Detailed Description
Further advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present invention, which is described by the following specific examples.
It should be understood that the structures, proportions, sizes, etc. shown in the drawings are for illustration purposes only and should not be construed as limiting the invention to the extent that it can be practiced, since modifications, changes in the proportions, or otherwise, used in the practice of the invention, are not intended to be critical to the essential characteristics of the invention, but are intended to fall within the spirit and scope of the invention. Also, the terms such as "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle", and the like are used herein for descriptive purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention for which the invention may be practiced or for which the relative relationships may be altered or modified without materially altering the technical context.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of a methanol fuel bilge water transfer system includes a methanol bilge water tank 20, a first conduit 41, a second conduit 42, and a transfer pump 30; the first pipe 41 communicates with the methanol fuel leak 10, the transfer pump 30 and the methanol bilge water tank 20 in sequence, and the second pipe 42 communicates with the methanol bilge water tank 20, the transfer pump 30 and the methanol drain in sequence.
Normally, the methanol fuel leaking at the methanol fuel leak 10 is transported by the transfer pump 30 via a first pipe 41 to the methanol bilge water tank 20. When the ship travels to a predetermined position, the methanol fuel in the methanol bilge water compartment 20 is transferred to the methanol drain port through the second pipe 42 by the transfer pump 30, and the methanol fuel in the methanol bilge water compartment 20 is discharged to a predetermined area. The methanol fuel bilge water transfer system has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation, and can reliably collect methanol fuel at a methanol leakage position on a ship and safely discharge the methanol fuel to a preset place outside the ship in a satisfactory manner.
In the present embodiment, the first conduit 41 and the second conduit 42 share the transfer pump 30. Wherein the second conduit 42 between the transfer pump 30 and the methanol bilge water compartment 20 is provided with a second valve 63 and the first conduit 41 between the transfer pump 30 and the methanol bilge water compartment 20 is provided with a third valve 64. Specifically, when it is desired to collect the methanol fuel at the methanol fuel leak 10, the second valve 63 is closed, the third valve 64 is opened, the transfer pump 30 is started, and the methanol fuel at the methanol fuel leak 10 is collected to the methanol bilge water compartment 20 via the second pipe 42. When it is desired to drain the methanol fuel from the methanol bilge water compartment 20, the third valve 64 is closed, the second valve 63 is opened, the transfer pump 30 is started, and the methanol fuel from the methanol bilge water compartment 20 is drained from the methanol drain via the first pipe 41.
The methanol drain includes a sea drain 53, or/and a shore connection to an onshore recovery facility. When the ship travels to the sea area allowed by the regulations, the ship can be directly discharged through the sea outlet 53; when the ship is on shore, the ship can be connected with the on-shore recovery equipment through the shore connection. The port joint 51 and the starboard port joint 52 are included.
The methanol leakage part comprises a methanol preparation room 11, or/and a methanol fuel cabin joint part 12, or/and a methanol fuel delivery pump part 13. Wherein, the methanol preparation room 11 is provided with methanol equipment such as a methanol supply unit, and the interface of the equipment is easy to leak methanol fuel; the methanol fuel tank joint 12 is arranged at the upper part of the methanol fuel storage tank, and an inlet and outlet pipe joint of the methanol fuel storage tank, a liquid level sensor 66 and the like are arranged in the methanol fuel tank joint, and methanol can easily leak from the joint; the methanol delivery pump is used for lightering methanol fuel from the methanol fuel storage cabin into the methanol fuel daily cabinet, and methanol can easily leak at the interface of the equipment.
The methanol fuel bilge water transfer system further comprises a third pipeline 43 for communicating the methanol bilge water tank 20 and the sea drain 53, and a first valve 61 is arranged between the methanol bilge water tank 20 and the sea drain 53. In this embodiment, the sea chest 53 is located below the methanol bilge 20. In order to facilitate control of the methanol fuel discharge in the methanol bilge water compartment 20, a fourth valve 65 is further provided at the outlet of the methanol bilge water compartment 20, to which the third pipe 43 and the second pipe 42 are connected. Thus, the fourth valve 65 is opened, and the first valve 61 is opened, so that the methanol fuel in the methanol bottom water tank can automatically flow out of the ship through the sea port 53.
In order to avoid the methanol fuel at the drain port from flowing back to the bilge tank 20, a check valve 62 is provided at the junction of the second pipe 42 and the third pipe 43 near the transfer pump 30. Of course, a check valve 62 may also be provided at the sea port 53. In actual engineering, the first valve 61, the second valve 63, the third valve 64 and the fourth valve 65 may be remote control butterfly valves. In order to facilitate timely understanding of the current methanol fuel collection or drainage situation, a liquid level sensor 66 for measuring the liquid level of the methanol fuel is arranged at the methanol bilge water cabin 20, and a pressure gauge 67 for measuring pressure is further arranged in front of and behind the transfer pump 30.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention and its effectiveness, and are not intended to limit the invention. Modifications and variations may be made to the above-described embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications and variations of the invention be covered by the claims, which are within the ordinary skill of the art, be within the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.
