) corresponds to the shape of the frame (5), the upper end of the grating (12) is flush with the upper end of the connecting cylinder (10), and the upper plane of the particle filler (6) is flush with the upper end of the grating (12).

B. firstly, fixing a positioning cylinder (15) in a rammed earth layer, enabling a limiting ring (18) and a positioning pipe (19) to be exposed out of the rammed earth layer (1), paving a particle layer (2) on the rammed earth layer (1), enabling the upper surface of the particle layer (2) to be flush with the upper surface of the limiting ring (18), separating a connecting rod (14) of a positioning mechanism from a positioning plate (20), and enabling the connecting rod (14) of the positioning mechanism to be in threaded connection with the positioning pipe (19);
C. Paving water permeable bricks (4), sleeving the lower parts of the connecting cylinders (10) outside the corresponding positioning pipes (19), enabling the upper ends of the connecting rods (14) to pass through the positioning rings (11), then placing the positioning plates (20) in the connecting cylinders (10), enabling the connecting pipes (23) to extend into the connecting holes, and connecting the positioning plates (20) with the connecting rods (14) by using bolts;
D. A tool with the shape corresponding to the adjusting hole (21) is used for extending into the adjusting hole (21) and rotating, so that the connecting rod (14) descends, the bottom plates of the water permeable bricks (4) are adjusted to be contacted with the upper surface of the particle layer (2), and the upper surfaces of the water permeable bricks are level;
E. Filling the grid (12) with a particulate filler (6);
F. The method comprises the steps of splicing a plurality of water permeable bricks (4) according to the shape of a garden road to form a garden road surface corresponding to the shape of the garden road, enabling the inner side wall of the inner side plate of one water permeable brick (4) in each two adjacent water permeable bricks (4) to contact the outer side wall of the outer side plate of the other water permeable brick (4), and adjusting the central connecting line of the inner side plate and the outer side plate (8) of one water permeable brick (4) of the adjacent two water permeable bricks (4) needing to turn or branch when the paved garden road is curved or branched, wherein the central connecting line of the inner side plate and the outer side plate (8) of the adjacent two water permeable bricks (4) and the central connecting line of the inner side plate (8) of the other water permeable brick (4) are in an included angle state, so that the garden road surface at a curved or branched opening can be paved; when the paved garden road is in a straight line, the central connecting line of the inner side plate and the outer side plate (8) of one of every two adjacent water permeable bricks (4) is in the same straight line with the central connecting line of the inner side plate and the outer side plate (8) of the other water permeable brick (4), and then the straight-line garden road surface can be paved.
7. The method for paving a garden pavement according to claim 6, wherein the rotation direction of the integral internal threads on the inner peripheral wall of the positioning tube (19), the inner peripheral surface of the limiting ring (18) and the inner peripheral wall of the positioning cylinder (15) is consistent with the rotation direction of the threads of the threaded counter bore.
