In the oral cavity tooth nursing process, the screw sleeve is screwed to drive the screw rod to lift, so that the height of the thread holding structure can be adjusted, and the applicability of the use mode is improved. A dental floss holder adapted for use in a child's mouth, comprising: the tooth cleaning device comprises a box body for containing gargle, a tray movably arranged at the top of the box body, a lower support piece arranged on the tray and used for supporting the head and a thread holding mechanism used for cleaning teeth;
