虽然底面合一的水性涂料组合物有良好的耐候、外观、耐化学品等特性,但防腐性能不尽如意。目前最有效的解决方案是水性环氧底漆涂层搭配底面合一的水性涂料组合物,以增强其防腐性能,使用此搭配防腐广泛应用于可应用在钢结构、商乘车辆、工程机械、轨道交通等领域。前期本公司发过相关水性聚氨酯专利(CN 107629652 A与CN 111019504A),但此专利仅仅将聚氨酯作为面漆来使用,不具有防腐性能,或者是通过搭配环氧底漆的方案提高聚氨酯面漆防腐性能。但此方案需要环氧与聚氨酯两种类型涂料进行施工,施工过程比较复杂且需要不同施工设备。Although the bottom-to-top integrated water-based coating composition has good weather resistance, appearance, chemical resistance and other characteristics, its anti-corrosion performance is not satisfactory.
