Background
In order to prevent skin from drying out and keep skin moist, it is common practice to apply lotion to the skin and then apply lotion or cream to keep the moisture.
However, even if the lotion is applied to dry skin having a low water content, the lotion has poor permeability to the skin. Therefore, before applying the lotion to the skin, it is necessary to apply an inducing cosmetic liquid called a penetration enhancer so as to increase the penetration rate to the skin and to make the lotion, emulsion, etc. more easily penetrate into the skin.
On the other hand, the inventors of the present application have invented and proposed a space potential generating device that generates an electric field in a specific space and keeps freshness by placing food or the like in the electric field, and a freshness keeping device based on the space potential generating device (refer to patent documents 1 and 2).

Detailed Description
The following description will discuss embodiments of a liquid, cream, gel, or emulsion permeability-improving apparatus (hereinafter simply referred to as "permeability-improving apparatus") according to the present invention with reference to examples shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a device for improving the permeability of a liquid, cream, gel or milky lotion of the present invention.
In the drawing, reference numeral 20 denotes a case, and the case 20 is made of a material such as ABS resin, which is electrically insulated from the outside environment, and has a substance storage unit 21 therein and a lid 22 which can be opened and closed at the top.
The space potential generating device 1 is provided below the substance storage unit 21 in the case 20 having the above-described configuration.
As shown in fig. 2, the spatial potential generating device 1 includes a transformer 4 composed of a primary coil 2 and a secondary coil 3 that are magnetically coupled.
One terminal 3a of the secondary coil 3 is connected to one terminal 2a of the primary coil 2 via a feedback control circuit 5 for adjusting the voltage of the secondary coil 3, and the other terminal (output terminal) 3b of the secondary coil 3 is connected to a first discharge unit 8 and a second discharge unit 9 via an output control unit 6.
In fig. 1, reference numeral 7 denotes an ac input socket.
The first discharge cell 8 and the second discharge cell 9 are composed of a conductive material.
In the space potential generating device 1 having the above-described configuration, since the current generated on the secondary coil 3 side is fed back to the primary coil 2 through the feedback control circuit 5, a high voltage can be generated on the secondary coil 3 side with a small number of turns.
Further, the feedback control circuit 5 and the output control unit 6 may generate a delay in the circuit, and apply a low-frequency vibration of 20 to 100Hz (50 Hz in the present embodiment) to the output of the secondary coil 3.
According to the space potential generating apparatus 1 having the above-described configuration, a weak current of a specific voltage is generated in the output of the secondary coil 3 by the action of the transformer 5, the feedback control circuit 5, and the output control means 6, and since low-frequency vibration is applied to the output of the secondary coil 3, the output is only one line of the terminal 3b, and there is no ground electrode. A leakage current having a voltage of a specific frequency and a weak current is generated around the first discharge cell 8 and the second discharge cell 9, and an electric field having a voltage of a specific frequency and a weak current (for example, a voltage value of 10 to 1000V, a current value of 0.2A to 0.002A) is generated around the first discharge cell 8 and the second discharge cell 9. Since the electric field has a constant frequency, electric charges propagate and diffuse in space, and an electric field having a voltage of a specific frequency and a weak current is formed in a wide range.
The first discharge unit 8 is made of a plate-shaped conductive material, is disposed on the bottom plate of the substance storage unit 21, and by operating the space potential generating device 1, the inside of the substance storage unit 21 can be filled with an electric field having a voltage of a specific frequency and a weak current. In addition, the first discharge cells 8 may be formed in a mesh shape or may be formed with openings.
The second discharge unit 9 is made of a material having an output provided inside a mask made of a resin material such as silicone resin, and generates an electric field having a voltage of a specific frequency and a weak current (for example, a voltage value of 10 to 1000V and a current value of 0.2 to 0.002A) around the mask by operating the spatial potential generating device 1. The space potential generating device 1 discharges the leakage current having the voltage of the specific frequency and the weak current through the discharge cell, and thus can generate the electric field having the voltage of the specific frequency and the weak current around it even though it passes through the silicone resin. In addition, the second discharge unit 9 is detachably connected to the space potential generating device 1 through a connection line 9a, and an electric field is generated after the connection line 9a is connected to the space potential generating device 1.
Although not limited thereto, in the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the case 20 is 215mm wide, 165mm deep and 235mm high, the inner diameter of the substance storage unit 21 is 200mm wide, 150mm deep and 215mm high, the voltage value of the electric field formed inside the substance storage unit 21 by the space potential generating device 1 is 300V, the current value is 0.002A, and the frequency is 50Hz.
For the silicone mask covering the second discharge cell 9, the thickness thereof depends on the second discharge cell 9 forming an electric field with a voltage value of 200V, a current of 0.002A and a frequency of 50Hz within 30cm of the circumference thereof. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the thickness of the silicone resin constituting the mask is 2mm. The material of the mask is not limited to silicone resin, and may be cloth, leather, or the like.
The space potential generating device 1 is operated in a state where the substance storage unit 21 of the permeability improving device having the above-described structure stores a liquid, cream, gel, or emulsion-like substance, and an electric field is generated in the substance storage unit 21, so that the molecular state of the liquid, cream, gel, or emulsion-like substance stored in the substance storage unit 21 is changed, and the permeability of these substances to the skin is improved. Specifically, for example, when the space potential generating device 1 is operated in a state where cosmetics such as lotion, milky lotion, and cream are stored in the substance storage unit 21, the molecular state of these cosmetics can be changed, and the permeability to the skin can be improved. Further, for example, by operating the space potential generating device 1 in a state where the hair growth agent is stored in the substance storage unit 21, the permeability of the hair growth agent to the scalp can be improved. For example, when the space potential generating apparatus 1 is operated in a state where the hair conditioner is stored in the substance storage unit 21, the molecular state of the hair conditioner can be changed to improve the permeability into the hair.
According to the mask-shaped second discharge unit 9, in a state where a mask is applied to the face or a lotion or the like is applied to the face, the mask-shaped second discharge unit 9 is worn on the face, and an electric field having a voltage of a specific frequency and a weak current is applied to the face, so that the molecular state of substances contained in the mask, the lotion or the like is changed, and the permeability of the substances to the skin is improved.
The mask-shaped second discharge unit 9 is detachably mounted on the space potential generating device 1, and is connected with the space potential generating device 1 through a connecting wire, and an electric field with a voltage of a specific frequency is formed around the second discharge unit.
The permeability improving apparatus having the above-described structure was used to perform a permeation test of a liquid, cream, gel or emulsion-like substance. In the following permeation test, the space potential generator 1 was adjusted so that an electric field having a voltage value of 300V, a current value of 0.002A and a frequency of 50Hz was formed inside the substance storage means 12 by the output of the first discharge means 8, and a voltage of 300V having a frequency of 50Hz was applied to the substance stored inside.
Example 1
Sample of liquid material A bottle of sample 1 was placed in the substance storage unit 21 of the permeability improving apparatus using 2 bottles of toner "Yilisel" produced by shinko corporation, and the sample was held in the electric field generated by the space potential generating apparatus 1 at room temperature for 6 hours and then tested after 3 days. The other bottle of sample 2 was stored at room temperature without any treatment and subjected to the test. The test was carried out at room temperature of 25 ℃ and a humidity of 49%.
The sample 1 and the sample 2 were applied to three positions on the inner side of the upper arm of 7 subjects, and after waiting for 10 minutes, the applied samples were wiped off, and after waiting for 5 minutes, the permeability of the samples at a depth of 0 to 18 μm at the test site was measured using an in vivo confocal raman spectrometer Model3510 manufactured by River Diagnostics, the netherlands, and the results are shown in table 1. Example 1 is the average value of the test results of sample 1 kept in an electric field, and comparative example 1 is the average value of the test results of sample 2 without any treatment. The data in the table are raman spectral intensities (in units) at the measurement sites, which are proportional to the amounts of the components of the sample.
[ Table 1]
The test results show that the permeability of sample 1 to the skin after treatment with the permeability-improving device of the present invention is higher than that of sample 2 without any treatment.
Example 2
For the cream substance sample, 2 bottles of cream "nivea cream" manufactured by kao corporation were used, and one bottle of sample 3 was placed in the substance storage unit 21 of the permeability improving apparatus, and was kept in the electric field generated by the space potential generating apparatus 1 at normal temperature for 24 hours, and the test was performed after 3 days. The other bottle of sample 4 was stored at room temperature without any treatment and subjected to the test. The test was carried out at room temperature of 25 ℃ and a humidity of 49%.

The test results show that the permeability of sample 3 to skin after treatment with the permeability improving device of the present invention is higher than that of sample 4 without any treatment.
Example 3
Sample of emulsion material Using 2 bottles of emulsion "Fulironze" produced by Jialibao cosmetics, K.K., one bottle of sample 5 was placed in the substance storage unit 21 of the permeability-improving apparatus, and kept in the electric field generated by the space potential-generating apparatus 1 at room temperature for 6 hours, and the test was performed after 3 days. The other bottle of sample 6 was stored at room temperature without any treatment and subjected to the test. The test was carried out at room temperature of 25 ℃ and a humidity of 49%.
The samples 5 and 6 were applied to three positions on the inner side of the upper arm of 1 subject, and after waiting for 10 minutes, the applied samples were wiped off, and after waiting for 5 minutes, the sample permeability at a depth of 0 to 18 μm at the test site was measured using an in vivo confocal raman spectrometer Model3510 manufactured by River Diagnostics, netherlands, and the results are shown in table 3. Example 3 is the average of the test results of sample 5 kept in the electric field, and comparative example 3 is the average of the test results of sample 6 without any treatment. The data in the table are the raman spectral intensities (in units) at the measurement sites, which are proportional to the amount of the components of the sample.
[ Table 3]
The test results show that the permeability of sample 5 to skin after treatment with the permeability improving device of the present invention is higher than that of sample 6 without any treatment.
A substance permeation test was further performed using the mask-shaped second discharge cell 9 of the permeability improving apparatus. In the following penetration test, the space potential generating apparatus 1 was adjusted to form an electric field of a space potential of 200V around the second discharge cell 9 by a leakage current having a specific frequency voltage and a weak current discharged from the second discharge cell 9, and a voltage of 200V was applied to the mask placed inside the mask-shaped second discharge cell 9 (between the mask-shaped second discharge cell 9 and the face).
The sample 2 pieces of barrier repair mask super moisturizing type "mask (ingredients: water, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, etc.)" manufactured by rambutan corporation were used, one piece of sample 7 was applied to the face, the mask-shaped second discharge unit 9 was worn on the upper side of the sample, the space potential generating apparatus 1 was operated for 10 minutes, and then the mask-shaped second discharge unit 9 and the sample 7 were taken from the face to measure the water content and the oil content of the skin on the face. Another piece of sample 8 was applied to the face and allowed to wait for 10 minutes, after which time sample 8 was removed from the face and the moisture and oil content of the facial skin was measured. The water content and the oil content were measured by using a USB rechargeable skin measuring instrument "Bellulu skin measuring instrument USB" manufactured by Meilian, ltd. The test environment was 25 ℃ at room temperature and 49% humidity.
The results of the above tests on 7 subjects are shown in tables 4 and 5.
Table 4 shows the increase rate of the moisture content of the facial skin after the test relative to the moisture content of the facial skin before the test, and example 4 in the table is the test result of sample 7, and comparative example 4 is the test result of sample 8. Table 5 shows the increase rate of the facial skin oil content after the test with respect to the facial skin oil content before the test, example 4 in the table is the test result of sample 7, and comparative example 4 is the test result of sample 8.
[ Table 4]
[ Table 5]
The test results showed that the water content of the facial skin of the subject using the sample 7 treated with the mask-shaped second discharge cell 9 of the permeability improving apparatus of the present invention was higher than that of the facial skin of the subject using the sample 8 without any treatment, and that the oil content of the facial skin of the subject using the sample 7 was lower than that of the facial skin of the subject using the sample 8. The above results show that the permeability of the components contained in the "mask" to the skin is improved by using the permeability-improving apparatus of the present invention.
As described above, by using the permeability improving apparatus of the present invention, the permeability of a liquid, cream, gel or emulsion-like substance can be improved.
In the permeability improving apparatus of the present embodiment, the space potential generating device 1 forms an electric field in the substance storage unit 21 inside the casing 20, and when the apparatus is used as a cosmetic storage box, for example, the permeability of the cosmetic can be improved by merely putting the cosmetic into the substance storage unit 21 in advance, thereby improving the permeation effect in use.
As described above, according to the permeability improving apparatus of the present invention, since the permeability improving effect of the substance such as the cosmetic can be maintained for at least 3 days after the voltage is applied to the substance such as the cosmetic in the substance storage unit 21 for 6 hours or 24 hours, the cosmetic is put into the substance storage unit 21 at home and taken out from the substance storage unit 21 to be carried with the person when the person goes out, and the permeability improving effect of the substance such as the cosmetic can be maintained well. According to the tests conducted by the inventors, it was confirmed that the permeability-improving effect of the substance such as a cosmetic treated by the permeability-improving apparatus of the present invention can be maintained for at least 1 week.
The above embodiment describes the case of treating cosmetic products such as lotions, creams, lotions, and masks using the permeability improving apparatus of the present invention, but it is apparent that the substance which can be treated by the permeability improving apparatus of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and it can also be applied to products such as hair conditioners or hair tonics. Can improve the permeability to hair when used in hair conditioner, and improve the permeability to scalp when used in hair tonic.
In the present embodiment, the second discharge unit 9 is manufactured to be used as a mask, but the structure of the second discharge unit 9 is not limited to the present embodiment, and may be manufactured to be worn on the head, or may be manufactured to be a hair iron, for example. By making the second discharge unit 9 into a head cover, for example, by applying a hair growth agent or the like to the scalp and then wearing the second discharge unit in the shape of a head cover on the head, the permeability of the hair growth agent or the like to the scalp can be improved. By making the second discharge unit 9 into a hair iron, for example, after applying a hair conditioner to hair, the hair conditioner can be improved in permeability to hair by using the hair iron type second discharge unit 9. It should be noted that, although the hair iron is generally a two-pole output, the permeability improving apparatus according to the present embodiment can form an electric field by a single pole, thereby simplifying the structure of the hair iron and reducing the manufacturing cost.
Further, the second discharge unit 9 may be fabricated in three different forms, respectively, a mask type, a head cover type, and a hair iron type, instead of the permeability improving apparatus of the present embodiment.
The second embodiment of the permeability improving apparatus of the present invention will be explained.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the structure of a second embodiment of the permeability improving apparatus according to the present invention.
The same or equivalent components as those of the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
The permeability improving apparatus includes a casing 20 containing a substance and a space potential generating device 1 provided on the casing 20, as in the first embodiment.
In the figure, reference numeral 23 denotes a control device for controlling the operation of the space potential generating device 1, reference numeral 24 denotes a voltage detection sensor for detecting the internal voltage of the substance storage unit 21 of the casing 20, reference numeral 25 denotes a cover opening/closing detection sensor for detecting the opening/closing state of the cover 22, reference numeral 26 denotes a timer, and reference numeral 27 denotes a frequency input unit.
Signals output from the voltage detection sensor 24 and the timer 26 are input to the control device 23, and the control device 23 controls the operation of the space potential generating device 1 based on the signal from the voltage detection sensor 24, so that an electric field having a voltage of 10 to 1000V and a frequency of 20 to 100HZ is constantly and stably formed in the material storage unit 21 for a time set by the timer 26.
The control device 23 may receive a signal from the cover opening/closing detection sensor 25, and may control the operation of the spatial potential generating device 1 by triggering the opening/closing of the cover 22. For example, when the user opens the cover 22, takes out the cosmetics or the like inside for use, puts the cosmetics or the like into the substance storage unit 21 again, and closes the cover 22, the spatial potential generating device 1 is activated to apply a voltage to the stored substances such as the cosmetics or the like for a predetermined time, thereby more efficiently applying a voltage to the stored substances such as the cosmetics or the like. Even if the user takes out the cosmetics or the like from the substance storage unit 21 before applying a voltage for a sufficiently long time, the space potential generating device 1 is restarted to form an electric field for a set time after putting the cosmetics or the like into the substance storage unit 21 again and closing the cover 22, and the operation is not stopped until the permeability of the cosmetics or the like is not sufficiently increased.
Further, the control device 23 may change the frequency of the low-frequency vibration applied to the output of the output control unit 6 of the spatial potential generating device 1 in accordance with the input signal from the frequency input unit 27. Thereby, the frequency of the electric field can be changed according to the stored articles, and the electric field with the optimal frequency can be formed according to the articles.
According to the test conducted by the inventors, when the inside of the substance storage means 21 is filled with an electric field having a voltage of 10 to 1000V and a frequency of 20 to 100Hz, the permeability of the substance is remarkably improved when the substance such as a cosmetic is stored for 4 hours or more, but the permeability is not further improved even when the storage time is 12 hours or more. Further, it was confirmed that when the storage time was 3 hours or less, the effect of improving the permeability of the substance was halved as compared with that when the storage was 6 hours or less, and a satisfactory improvement effect was not achieved.
Therefore, although not specifically limited, for example, by setting the shortest setting time of the timer 26 to 4 hours, a satisfactory effect of enhancing the permeability to a substance such as a cosmetic can be obtained.
