For example, if the user wants to update the message displayed by the designated electronic card, the designated electronic card is the target electronic card 12, the user needs to log in the client for controlling the target electronic card on the control device 11, input the update data of the target electronic card 12, the control device 11 sends the update data to the server 13, the server 13 forwards the update data to the target electronic card 12, and the target electronic card 12 can receive and display the update data.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described control devices or servers are merely examples, and that other existing or future-occurring control devices or servers, as applicable to the present disclosure, are also intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure and are incorporated herein by reference.
The interaction between the control device 11, the server 13, the target electronic card 12 in the message data processing system will be described below with reference to the architecture diagram shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, a signaling diagram between devices in a message data processing system according to an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps S201 to S208 in an implementation process.
Step S201: the control device 11 responds to the message update operation to obtain update data, where the update data includes the updated target message and a target message identifier corresponding to the target message.
By way of example, the target message is a message that the user needs to update that is different from the message currently displayed by the target electronic card; the target message identification refers to a unique identifying flag that the target message has.
Illustratively, the target message identification includes, but is not limited to, a character and a string of characters.
Step S202: the control device 11 sends the update data to the server 13.
Step S203: the server 13 stores a first correspondence of card numbers and internet protocol addresses IP addresses of electronic cards.
Exemplary card numbers include, but are not limited to: one or more of a device identification of the electronic card, a staff number of an employee to which the electronic card corresponds, and a location where the electronic card is located.
Illustratively, the employee number is the number of the employee using the electronic card. Illustratively, the location of the electronic card is the particular location at which the electronic card is disposed. Illustratively, the location of the electronic card includes, but is not limited to, the particular window location where the electronic card is disposed, the particular geographic location where the electronic card is disposed.
In an alternative implementation, if the card number does not include the device identification of the electronic card, the device identification of the electronic card is bound to the card number corresponding to the electronic card. When the user triggers the message updating operation, the message updating operation can be triggered by the target card number of the target electronic card, and also can be triggered by the equipment identifier corresponding to the target electronic card, so that the operation of the user is more convenient.
Illustratively, in the counter service window area of the bank, assuming that the device number of the electronic card 1 is 001, the electronic card 1 corresponds to the employee 08, and the position of the electronic card 1 is window 2, then the card number of the electronic card 1 is 001 or 08 or window 2.
The internet protocol address IP address of the electronic card may be a wide area network IP address or a local area network IP address, for example.
In an alternative implementation, the first correspondence between the card number stored in the server and the IP address of the electronic card is obtained after the electronic card is registered.
For example, when the target electronic card is started for the first time, the target electronic card automatically performs a registration operation, and registration information (the registration information includes the number of the target card and the IP address of the target electronic card) is sent to the server, so that the server constructs a second correspondence.
Step S204: the server 13 stores a second correspondence between the card number and the message identifier.
Illustratively, the message identification includes, but is not limited to, a character and a string of characters.
In an alternative implementation, the message identification may be manually preset. The target electronic card transmits the target card number and the message identification input by the user to the server 13 in response to the registration input operation of the user, so that the server constructs the second correspondence.
For example, an electronic card may correspond to one or more message identifications, i.e., a card number may correspond to one or more message identifications. One message identity corresponds to one message.
Step S205: the server 13 queries the target card number corresponding to the target message identifier from the second correspondence.
For example, the message identifications corresponding to different electronic cards are different, i.e., different card numbers correspond to different message identifications.
Step S206: the server 13 searches the IP address of the target electronic card corresponding to the target card number from the first correspondence.
Illustratively, one electronic card corresponds to a unique IP address, i.e., one card number corresponds to a unique IP address.
Step S207: the server 13 sends the update data to the target electronic card via the IP address of the target electronic card.
Step S208: the target electronic card 12 displays the target message if the target message corresponding to the target message identifier needs to be displayed.
Exemplary ways in which the target electronic card displays the message include, but are not limited to: a display mode of scrolling display from right to left (or from left to right), a display mode of flipping up and down, and a display mode of a fixed screen.
The bank is used for displaying the recent business information, and the rectangular electronic cards similar to banners are mostly displayed in a scrolling manner from right to left or in a flipping manner; the electronic cards used for introducing employee information in the mobile phone business hall and positioned at the positions of employee windows are mostly in a display mode of fixed pictures.
According to the technical scheme, the message data processing system comprises the control equipment, the server and the target electronic card, wherein the target electronic card is used for displaying the content of various messages, if a user wants to change the message displayed by the target electronic card, the user can issue change data through the control equipment, and the server forwards the change data to the target electronic card capable of receiving the change data, so that the message displayed by the target electronic card can be timely changed along with the user demand, the time is saved, and the problem of paper card waste is effectively avoided.
The present application may be applied to a variety of scenarios, and the following two application scenarios are provided but not limited to in this application.
In a first application scenario, the target electronic card corresponds to a plurality of messages, each message corresponds to a message identifier, and message identifiers corresponding to different messages are different. The user can determine the message identifier corresponding to the message to be changed as the target message identifier according to the requirement, and determine the target information corresponding to the target message identifier according to the content to be presented after the change.
For example, assume that the target electronic card is a rectangular display screen for displaying business information in a bank, and the display mode is scrolling display from right to left, and a plurality of corresponding messages of the target electronic card are respectively: message 11 welcome to XX bank corresponds to message identification 11; message 12 "currently idle window number 02" corresponds to message identification 12; message 13 "currently processed service number 003" corresponds to message identification 13. The number of the idle window which does not handle the service at present and the number of the service which is being processed in the queuing at present are changed, and the change is needed according to the actual situation. When the information is needed to be changed, only the information corresponding to the information identifier 12 and the information identifier 13 is needed to be changed, so that unnecessary operation processes of a user can be reduced, and time and energy are saved.
For example, assuming that the target electronic card is an electronic card for displaying information of a window staff in a bank, the target electronic card may simultaneously display messages corresponding to a plurality of message identifications respectively, that is, the target electronic card corresponds to a plurality of messages, as shown in fig. 4a, respectively: message 21"xx business hall", message 22"xx area financial street business hall Zhang san", message 23 "job number 1105635292", message 24 "service score: 10", message 25" enterprise WeChat two-dimensional code ", message 26" sweep one and add enterprise WeChat ", message 27" Unicom electronic coupon two-dimensional code ", message 28" sweep one and get Unicom electronic coupon ", message 29" electronic coupon two-dimensional code ", message 30" sweep one electronic coupon service ". It can be understood that the staff may leave, so that the "Zhang san" in the message 22, the job number in the message 23 and the "enterprise WeChat two-dimensional code" of the message 25 may be changed, and if the staff leaves a new staff to enter, only the message 22, the message 23 and the message 25 need to be changed; it will be appreciated that the staff's service score may change, and if so, the message 24 may be changed without changing other messages, reducing unnecessary operation by the user, and saving time and effort.
In the second application scenario, the target electronic card corresponds to one or more messages, and for each message, the message may be divided into a plurality of sub-messages, each sub-message corresponds to a message identifier, and message identifiers corresponding to different sub-messages are different. If the user needs to change part of the content in the message, namely a certain sub-message, determining the message identifier corresponding to the sub-message to be changed as a target message identifier, and determining the updated target message according to the message updating operation of the user.
For example, as shown in fig. 3a, one message corresponding to the target electronic card is "1 month and 1 day of vegetable price, 3 yuan/jin of green pepper, 2 yuan/jin of potato", and the price of the vegetable may change along with the date, but the type of the vegetable will not change too much in a short time, so the date and time and the price of the vegetable can be divided into separate sub-messages, only the price information can be changed when the price of the vegetable changes, and the use of the vegetable can be facilitated for users. The sub-messages that may be partitioned include: message 1"1 month 1 day" corresponds to message identification 1; message 2 "vegetable price" corresponds to message identification 2; the message 3 'green pepper' corresponds to the message identifier 3; the 4"3 yuan/jin of message corresponds to the message identifier 4; message 5 "potato" corresponds to message identification 5; message 6"2 yuan/jin" corresponds to message identification 6. If the prices of the potatoes and the green peppers are changed at 1 month and 2 days, the price of the green peppers is changed to 2.6 yuan/jin, the price of the potatoes is changed to 2.3 yuan, the user needs to change the price information displayed by the target electronic card, and the updating data is determined by responding to the message updating operation of the user, wherein the updating data comprises the following steps: target message identifications (message identification 1, message identification 4 and message identification 6), wherein the message identification 1 corresponds to the target message 1"1 month 2 day", the message identification 4 corresponds to the target message 2 2.6 yuan/jin, and the message identification 6 corresponds to the target message 3 2.3 yuan/jin.
For example, as shown in fig. 4a, taking a target electronic card as an electronic card for displaying information of a staff in a window in a bank as an example, a message corresponding to the target electronic card is "XX business hall XX area financial street business hall Zhang san Jose number 1105635292 service score: 10 enterprise WeChat two-dimension code scanning one-scanning adding enterprise WeChat communication electronic coupon two-dimension code scanning one-scanning electronic voucher service of the electronic voucher of the communication electronic voucher, it can be understood that staff may leave the office, so that the 'Zhang San', 'Gong number' and 'enterprise WeChat two-dimension code' may be changed; it will be appreciated that the "service score" of an employee may vary; based on this, the above-described messages can be divided into: message 31"XX business hall XX district financial street business hall" (corresponding to message identification 31), message 32 "Zhang san" (corresponding to message identification 32), message 33 "job number" (corresponding to message identification 33), message 34 "110563592" (corresponding to message identification 34), message 35 "service score: "(corresponding to message identification 35), message 36"10 "(corresponding to message identification 36), message 37" enterprise WeChat two-dimensional code "(corresponding to message identification 37), message 38" sweep add enterprise WeChat "(corresponding to message identification 38), message 39" Unicom two-dimensional code "(corresponding to message identification 39), message 40" sweep Unicom electronic coupon "(corresponding to message identification 40), message 41" electronic credential two-dimensional code "(corresponding to message identification 41), message 42" sweep electronic credential service "(corresponding to message identification 42).
If the employee leaves a new employee, only the message 32, the message 34 and the message 37 need to be changed; it will be appreciated that the staff's service score may change, and if so, the message 36 may be modified without modifying other messages, thereby reducing unnecessary user operations and saving time and effort.
Regardless of the application scenario, the target electronic card should store the third correspondence between the message and the message identifier, if the user wants to change the message displayed by the target electronic card, the control device triggers the message update operation, and finally the target electronic card receives the update data, and updates the message corresponding to the target message identifier in the third correspondence to the target message based on the update data.
Taking the example shown in fig. 3a as an example, the third correspondence relationship before updating is: message 1"1 month 1 day" corresponds to message identification 1; message 2 "vegetable price" corresponds to message identification 2; the message 3 'green pepper' corresponds to the message identifier 3; the 4"3 yuan/jin of message corresponds to the message identifier 4; message 5 "potato" corresponds to message identification 5; message 6"2 yuan/jin" corresponds to message identification 6. After receiving the update data, changing the message 1 corresponding to the message identifier 1 into a target message 1; changing the message 4 corresponding to the message identifier 4 into a target message 2; changing the message 6 corresponding to the message identifier 6 into a target message 3; the updated third correspondence may be obtained: target message 1"1 month 2 day" corresponds to message identification 1; message 2 "vegetable price" corresponds to message identification 2; the message 3 'green pepper' corresponds to the message identifier 3; the target message 2 '2.6 yuan/jin' corresponds to the message identification 4; message 5 "potato" corresponds to message identification 5; the target message 3 '2.3 yuan/jin' corresponds to the message identification 6. After updating, the display content shown in fig. 3b can be obtained.
The target electronic card display interfaces shown in fig. 3a and 3b are merely examples, and the display content and the presentation form of the content of the target electronic card are not limited herein.
Taking fig. 4a as an example, the third correspondence relationship before updating is: message 31"XX business hall XX district financial street business hall" corresponds to message identification 31, message 32 "Zhang san" corresponds to message identification 32, message 33 "job number" corresponds to message identification 33, message 34 "110563592" corresponds to message identification 34, message 35 "service score: the corresponding message identifier 35, the message 36 '10' corresponding message identifier 36, the message 37 'enterprise WeChat two-dimensional code' corresponding message identifier 37, the message 38 'sweep added enterprise WeChat' corresponding message identifier 38, the message 39 'Unicom two-dimensional code' corresponding message identifier 39, the message 40 'sweep Unicom two-dimensional code' corresponding message identifier 40, the message 41 'electronic certificate two-dimensional code' corresponding message identifier 41, the message 42 'sweep electronic certificate service' corresponding message identifier 42. Assuming that Zhang Sanchao, lifour, then message 32 may be changed to "Lifour", message 34 to "1101111111", message 36 to "0", and message 37 to "Lifour's enterprise WeChat two-dimensional code"; after receiving the update data, updating; the updated third correspondence may be obtained: message 31"XX business hall XX district financial street business hall" corresponds to message identification 31, message 32 "li four" corresponds to message identification 32, message 33 "job number" corresponds to message identification 33, message 34"1101111111" corresponds to message identification 34, message 35 "service score: the enterprise WeChat two-dimensional code corresponding to the message identifier 35, the message 36 '0' corresponds to the message identifier 36, the message 37 'Li four' corresponds to the message identifier 37, the message 38 'sweeping one-sweep adding enterprise WeChat' corresponds to the message identifier 38, the message 39 'Unicom two-dimensional code' corresponds to the message identifier 39, the message 40 'sweeping one-sweep Unicom two-dimensional code' corresponds to the message identifier 40, the message 41 'electronic certificate two-dimensional code' corresponds to the message identifier 41, and the message 42 'sweeping one-sweep electronic certificate service' corresponds to the message identifier 42.
After updating the third correspondence, the target electronic card may display a message as shown in fig. 4 b.
In an alternative implementation, the target electronic card stores the display sequence of the messages corresponding to the message identifiers, which is referred to as a message sequence in this application, and the display sequence of the target message identifiers may be determined according to the message sequence, and the target message is displayed only when the display sequence is reached. Based on this, the target electronic card provided in the present application includes, but is not limited to, the following steps A1 to A2 when the step of displaying the target message is performed in the case that the target message corresponding to the target message identifier needs to be displayed.
Step A1: the target electronic card 12 determines the display order of the target message identifications based on the message order.
For example, taking an example in the first application scenario as an example, if the window that is currently idle changes, for example, the window number of the window that is currently idle changes to 04, the current business transaction has already completed the business number 007 and needs to change the message displayed by the target electronic card, and it is determined that the target message identifier is the message identifier 12 and the message identifier 13, then the message identifier 12 corresponds to the target message 11 "window number 04 that is currently idle", and the message identifier 13 corresponds to the target message 12 "business number 007 that is currently processed". Assume that the message sequence is: message 11, message 12, message 13, the display order of the target message identifications is: the message identifier 12 is displayed in the second order and the message identifier 13 is displayed in the third order.
Step A2: the target electronic card 12 displays the target message when the display order is reached.
Illustratively, taking the example in the above steps as an example, when the message 11 "welcome to XX bank" corresponding to the message identifier 11 in the first order is displayed, scrolling is performed from the screen, then the target message 11 "currently free window number 04" corresponding to the message identifier 12 in the second order is displayed, and when the target message 11 "currently free window number 04" is scrolled, the message identifier 13 in the third order is displayed corresponding to the target message 12 "currently processed service number 007".
In an alternative implementation, the target electronic card further includes the number of times the target message is displayed when the target message is displayed. For example, the number of times of displaying the target message may be determined according to actual conditions, and the number of times of displaying the important target message may be increased.
For example, still taking the example in step A2 as an example, if the number of times of displaying the target message 11 is 3, the target message 11 "currently idle window number 04" needs to be scrolled and displayed 3 times on the target electronic card.
In an alternative implementation, the target electronic card further includes a display speed of the target message when the target message is displayed. For example, the display speed of the target message may be determined according to the actual situation, and the important target message may slow down the display speed.
Illustratively, still taking the example in step A2 as an example, the window number 04 "currently idle for the target message 11" and the service number 007 "currently processed for the target message 12" are important to the clients handling the service, and the display speed of the window number 04 "currently idle for the target message 11" and the service number 007 "currently processed for the target message 12" may be slowed down.
In an alternative implementation, the target electronic card has two states, a standby state and an awake state, respectively. The target electronic card may be in a standby state most of the time, or may be in an awake state most of the time, for example. The process of receiving updated data by the target electronic card includes a plurality of implementation methods, and the present application provides, but is not limited to, the following two implementation methods.
The first process of receiving updated data by the target electronic card comprises the following steps: the update data sent by the server can be received no matter what state the target electronic card is in. The target electronic card can timely receive the update data, and the real-time performance of the update data is higher.
In the first implementation manner, after the target electronic card receives the update data, if the target electronic card is in the standby state, the standby state is switched to the wake-up state, and if the update data is received more frequently, the number of times that the target electronic card is woken up is increased, and the consumption of electric quantity is increased.
In the process of receiving update data by the first target electronic card, two implementation methods exist for the server: first, the server stores update data. If the update data received by the target electronic card is damaged, the target electronic card can be obtained again from the update data stored by the server. Second, the server does not store update data, which can save the storage space of the server.
The second process of receiving updated data by the target electronic card comprises the following steps: the server can read the state of the target electronic card, and under the condition that the target electronic card is in a standby state, the server stores the update data because the target electronic card does not receive the update data; and under the condition that the target electronic card is in the awakening state, the target electronic card receives the updated data.
It is understood that in the case where the target electronic card is in the standby state, the target electronic card does not receive the update data, and only receives the update data when in the wake state, so that the power consumption can be reduced.
In the process of receiving the update data by the second type of target electronic card, the server stores the update data under the condition that the target electronic card is in a standby state and the target electronic card does not receive the update data. The server can store the update data first, and acquire the update data after waiting until the target electronic card is in the wake-up state.
In the process of receiving update data by the second target electronic card, when the target electronic card is in a wake-up state and the target electronic card receives update data, two implementation methods exist in the server: first, the server stores update data. If the update data received by the target electronic card is damaged, the target electronic card can be obtained again from the update data stored by the server. Second, the server does not store the update data. The storage space of the server can be saved.
In either case, after receiving the update data, the target electronic card 12 updates the message corresponding to the target message identifier in the third correspondence relationship to be the target message based on the update data.
In an alternative implementation manner, the server may store the update data of the target electronic card when the target electronic card is in a standby state and does not receive the update data, and in the target electronic card in an awake state, the target electronic card needs to check whether the update data to be received is available from the server, so that the update data to be updated is avoided from being missed. Based on this, the specific process of waking up the target electronic card, so that the target electronic card queries the update data from the server includes, but is not limited to, the following implementation method.
Step C1: the target electronic card 12 sends a request to the server to obtain the update data in response to waking the target electronic card operation.
Exemplary operations for waking up a target electronic card include, but are not limited to, two ways: the user clicks the operation of the key of the target electronic card, or the operation of the wake-up module of the target electronic card is automatically triggered every preset period.
The preset period is set manually according to practical situations, for example.
Step C2: after receiving the request, the server 13 searches the message identifier corresponding to the target card number from the second corresponding relationship.
Step C3: the server 13 sends the stored update data containing the message identification to the target electronic card.
In an alternative implementation, wiFi (Wireless Fidelity, wireless communication technology) is used as the network transmission channel for the update data; at this time, a WiFi base station needs to be deployed; and if the geographic position of the target electronic card is to be replaced, the network data required by the WiFi of the target electronic card is reconfigured, and the operation steps are complicated. The target electronic card comprises a Cat.1 (LTEUE-Category 1) communication module, update data are transmitted by the target electronic card through a Cat.1 wireless transmission channel, communication can be completed through a mobile cellular network, deployment operation required by WiFi can be omitted, and time and labor can be effectively saved.
In an alternative implementation, since the target electronic card uses the cat.1 wireless transmission channel to transmit the update data, the cat.1 wireless transmission channel belongs to a network transmission channel with low power consumption, and the power consumption is low, so that the battery can be used to provide the electric energy required by the target electronic card. The target electronic card may be provided with a battery card slot for connecting a battery for powering the target electronic card. When the battery is used, the battery is not connected by wires and cables, and can be arranged and placed at will according to the use scene, so that the battery is more convenient to use.
In an alternative implementation, the target electronic card needs to perform format conversion on the update data to display, and the update data is converted from a text format to a picture format.
In an alternative implementation manner, the target electronic card may display the message by using an electronic ink screen, and the electronic ink screen is compared with a common liquid crystal display screen, and the electronic ink screen only needs power consumption at the moment of updating the data format conversion, and does not need power after the conversion is completed, so that the electronic card is suitable for a device for displaying fixed images for a long time, such as the target electronic card. The electronic ink display device consumes little power, so the target electronic card is more suitable to use a battery as a power supply.
In an alternative implementation, the target electronic card may use an eSIM (embedded Subscriber Identity Module, subscriber identity module card of an embedded digital cellular mobile phone) chip to replace a conventional SIM card for network connection, where the working environment of the target electronic card is often quite different, and where the conventional SIM card may have various problems in a high-temperature and humid environment and in a vibrating environment, and the eSIM chip is smaller, has better waterproof sealing performance, and may reduce the risk of loosening or corrosion of contacts of the conventional SIM card.
