The invention is suitable for a rapeseed oil press filter, by arranging the extrusion groove 11 on the surface of the supporting roller 10 and arranging the extrusion convex ring 22 on the surface of the pressing roller 21, the rapeseed can be pressed between the supporting roller 10 and the pressing roller 21, and the pressed rapeseed can be dropped along with the supporting roller 10 to realize screening and filtering, so that the whole device can complete two steps of pressing and filtering the rapeseed in one operation, and the processing efficiency is improved.

Claims (9)

1. The rapeseed oil press filter comprises a bottom plate, wherein first support columns are arranged on two sides of the bottom plate, and top plates are arranged at the end parts of the first support columns;
the rotating mechanism comprises a first supporting plate arranged in the middle of the bottom plate, the end part of the first supporting plate is rotationally connected with a supporting roller, an annular extrusion groove is formed in the outer part of the supporting roller, and an oil cake taking assembly for taking oil cakes out of the extrusion groove is arranged at the end part of the bottom plate;
the deflection mechanism comprises a rotating plate which is rotationally connected to the middle of a top plate, one end of the rotating plate, which is close to a bottom plate, is provided with a compression roller matched with a supporting roller, the outside of the compression roller is provided with an extrusion convex ring matched with an extrusion groove, and the top plate is provided with a reciprocating driving assembly which drives the rotating plate to deflect left and right.
2. Rapeseed oil press filter according to claim 1, characterized in that the side of the top plate facing away from the press roll is provided with a feed assembly for feeding the rapeseed between the press roll and the support roll.

The rapeseed oil press filter according to claim 2, wherein the feeding assembly comprises a second supporting plate fixedly connected with the top plate, one side of the second supporting plate, which is close to the bottom plate, is rotatably connected with the discharging plate, one end, which is far away from the bottom plate, of the rotating plate is provided with a fixing rod, two sides of the fixing rod are rotatably connected with one end of the first supporting rod, and the other end of the first supporting rod is rotatably connected with the discharging plate.
4. A rapeseed oil press filter as defined in claim 3 wherein said blanking plate is of L-shaped configuration.

A rapeseed oil press filter according to claim 3, wherein the reciprocating driving assembly comprises a chute provided on the top plate, the chute is slidably connected with a sliding seat, one side of the sliding seat close to the fixing rod is rotatably connected with one end of a third supporting rod, and the other end of the third supporting rod is rotatably connected with the middle part of the fixing rod.

The rapeseed oil press filter according to claim 5, wherein a second driving motor is arranged at the end of the top plate, an output shaft of the second driving motor is fixedly connected with a rotating disc, a rotating rod is arranged at the outer edge of the rotating disc, the rotating rod is rotatably connected with one end of a second supporting rod, and the other end of the second supporting rod is rotatably connected with the middle part of a pushing plate which moves synchronously with the sliding seat.

The rapeseed oil press filter according to claim 6, wherein guide rods are arranged on two sides of the pushing plate, the guide rods are slidably connected with two sides of the sliding seat, a limiting plate is arranged at one end, away from the pushing plate, of the guide rods, and buffer springs are arranged between the limiting plate and the sliding seat and between the sliding seat and the pushing plate.

The rapeseed oil press filter according to claim 1, wherein the oil cake material taking assembly comprises a second support column fixedly connected with the bottom plate, a material guiding plate is arranged at one end of the second support column far away from the bottom plate, and a scraping strip matched with the extrusion groove is arranged at one end of the material guiding plate close to the support roller.

The rapeseed oil press filter according to claim 1, wherein a first driving motor is arranged on the first supporting plate, an output shaft of the first driving motor is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear, the first bevel gear is meshed with a second bevel gear, and the second bevel gear is fixedly connected with an end part of the supporting roller.
