Claims (10)
1. The cleaning equipment for the nitrile rubber medical glove processing comprises a circulation box (1) and a cleaning box (2), and is characterized in that the cleaning box (2) is arranged above the circulation box (1) and is communicated with the circulation box (1);
the glove cleaning device is characterized in that a conveying mechanism (3) is transversely arranged inside the cleaning box (2), a plurality of glove molds (4) are arranged on the conveying mechanism (3), a water pump (5) is arranged on the upper end face of the cleaning box (2), and the water outlet end of the water pump (5) penetrates into the cleaning box (2) and is connected with a cleaning mechanism (6);
a water tank (7) is arranged on one side of the interior of the circulation tank (1), a disinfection mechanism (8) is arranged on the other side of the interior of the water tank (7), the water pumping end of the water pump (5) is communicated with the lower part of the interior of the water tank (7) through a water pumping pipe (9), and the disinfection mechanism (8) is communicated with the interior of the water tank (7);
the water tank is characterized in that a water inlet pipe (20) communicated with the water tank (7) is arranged above one side of the circulation tank (1), and a water outlet pipe (10) is arranged below one side, away from the water inlet pipe (20), of the water tank (7).

A cleaning apparatus for nitrile rubber medical glove processing as defined in claim 1, wherein: the lower end face inside the cleaning box (2) is of a concave structure, a communication pipeline (11) is arranged at the lowest position of the lower end face of the cleaning box (2), and the communication pipeline (11) penetrates into the circulation box (1) and is communicated with the upper portion of the water tank (7).

A cleaning apparatus for nitrile rubber medical glove processing as defined in claim 1, wherein: the conveying mechanism (3) comprises a slow motor (301), a first transmission rod (302), a second transmission rod (303) and a conveying belt (304), wherein the slow motor (301), the first transmission rod (302), the second transmission rod (303) and the conveying belt (304) are arranged at the rear side inside the cleaning box (2), and the glove molds (4) are uniformly distributed on the surface of the conveying belt (304).

s2: when the cleaning liquid is sprayed on the glove for cleaning, the cleaning liquid flows to the upper part inside the water tank (7) through the communication pipeline (11), flows to the bottom of the water tank (7) after being filtered by the pull type filter screen (19), and then continuously pumps the filtered cleaning liquid into the cleaning mechanism (6) through the water pump (5) to clean the circularly moving glove;
s3: after a certain time and a set time of the timer (701) is reached, the second water pump (802) is started, the sterilizing liquid in the sterilizing barrel (801) is pumped into the water tank (7) through the water pumping hose (803) to be mixed with the cleaning liquid, and then the sterilizing liquid is pumped into the cleaning mechanism (6) through the water pump (5) again to sterilize and clean the circularly moving glove.
