Referring to fig. 3 to 9, in order to improve the safety of the buckle 100 of the present invention for preventing accidental release, an avoidance space 12 is formed in both the mating lock portion 6 and the female buckle 2 having the locking portion 5, and the avoidance space 12 allows the mating lock portion 6 locked with the locking portion 5 to slide to a bias position relative to the locking portion 5 along a bias direction N staggered in the mating direction P when the male buckle 1 and/or the female buckle 2 is pulled; of course, according to practical needs, the box 2 with the locking portion 5 or the mating lock portion 6 may be provided with the avoiding space 12, and the mating lock portion 6 and the locking portion 5 may be locked and then slid to the offset position, which is not limited thereto. The box 2 with the locking part 5 is provided with a matching and abutting part (not shown in the figure) corresponding to the offset position, and when the plug-in locking part 6 is positioned at the offset position, the plug-in locking part is abutted against the matching and abutting part to block the pin 1 and the box 2 from being pulled out from each other; of course, the pin 1 with the locking portion 5 may be provided with a mating portion corresponding to the offset position according to actual needs, so the invention is not limited thereto. Specifically, the avoidance space 12 on the opposite plug-in lock portion 6 is an avoidance groove, and the opposite plug-in lock portion 6 can slide smoothly to the offset position by means of the avoidance groove to be resisted by the matching portion; the side walls 12a of the relief groove separate the counter-locking structure 62 along the offset direction N into a first portion 621 for locking with the locking portion 5 and a second portion 622 for abutment with the counter-portion 12; preferably, the number of the avoiding grooves is two and the opposite arrangement is formed on the opposite plug-in lock portion 6, that is, the number of the avoiding grooves is two, so that the number of the first portions 621 and the second portions 622 separated by the side groove walls 12a of the avoiding grooves is two, the two first portions 621 are opposite arrangement, and the two second portions 622 are opposite arrangement, thereby facilitating the user to observe the opposite plug-in positioning between the opposite plug-in lock portion 6 and the opposite plug-in hole 251 described below without spending too much time in the opposite plug-in process, but the number of the second portions 622 on the opposite plug-in lock portion 6 is not limited to this. More specifically, the pushing structure 61 is spaced from the avoiding space 12 of the mating lock portion 6 along a direction parallel to the mating direction P, the pushing structure 61 pushes the spring arm 51 to elastically deform during the mating process to slide the lock head 52 to a position locked with the first portion 621, and the lever 4 links the spring arm 51 to elastically deform to release from locking with the first portion 621. It can be understood that when the locking portion 5 is regarded as a whole, the pushing structure 61 pushes the locking portion 5 to elastically deform during the insertion process so that the locking portion 5 slides to a position locked with the first portion 621, and the lever 4 links the locking portion 5 to elastically deform so as to be out of locking with the first portion 621; similarly, when the locking portion 5 is movably disposed in the female buckle 2 or the male buckle 1, the pushing structure 61 pushes the locking portion 5 to move during the insertion process so that the locking portion 5 slides to a position locked with the first portion 621, and the lever 4 moves to link the locking portion 5 to release from locking with the first portion 621, so the invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, and fig. 7 to 8, the female buckle 2 with the locking portion 5 includes an outer cover 25 and a buckle body 26 assembled in the outer cover 25, the locking portion 5 is formed on the buckle body 26, the outer cover 25 is provided with a counter insertion hole 251 for the counter insertion lock portion 6 to pass through and then be locked with the locking portion 5, the avoidance space 12 on the female buckle 2 is an avoidance hole located on the outer cover 25 and communicated with the counter insertion hole 251, and is communicated with the counter insertion hole 251 by virtue of the avoidance hole, so that the counter insertion lock portion 6 can slide to an offset position on the avoidance hole when passing through the counter insertion hole 251 and then being locked with the locking portion 5; the matching and abutting portion is formed on the outer cover 25, preferably, the matching and abutting portion is located on the inner surface of the outer cover 25 adjacent to the hole wall 12b of the avoidance hole, so that the second portion 622 can be quickly abutted with the matching and abutting portion when the insertion lock portion 6 slides to the offset position in the avoidance hole, thereby having the advantages of quick prevention, simple and quick operation and more time saving.
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, the side wall 12a of the avoidance groove is tightly attached to the hole wall 12b of the avoidance hole when the opposite plug-in lock portion 6 is located at the offset position, and is also blocked by the matching portion when the opposite plug-in lock portion 6 is located at the offset position, so that the blocking between the second portion 622 of the opposite plug-in lock portion 6 and the matching portion is more powerful by means of the side wall 12a of the avoidance groove being tightly attached to the hole wall 12b of the avoidance hole, and accidental release of the lock is more effectively prevented. Specifically, the surface of the side wall 12a of the avoidance groove and the surface of the hole wall 12b of the avoidance hole are each flat, and of course, the surface of the side wall 12a of the avoidance groove and the surface of the hole wall 12b of the avoidance hole are each curved surfaces that cooperate with each other according to actual needs, so that the invention is not limited thereto. For example, the insertion hole 251 is an arc hole, the avoiding hole is a rectangular hole, and the arc hole is intersected and communicated with the rectangular hole, so that the opposite plug lock portion 6 slides to the offset position on the avoiding hole after passing through the opposite insertion hole 251, which is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 4, 7 and 9, the buckle 26 is provided with an avoidance notch 261 corresponding to the avoidance hole along a direction parallel to the opposite insertion direction P, the second portion 622 slides into the avoidance notch 261 in the process of sliding the opposite plug-in lock portion 6 to the offset position, and the avoidance notch 261 prevents the opposite plug-in lock portion 6 from being interfered by an obstacle inside the buckle 26 in the process of sliding in the avoidance hole, so that the second portion 622 of the opposite plug-in lock portion 6 quickly reaches the offset position and is mutually resisted with the mating portion.
The working principle of the buckle 100 of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings: the operator simultaneously pinches the lock release operation pieces 3 at the two side walls 21, and the lock release operation pieces 3 at each side respectively drive the corresponding levers 4 to rotate around the pivot center line L, so that the rotating levers 4 drive the locking parts 5 to be separated from locking the plug-in locking parts 6; the opposite plug-in lock part 6 and the matching part are mutually blocked at the moment, so that the male buckle 1 and the female buckle 2 cannot be pulled out; therefore, the operator needs to slide the mating lock portion 6 away from the resisting position of the mating portion to allow the pin 1 and the box 2 to be pulled out; further, since the first magnetic structure 9 and the second magnetic structure 10 are attracted to each other, the operator needs to pull out the male fastener 1 and the female fastener 2 by hand.
Compared with the prior art, the buckle 100 of the present invention is pivoted on the pin 1 or the box 2 by the lever 4 around the pivot center line L, and the pivot center line L is located between the first end 41 and the second end 42 of the lever 4, so that the first end 41 and the second end 42 of the lever 4 can pivot synchronously around the pivot center line L; since the lock release operating member 3 is connected to the first end 41 of the lever 4, the second end 42 of the lever 4 is linked to the locking portion 5, so that when the male buckle 1 and the female buckle 2 are locked and then release of the lock is required, the lock release operating member 3 is operated, and the second end 42 simultaneously pivots about the pivot center line L while the first end 41 is pushed by the lock release operating member 3 to pivot about the pivot center line L, thereby linking the locking portion 5 to release from the lock with the mating locking portion 6, so as to allow the male buckle 1 and the female buckle 2 to be pulled out from each other. The lock 100 of the present invention utilizes the advantage that the lock release operating member 3 in the lock 100 can be disposed on the side wall of the male buckle 1 or the female buckle 2 where the lever 4 is located, so that the lock release operating member 3 is hidden and is not easily perceived by infants, the hidden safety hazard of danger caused by curiosity false touch of the infant due to the conspicuous property of the lock release operating member 3 is eliminated, and the hidden safety hazard of unlocking caused by false touch of the outside things due to the fact that the lock release operating member 3 is disposed on the front and back surfaces of the male buckle 1 or the female buckle 2 is eliminated, thereby ensuring the safety of infants. Therefore, the buckle 100 of the present invention has the advantages of convenient unlocking operation and simple structure on the basis of ensuring the high concealment of the unlocking operation member 3.
It should be noted that the direction indicated by the double arrow P is the up-down direction of the fastener 100 according to the present invention, the direction indicated by the double arrow M is the width direction of the fastener 100, and the direction indicated by the double arrow N is the length direction of the fastener 100, however, the direction indicated by the double arrow M may also be the length direction of the fastener 100 according to practical needs, and correspondingly, the direction indicated by the double arrow N is the width direction of the fastener 100, but is not limited thereto.

Claims (23)
1. 3. A box according to claim 2, wherein the locking portion is of an elastic structure or is movably arranged, and the lever is adapted to link the locking portion to elastically deform or move out of engagement with the mating lock portion.
4. The box of claim 1, wherein the locking portion comprises a latch arm and a lock head, the lock head is connected with the latch arm, and the second end of the lever is connected with the latch arm.
5. The button as defined in claim 4, wherein the pivot center line of the lever is staggered in the direction in which the spring arm is elastically deformed.
6. The button as defined in claim 1, wherein the button includes two locking portions arranged side by side in a spaced apart relationship, each of the two locking portions corresponding to one of the release operating members and one of the levers, the release operating members being located on opposite side walls of the button.
7. The box of claim 2, wherein a first magnetic structure is provided on the pin, and a second magnetic structure is provided on the box, the first magnetic structure and the second magnetic structure magnetically attract or magnetically repel each other during the mating process of the pin and the box.
8. The fastener of claim 7, wherein the male fastener is provided with a first embedded cavity, the female fastener is provided with a second embedded cavity, the first magnetic structure is embedded in the first embedded cavity, and the second magnetic structure is embedded in the second embedded cavity.
9. The fastener of claim 8, wherein the first cavity is aligned with the second cavity in the mating direction.
10. The button as defined in claim 4, wherein one of the lever and the spring arm has a linkage slot, and the other of the lever and the spring arm has a linkage protrusion extending into and sliding in the linkage slot.
11. The button assembly of claim 8, wherein the interlocking slot is an elongated slot and the interlocking protrusion is a cylindrical structure.
12. The button as defined in claim 2, wherein the lock release operating member is slidably disposed on a side wall of the button in a direction intersecting the direction in which the male button is inserted into the button.
13. The box of claim 1, further comprising a reset member providing a reset force to the release operating member.
14. The button as defined in claim 11, wherein the reset member is an elastic member disposed between the lock release operation member and the button.
15. The button as defined in claim 12, wherein the button has a guide post, and the elastic member is sleeved on the guide post.
16. The button assembly of claim 11, wherein the reset member comprises a third magnetic structure mounted on the button assembly and a fourth magnetic structure mounted on the release operating member, the third magnetic structure and the fourth magnetic structure being mutually exclusive and constantly having a tendency to drive the release operating member to reset.
17. The fastener of claim 1, further comprising a pivot shaft disposed in the mating direction, a first end of the pivot shaft being mounted to the lever and a second end of the pivot shaft being mounted to a pin or box having the locking portion, the pivot center line being located on the pivot shaft.
18. The fastener of claim 17, wherein the pin or box having the locking portion has a receiving cavity for receiving the second end of the pivot shaft.
19. The fastener of claim 17, wherein said lever and said pivot shaft together comprise a unitary structure.
20. The female buckle according to claim 2, wherein the female buckle comprises an outer cover and a buckle body assembled in the outer cover, the locking part is formed on the buckle body, the outer cover is provided with a pair of insertion holes for the pair of insertion locking parts to pass through and then be locked with the locking part, and the lock releasing operation member is arranged on the side wall of the outer cover.
21. The box of claim 2, wherein at least one of the pin lock portion and the box is provided with a clearance space, the clearance space allowing the pin lock portion locked with the lock portion to slide to a biased position relative to the lock portion along a biased direction staggered in a direction in which the pin and the box are inserted; the female buckle is provided with a matching and resisting part corresponding to the offset position, and the opposite plug-in locking part is also resisted with the matching and resisting part when being positioned at the offset position so as to prevent the male buckle and the female buckle from being pulled out from each other.
22. The box of claim 21, wherein the mating lock portion includes a mating lock structure, wherein the relief space on the mating lock portion is a relief groove, and wherein a sidewall of the relief groove separates the mating lock structure along the biasing direction into a first portion for locking with the locking portion and a second portion for resisting with the mating portion.
23. The box of claim 22, wherein the mating lock portion further comprises a pushing structure, the mating lock portion and the pushing structure are sequentially arranged along a mating direction away from the pin, the pushing structure is separated from a space for avoiding the mating lock portion along a direction parallel to the mating direction, the pushing structure pushes the locking portion to elastically deform during the mating process so as to enable the locking portion to slide to a position locked with the first portion, and the lever links the locking portion to elastically deform or move so as to be separated from the locking with the first portion.
