Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of railway engineering machinery, in particular to a rail large rail part paving operation method for a high-speed rail.
Background
The high-speed railway line mainly refers to an operation line with the operation speed of more than 250km, and because an operation vehicle passes through quickly, wheels impact and crush, the rail line is easy to change due to long-distance abrasion. The high frequency traffic of vehicle requires that the rail can be repaired fast after wearing and tearing, in order to save time, the big rail spare subassembly of track, like: the switch core and the switch rail need to be replaced simultaneously. The large rail part of the high-speed rail is mainly a long rail with the size of about 50m, rail large rail part components (fork, connecting rail, point rail, stock rail and the like) with the size of 18 # and above, and main parts such as rail plates and the like, and is characterized by longer size, heavier weight and difficult manual replacement. However, because the working area of the large rail part of the high-speed rail is limited, the existing rail exchanging equipment, 25-ton rail cranes and other equipment cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, how to realize the rapid replacement of the large rail part of the high-speed rail is a technical problem to be solved currently.
At present, the method for replacing the large rail part of the high-speed rail mainly comprises the following steps:
the first mode adopts 2-3 to lift the large rail parts of the rail from the adjacent line by adopting the 25T crane rail car, the large rail parts are easy to damage due to deformation in the operation process, and the technical problem that large swing easily occurs and potential safety hazards are generated due to poor operation synchronism of a plurality of crane rail cars.
The second mode is to use a large-scale road maintenance mechanical equipment rail-changing vehicle to change rails for a long distance, and the mode is only suitable for the long-distance rail-changing of kilometer level because of the characteristics of operation equipment and is overlong in preparation work. Meanwhile, the equipment is adopted to replace rails with hundreds of meters, and the loss of the end guide rail exceeds the length required to be replaced. Thus, the main drawbacks of this approach are: high cost, low efficiency and is not suitable for replacing the steel rail with the length of about 50 m.
In the prior art, the following technical solutions are mainly related to the present application:
However, the above-mentioned prior arts 1 and 2 each have technical drawbacks in terms of:
1) The door crane retraction mechanism has a complex structure, and the retraction operation comprises the steps of lifting, rotating, clamping and the like, so that the operation is inconvenient and the time consumption is long;
2) The gantry crane is complex in structure, the gantry crane can be placed on the flatcar only by rotating the gantry crane without exceeding the limit for transportation, and the gantry crane supporting legs comprise two-stage lifting structures, so that the cost is greatly increased;
3) The gantry crane needs to be rotated and longitudinally arranged, and can only put about 4 vehicles due to the longer length, so that the gantry crane transportation capacity of a single flat car is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application aims to provide a method for replacing a large rail member of a track, so as to solve the technical problems of complicated structure and operation, high cost and limited space utilization of the existing large rail member replacing equipment.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present application specifically provides a technical implementation scheme of a rail large rail member paving operation method, which includes the following steps:

s2) clamping and overturning the door hanging devices one by one through a retracting device with a turnover structure, and simultaneously detaching the door hanging devices from the first transportation flatcar according to the position and the sequence after the door hanging devices recover to an unfolding state and placing the door hanging devices at a specified position;
S3) unloading a new rail large rail part from the second transportation flat car through a group crane consisting of a plurality of door hanging devices and placing the new rail large rail part on one side of a line below the door hanging devices;
s4) hoisting the detached large rail piece of the old rail to the other side of the line below the door hoisting device through a group crane;
s5) hoisting the new rail large rail piece to the position of the original rail large rail piece on the line through a group crane so as to complete replacement of the new and old rail large rail pieces;
s6) after the line is recovered, lifting the old rail large rail part by a group crane, driving in the second transportation flat car, and placing the old rail large rail part on the second transportation flat car;

When the folding and unfolding device is used for recycling the door hanging device, the folding driving mechanism drives the folding arm to shrink relative to the main beam, and the transverse sliding frame moves towards the inner side of the cross beam so as to reduce the overall width of the door hanging device.
Further, the retraction device includes: the device comprises a base, a roll-over stand, a roll-over driving mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a connecting rod; and fixing the base on the vehicle body of the first transportation flat vehicle or the second transportation flat vehicle. Further, in the transportation state of the steps S1) and S8), the door hanging device is fixed on the longitudinally moving guide rail at intervals along the longitudinal direction so as to adapt to the vehicle limit. And under the placing operation state of the step S2), the previous door hanging device is arranged, and the next door hanging device is conveyed to a designated position through the longitudinal moving guide rail and is clamped and turned over by the retraction device. And under the recovery operation state of the step S7), the previous door hanging device is recovered, the longitudinal moving guide rail moves and leaves a position, and the next door hanging device is clamped and overturned through the retraction device and placed at a designated position to be recovered through the longitudinal moving guide rail.
Further, in the placing operation state of the step S2), after the retraction device clamps and overturns the first door hanger to a position above the placing position, the supporting legs of the door hanger move to two sides of the cross beam, the leveling supporting legs extend downwards to be close to the ground, the clamping mechanism of the retraction device is loosened, and each leveling supporting leg extends to level the door hanger. And the first transportation flatcar moves forwards, and the door hanging device placing action is repeated until all the door hanging devices are placed at the designated positions and leveled.
Further, in the recycling operation state in the step S7), the old rail member is lifted by the group crane, the second transportation flat car is driven in the opposite direction, and after the group crane places the old rail member on the second transportation flat car, the hanging chain of the door hanging device is loosened.
