Abstract
The invention provides a modular multifunctional motor end cover tool and a use method thereof. The invention can be used as a generator support in a vertical state, and can provide a positioning reference for the stator and the rotor. The front end of the generator can be supported in a horizontal state, and bolts are not required to be replaced. In addition, a shafting can be installed at the central flange of the multifunctional end cover tool, and a generator dragging test is completed; when the generator is in delivery, the shafting can be switched into a hard support to finish the integral delivery of the generator.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of motor manufacturing equipment, and particularly relates to a modularized multifunctional motor end cover tool and a using method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the wind power generation industry rapidly develops and simultaneously faces the trouble of increasingly severe cost, so that the compact shaftless generator is a main stream model, and the problem of assembly, delivery and transmission chain integrated assembly of the shaftless generator is very important. The existing shaftless generator cannot position and assemble the stator and the rotor of the generator due to the shaftless and the front end cover when the generator is assembled; because the generator with the shaftless structure cannot carry out a dragging test; because the generator has no supporting feet, the generator cannot be tested in a horizontal posture and assembled horizontally; under the condition that the shaftless generator lacks an end cover and the rotor is of a permanent magnet structure, the stator and the rotor are extremely easy to be eccentric in the process of assembling and transporting the generator, air gaps, magnetic fields, shaft voltage and the like are directly influenced, and reliable support and fixation are needed in the process of assembling, testing and transporting the generator.
At present, an end cover of a gearbox manufacturer and a gearbox shafting are purchased and assembled with the generator, after relevant tests are completed, the end cover and the shafting of the gearbox are removed, and after a shipping tool is installed, the generator is integrally shipped to the gearbox manufacturer for subsequent assembly. The existing scheme utilizes a gear box end cover and a shaft system, and has the following defects:
the purchase cost of the end cover of the gear box is very high.
The end cover of the gear box has no vertical supporting function.
The generator has no horizontal supporting function in a horizontal test state, front-end and rear-end test supports are required to be designed, special bolts are required to be used, the bolts are required to be detached and replaced after the test is completed, and the operation is complex.
The generator is of a shaftless structure, and in order to ensure concentricity of the stator and the rotor, a shipping tool is required to be designed during shipping, so that the cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a modularized multifunctional motor end cover tool and a using method thereof, wherein the modularized multifunctional motor end cover tool can be used as a generator support in a vertical state and can provide a positioning reference for a stator and a rotor. The front end of the generator can be supported in a horizontal state, and bolts are not required to be replaced. In addition, a shafting can be installed at the central flange of the multifunctional end cover tool, and a generator dragging test is completed; when the generator is in delivery, the shafting can be switched into a hard support to finish the integral delivery of the generator.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

in the horizontal state of the motor, the modularized multifunctional motor end cover is supported by a bottom supporting seat, the outer flange of the stator part of the shafting-free generator is connected and positioned, the rotor part is connected with a shafting, and then the center flange is connected and positioned. Therefore, concentricity of the stator and the rotor is ensured, and an air gap of the generator is ensured;
during motor test, a shafting is arranged at the center flange, so that the motor can be dragged; the rigid support is arranged at the central flange when the generator is in delivery, so that the generator can resist impact load.
The beneficial effects are that:
1. the modularized multifunctional motor end cover tool disclosed by the invention has multiple functions and purposes such as vertical support, horizontal support, motor test, motor shipment, generator turning over and the like. The rotor and the stator are respectively fixed by the end cover tool, so that the air gap of the shaftless motor is ensured.
2. The support seat and the disc are detachable, so that the tool universality is enhanced, and the support seat can be changed into a height-adjustable mechanism, so that the tool is suitable for motors with different centers.
3. The tool provided by the invention has multiple purposes, repeated input of the tool is avoided, and the mounting and dismounting work of the tool can be reduced.

In this embodiment, a group of triangular reinforcing support plates are disposed on the base.
The application method of the modularized multifunctional motor end cover tool comprises the following steps:
when the motor is assembled vertically, the modular multifunctional motor end cover tool is placed horizontally, and the whole end cover tool and the assembly parts are supported by the end cover disc and the reinforcing ribs at the bottom; the overall strength of the end cover can be increased.
In the horizontal state of the motor, the modularized multifunctional motor end cover is supported by a bottom supporting seat, the outer flange of the stator part of the shafting-free generator is connected and positioned, the rotor part is connected with a shafting, and then the center flange is connected and positioned. Therefore, concentricity of the stator and the rotor is ensured, and an air gap of the generator is ensured; and a special supporting tool is not required to be designed, so that the mounting and dismounting time of the tool is saved.
During motor test, a shafting is arranged at the center flange, so that the motor can be dragged; the rigid support is arranged at the central flange when the generator is in delivery, so that the generator can resist impact load. The generator can resist impact load and is reliably transported.
It should be noted that the foregoing merely illustrates the technical idea of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and that a person skilled in the art may make several improvements and modifications without departing from the principles of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

in a horizontal state of the motor, the modularized multifunctional motor end cover is supported by a bottom supporting seat, the outer flange of the stator part of the shafting-free generator is connected and positioned, the rotor part is connected with a shafting, and then the rotor part is connected and positioned by a central flange;
therefore, concentricity of the stator and the rotor is ensured, and an air gap of the generator is ensured;
during motor test, a shafting is arranged at the center flange, so that the motor can be dragged; the rigid support is arranged at the central flange when the generator is in delivery, so that the generator can resist impact load.
