Description

Preparation method of low-temperature baked staple food grain wrapped freeze-dried powder
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pet foods, and particularly relates to a preparation method of low-temperature baked staple food grain wrapped freeze-dried crumbs.
Background
Pet feeding has a long history in China, and there is a record of raising dogs in the Qin palace in Shiji. In the latter literature, there are also records on dog and cat feeding. With the improvement of living standard, the dogs and cats become an important part of families of people. Through the initial blind breeding, more and more people pay more attention to the health of pets. The feeding mode is changed from the nature to the ground, people pursue professional, scientific and natural feeding, and various pet foods also enter pet families. Fresh meat has strong attraction to pets, so more and more pet foods can freeze-dry the fresh meat and add the frozen fresh meat into staple food grains, so that the palatability and the nutrition of the staple food grains are greatly improved.
In the existing pet staple food, although the processing technology of the pet staple food is different, the freeze-drying addition can only be combined in a mixing mode, for example, the freeze-drying powder and the freeze-drying block are sprayed and mixed; the main disadvantages of this approach are: the pet staple food is characterized in that the freeze-dried powder and the freeze-dried block are combined on the pet staple food by spraying and are positioned on the outer surface of the pet staple food, and the freeze-dried powder and the freeze-dried block are easy to separate from the pet staple food in the production, transportation and use processes; secondly, the master pet food is sprayed and freeze-dried, and the mixed spray-dried powder not only causes the whole master pet food to look unsmooth, but also weakens the freeze-dried taste, even covers the fragrance of the master pet food (if the master pet food is baked food, the freeze-dried food loses the meat fragrance baked by the baked food); thirdly, freeze-drying is pure meat, which is particularly fearing to light, and because the oil in the freeze-dried meat is easy to generate oxidation by illumination, the freeze-drying color becomes dark, the overall food quality is reduced, the palatability is reduced, the nutrition is reduced, and bacteria breeding and the like are possibly generated, so that the staple pet food needs shading storage in the storage and transportation processes, the production cost of the product is increased, in addition, the burden is caused for feeding, the staple pet food is put more at one time, the pet dogs and cats do not eat the staple food in time, and the quality of the staple pet food is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The design purpose is as follows: in order to avoid the defects in the background technology, the preparation method of the low-temperature baked staple food wrapped freeze-dried crumbs is designed, wherein the baked meat flavor is kept, the palatability is better, the nutrition is better, the quality is guaranteed, and the low-temperature baked staple food wrapped freeze-dried crumbs can be digested and absorbed by pet dogs and cats at all stages.
