Abstract

The header frame 2 includes left and right side plates 21 and 22 disposed opposite left and right, and a bottom plate 23 and a rear plate 24 between the left and right side plates 21 and 22. Both ends of the auger 201 are respectively connected with the left side plate 21 and the right side plate 22, a cutter 202 is arranged at the front end of the bottom plate 23, and a feeding port 25 is arranged in the middle of the rear plate 24.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, the guide plate assembly includes a first guide 3 and a second guide 4 disposed between the upper header 100 and the lower header 200 and above the auger 201. The first and second rice guiding members 3 and 4 are respectively located at two axial sides of the auger 201, the first rice guiding member 3 is located at the right side of the left side plate 21, the second rice guiding member 4 is located at the left side of the right side plate 22, that is, the first rice guiding member 3 is located at the inner side of the left side plate 21, and the second rice guiding member 4 is located at the inner side of the right side plate 22. The top of the first guide 3 and the top of the second guide 4 are both fixed to the upper header 100.
The first and second guide members 3 and 4 are gathered from the two sides of the front end of the cutting table to the left and right sides of the feeding port 25 while extending from the two sides of the front end of the cutting table to the side of the feeding port 25. The first seedling guide 3 extends from the front end of the left side plate 21 to the side where the feeding port 25 is located and gradually extends inward away from the left side plate 21, and the second seedling guide 4 extends from the front end of the right side plate 22 to the side where the feeding port 25 is located and gradually extends inward away from the right side plate 22. In other embodiments, the first and second straw guide parts 3, 4 may also include two parts connected front and back, the first part at the front is inclined and gradually gathered with each other, and the second part at the rear is parallel with each other.
For the stalks cut by the cutters 202 at the two sides of the lower header 200, the stalks are sent to the feeding port 25 through the auger 201 under the gathering guiding action of the first stalk guide 3 and the second stalk guide 4, so that the stalks are prevented from piling up or winding at the two sides of the auger 201, the normal work of the auger 201 is ensured, and the efficiency and fluency of the stalks fed into the feeding port are improved.
Referring to fig. 6, the first guide 3 includes a first fixing portion 31 for fixing with the header frame 2 and a second fixing portion 32 for fixing with the first mounting beam 11. The first guide 3 further includes a first guide plate 33 extending obliquely from the first fixing portion 31 toward the right side plate 22, and a third guide plate 34 extending from the first guide plate 33 to the feeding port 25. The second fixing portion 32 is provided on top of the third guide plate 34. The first guide plate 33 and the third guide plate 34 each have a tendency to extend rearward while extending obliquely to the right, and the first guide plate 33 is inclined at an angle greater than the angle of inclination of the third guide plate 34.
The second fixing portion 32 includes a first connection plate 321 bent and extended rightward from the top of the third guide plate 34, a second connection plate 322 bent and extended vertically upward from the first connection plate 321, and a first fixing plate 323 bent and extended rightward from the top of the second connection plate 322. When installed, the grass cutter 9 is fixed to the first mounting beam 11, and the first fixing plate 323 is fixed to the grass cutter 9, thereby fixing the first grass guide 3 to the first mounting beam 11. The first connecting plate 321 and the second connecting plate 322 are bent to form an avoidance portion (not labeled in the figure) recessed towards the inner side of the header, and the avoidance portion is used for avoiding the setting of the reel transmission shaft of the upper header 100 during installation.
Referring to fig. 7, the second guide 4 includes a third fixing portion 41 for fixing with the right side plate 22, a second guide plate 43 extending obliquely from the third fixing portion 41 toward the feeding port 25, and a fourth fixing portion 42 located at the top of the second guide plate 43. The fourth fixing portion 42 includes a third connection plate 421 bent and extended from the top of the second guide plate 43 to the left, a fourth connection plate 422 bent and extended vertically upward from the third connection plate 421, and a second fixing plate 423 bent and extended from the top of the fourth connection plate 422 to the left. In the mounting, the second fixing plate 423 is fixed to the second mounting beam 12 by the grass cutter 9 on the other side in the same manner as the first fixing plate 323. The third connecting plate 421 and the fourth connecting plate 422 are bent to form an avoidance portion (not labeled in the figure) recessed towards the inner side of the header, and the avoidance portion is used for avoiding the setting of the reel box transmission shaft of the upper header 100 during installation.
The arc-shaped notch 5 is formed in the bottoms of the third guide plate 34 and the second guide plate 43, and the arc-shaped notch 5 is used for avoiding the arrangement of the auger 201 and cannot interfere the operation of the auger 201 when the auger 201 rotates.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first seedling dividing member 61 is fixed to the front end of the left side plate 21, and a second seedling dividing member 62 is fixed to the front end of the right side plate 22, and the first seedling dividing member 61 and the second seedling dividing member 62 are used for dividing crops at both side edges of the lower header 200. The first fixing portion 31 is fixed to the first seedling dividing member 61 and is fixed to the inner side of the first seedling dividing member 61. The first fixing portion 31 is provided with a first waist-shaped hole 311, and the first seedling dividing member 61 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the first waist-shaped hole 311. The winding-preventing ring 8 is of an arc-shaped structure, the arc-shaped outer circular surface of the winding-preventing ring blocks the two end regions of the auger from winding grass due to upward movement of crops, stalks are prevented from winding on two sides of the auger 201, and harvesting efficiency is improved.

arc-shaped gaps are formed in the bottom sides of the first and second rice guiding pieces and used for avoiding the auger;
