Description

Mask combined with sanitary mask
Technical Field
The invention relates to a combined mask for a sanitary mask.
Background
Conventionally, sanitary masks have been widely used for the purpose of preventing pollinosis or cold. Recently, as one of the measures for preventing infection by a novel coronavirus, it has become indispensable to use a sanitary mask.
However, if the sanitary mask is worn continuously, the portion covering the face, particularly the cheek portion, comes into contact with the sanitary mask for a long time and rubs (rubs) against the sanitary mask, and the skin loses moisture to become dry skin, which is a symptom called "rough skin due to the mask". The "rough skin due to the mask" is caused by the fact that the moisture increases due to the exhaled air accumulated in the mask, the horny substance on the skin surface is swollen, and the moisture to be stored is evaporated and the skin is dried when the mask is removed. As a result, the barrier function of the skin is lost, and the skin is easily affected by ultraviolet rays, pollen, bacteria, and the like, which causes a large number of skin injuries.
As a measure against dry skin, the use of cosmetic facial masks is known, and various cosmetic facial masks have been proposed (for example, patent documents 1 and 2). In order to relieve skin damage caused by "rough skin due to a mask", it is important to moisturize the skin first, and therefore, the use of a cosmetic mask is one of effective means.
However, if the frequency of wearing the sanitary mask is considered, the frequency of use of the cosmetic mask needs to be increased, but since it is difficult to perform a life movement such as walking or talking in a state where the cosmetic mask is attached to the face, it is difficult to secure a time for using the cosmetic mask, and as a result, there is a problem that the frequency of use of the cosmetic mask cannot be increased.
Under such circumstances, a simple countermeasure method for eliminating "rough skin due to a mask" worn by a sanitary mask is desired.

The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above problems, and as a result, have found that a cosmetic sheet having excellent stretchability and a resin film laminated on one surface of a nonwoven fabric is provided with an opening at a portion where a nose, mouth, and ears are located when worn, so that a sanitary mask does not give a sense of incongruity in appearance even when worn, and that the moisturizing cosmetic does not adhere to the sanitary mask due to the resin film even when the nonwoven fabric is impregnated with the moisturizing cosmetic, and have solved the above problems.
Specifically, the present invention is made with the following matters as the gist.
1. A combined mask for a sanitary mask is characterized in that,
in such a manner that a part of the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric (A) is contained in the resin film (B),
comprising a cosmetic sheet comprising a nonwoven fabric (A) and a resin film (B) laminated thereon,
at least the nose, mouth, and ear parts have opening parts when worn.
2. The sanitary mask combined use type mask according to 1, wherein a cosmetic sheet having a load of 0.75 to 3.5N/25mm when stretched at 50% is used.
3. The sanitary mask combination-use type face pack according to 1 or 2, wherein the nonwoven fabric (A) and the resin film (B) satisfy the following main conditions.
Main conditions
(A) The method comprises the following steps Nonwoven fabric comprising heat-fusible fibers and having a ratio of a transverse stretch length to a longitudinal stretch length (transverse stretch length/longitudinal stretch length) of 1 to 5
(B) The method comprises the following steps A resin film of 5 to 15 μm thickness comprising 60 to 80 mass% of a thermoplastic elastomer and 20 to 40 mass% of a thermoplastic resin, wherein polyethylene or polypropylene is used as the thermoplastic resin
4. The sanitary mask combined-use type mask according to claim 3, wherein a cosmetic sheet using low-density polyethylene as the thermoplastic resin is used.
The mask for use in combination with a sanitary mask according to the present invention is a cosmetic sheet in which a resin film is laminated on one surface of a nonwoven fabric, and an opening is provided in a portion where a nose, a mouth, and ears are located when the mask is worn, so that the mask does not give an uncomfortable appearance even when the mask is worn, does not make breathing difficult, can normally communicate with one another, and can be used in a time zone of ordinary daily life.
The hygienic mask combination type mask of the present invention can prevent "rough skin due to a mask" worn by the hygienic mask and improve the enhancement effect by using a non-woven fabric having excellent stretchability.
The mask pack of the present invention is a mask pack of the type in which a moisture-retaining cosmetic is impregnated into a nonwoven fabric, and thus the "rough skin caused by a mask" which has been conventionally worn by a sanitary mask can be improved at an early stage by a masking effect. Further, the moisture-retaining cosmetic is useful because the moisture-retaining cosmetic does not adhere to the sanitary mask due to the resin film laminated on the nonwoven fabric.

Detailed Description
The present invention relates to a mask for use in combination with a sanitary mask, which is characterized in that the mask is composed of a cosmetic sheet in which a nonwoven fabric (A) and a resin film (B) are laminated so that a part of fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric (A) is contained in the resin film (B), and that at least a portion where a nose, a mouth, and ears are located when the mask is worn has an opening.
The sanitary mask combined-use mask of the present invention uses the nonwoven fabric (a) as the inner side (the side contacting the skin).
The present invention will be described in detail below.
Cosmetic sheet
The cosmetic sheet of the present invention is obtained by laminating a nonwoven fabric (a) and a resin film (B), and when the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) are laminated, a part of fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric (a) is contained in the resin film (B).
As an example, such a cosmetic sheet can be obtained by using a nonwoven fabric containing thermally fusible fibers as the nonwoven fabric (a), using a film containing a thermoplastic elastomer as the resin film (B), and laminating the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) while heating, and then fusing and integrating the thermally fusible fibers contained in the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B).
In the cosmetic sheet of the present invention, since the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) are laminated such that a part of the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric (a) is contained in the resin film (B), the stretch ability and the follow-up property between the nonwoven fabric and the film are excellent, and the lift effect is also excellent.
The cosmetic sheet of the present invention exhibits an effect of being able to lift the cheek and the facial line of the face of a person with an appropriate force when the cosmetic sheet is used in the mask pack for a sanitary mask combination of the present invention when the load when the sheet is stretched by 50% is preferably in the range of 0.75 to 3.5N/25mm, more preferably in the range of 0.75 to 3N/25mm, and still more preferably in the range of 0.75 to 2.5N/25 mm.
When the cosmetic sheet of the present invention is stretched by 50% and preferably has an elongation of 20% or less, the cosmetic sheet exhibits an effect of being able to keep the human face lifted along the cheeks and the facial line when the cosmetic sheet is used in the mask pack for a sanitary mask of the present invention.
As the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric (a), heat-fusible fibers are preferably used, and non-heat-fusible fibers may be included within a range not to hinder the object of the present invention.
Examples of the non-heat-fusible fibers include rayon, cotton, pulp, hemp, aramid fibers, phenol fibers, carbon fibers, ceramic fibers, and metal fibers, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. These non-heat-fusible fibers may be used alone or in combination of 2 or more. Among these non-heat fusible fibers, rayon, cotton, and pulp are preferable, rayon and cotton are more preferable, and rayon is even more preferable, from the viewpoint of imparting appropriate strength and stretchability to the cosmetic sheet of the present invention.
From the viewpoint of the need to strongly weld and integrate the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) together, the content of the nonwoven fabric (a) as a whole is preferably 10 mass% or more, more preferably 15 mass% or more, further preferably 20 mass% or more, and the upper limit thereof is 100 mass%.
The fiber length and fineness of the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric (a) are not particularly limited. In general, the fiber length is preferably about 20 to 100mm, more preferably about 40 to 80mm, and the fineness is preferably about 1 to 30 deniers, more preferably about 3 to 10 deniers. The fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric may contain, for example, short fibers having a fiber length of preferably about 0.5 to 20mm, more preferably about 1 to 15mm, within a range not to impair the object of the present invention.
From the viewpoint of imparting appropriate strength and stretchability to the cosmetic sheet of the present invention, the weight per unit area of the nonwoven fabric (a) is preferably 5 to 200g/m 2 More preferably 10 to 180g/m 2 More preferably 20 to 150g/m 2 More preferably 30 to 100g/m 2
The method for producing the nonwoven fabric (a) is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include known production methods such as a needle punching method, a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a melt blowing method, a wet papermaking method, and a high-pressure steam interlacing method.
The nonwoven fabric (a) is preferably easily stretchable in one direction from the viewpoint of lifting up the cheek and the facial line of the human face with an appropriate force and maintaining the lifted-up state.
Generally, the nonwoven fabric has a machine direction and a cross direction of elongation. In general, the longitudinal direction of elongation of a nonwoven fabric refers to the flow direction of the nonwoven fabric when the nonwoven fabric is manufactured, and the transverse direction of elongation of a woven fabric refers to the direction at right angles to the flow direction of the nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric (a) in the present invention is a nonwoven fabric that is likely to stretch in one direction, and is preferably used so that the transverse direction of the nonwoven fabric coincides with the transverse direction of the human face, from the viewpoint of lifting the cheek and the face line of the human face with an appropriate force and maintaining the lifted state.
From the viewpoint of lifting the cheek and the face line of the human face with an appropriate force while maintaining the lifted state, the stretched length in the longitudinal direction and the stretched length in the transverse direction of the nonwoven fabric (a) are preferably 40 to 110% (longitudinal direction) and 120 to 220% (transverse direction), more preferably 45 to 105% (longitudinal direction) and 125 to 215% (transverse direction), respectively.
The tensile length of the nonwoven fabric (a) is a value obtained according to JIS (japanese industrial standards) L1913 (2010) "6.3.1". More specifically, the longitudinal and transverse stretching lengths of the nonwoven fabric (a) are values obtained by cutting 3 rectangular test pieces of 50mm × 150mm from the nonwoven fabric (a), measuring the elongation at the time of cutting the test piece at a stretching speed of 300mm/min with a tensile tester with the initial length (length of the test piece) of 100mm, determining the stretching length (ratio of the length to the original length at which the elongation occurs), and determining the longitudinal and transverse stretching lengths of the nonwoven fabric (a) by using the average value of the stretching lengths of the 3 test pieces as the stretching length of the nonwoven fabric (a).
From the viewpoint of lifting the cheek and the face line of the human face with an appropriate force while maintaining the lifted state, the value of the ratio of the transverse direction stretch length to the longitudinal direction stretch length (transverse direction stretch length/longitudinal direction stretch length) of the nonwoven fabric (a) is preferably 1 to 5, more preferably 1.5 to 3.5, and further preferably 2 to 3.
The nonwoven fabric which is easily elongated in one of the longitudinal and transverse directions is a commercially available material, and examples thereof include those manufactured by nippon and textile co, product number: DFS (SH) R5-50 (stretched length in the machine direction: 70. + -. 25%, stretched length in the transverse direction: 170. + -. 45%), no.: DFS (SH) R5-70 (stretched length in the machine direction: 80. + -. 25%, stretched length in the transverse direction: 170. + -. 45%), etc., but the present invention is not limited to such an example.

The resin film (B) in the present invention is laminated with the nonwoven fabric (a) so that a part of the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric (a) is contained in the resin film (B). In a preferred embodiment, the resin film (B) containing a thermoplastic elastomer is welded and integrated with the thermally fusible fibers contained in the nonwoven fabric (a) to form the cosmetic sheet of the present invention. The cosmetic sheet of the present invention has stretchability and excellent conformability between the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B), but can exhibit an excellent effect of enhancing the effect by adopting such an appropriate form.
Examples of the thermoplastic elastomer include polyolefin elastomers such as polyethylene elastomers, polypropylene elastomers, ethylene-propylene elastomers, and ethylene-octene elastomers, and polyurethane elastomers, polystyrene elastomers, polyester elastomers, polyamide elastomers, and vinyl chloride resin elastomers. These elastomers may be used alone, or 2 or more of them may be used in combination. Among the elastomers, polyolefin elastomers are preferable, polyethylene elastomers, ethylene-propylene elastomers and ethylene-octene elastomers are more preferable, and polyethylene elastomers and ethylene-octene elastomers are even more preferable, from the viewpoint of obtaining a cosmetic sheet excellent in stretchability, followability of a nonwoven fabric and a film, and an effect of improving the stretchability. These polyolefin-based elastomers may be used alone or in combination.
The resin film (B) containing a thermoplastic elastomer may be composed of only a thermoplastic elastomer or may be composed of a mixture of a thermoplastic elastomer and a thermoplastic resin.
Examples of the thermoplastic resin include: polyethylene such as low density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, and high density polyethylene; polyolefin-based resins such as polypropylene, ethylene-propylene copolymers, ethylene-butene copolymers, ethylene-pentene copolymers, ethylene-hexene copolymers, propylene-butene copolymers, propylene-pentene copolymers, propylene-hexene copolymers, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, and ethylene- (meth) acrylic acid copolymers; styrene resins such as polystyrene and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS resin); polyamide resins such as 6-nylon, 66-nylon and 12-nylon; a polyamide-imide; a polyurethane; a polyimide; a polyetherimide; acrylic resin; vinyl chloride resin; polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate; and polycarbonates such as bisphenol A-based polycarbonates. These thermoplastic resins may be used alone or in combination of 2 or more. Among the thermoplastic resins, polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene are preferable, and low-density polyethylene is more preferable, from the viewpoint of imparting appropriate strength and stretchability to the cosmetic sheet of the present invention.
From the viewpoint of obtaining a cosmetic sheet excellent in stretchability and follow-up properties between the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) and also excellent in the lift-up effect, the content of the thermoplastic elastomer in the resin film (B) is preferably 10% by mass or more, more preferably 20% by mass or more, further preferably 30% by mass or more, and further preferably 40% by mass or more, and the content of the thermoplastic resin in the resin film (B) is preferably 90% by mass or less, more preferably 80% by mass or less, further preferably 70% by mass or less, and further preferably 60% by mass or less. From the viewpoint of obtaining a cosmetic sheet excellent in stretchability and follow-up properties between a nonwoven fabric and a film, and also excellent in a lifting effect, the content of the thermoplastic elastomer in the resin film (B) is preferably 100% by mass or less, more preferably 95% by mass or less, and still more preferably 90% by mass or less, and the content of the thermoplastic resin in the film is preferably 0% by mass or more, more preferably 5% by mass or more, and still more preferably 10% by mass or more.

The resin film (B) can be produced, for example, by heating and melting a thermoplastic elastomer and, if necessary, a thermoplastic resin as raw materials, and extruding the obtained melt using a T-die or the like.
Lamination of layers
The method of laminating the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) is not particularly limited, and the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) may be laminated by a known method. As an example of an appropriate form, there is a method (extrusion lamination method) in which a resin film (B) containing a thermoplastic elastomer in a heated and melted state immediately after extrusion molding from an extruder or the like is integrated with a nonwoven fabric (a), a method in which a nonwoven fabric (a) and a resin film (B) containing a thermoplastic elastomer are separately produced, a nonwoven fabric (a) in which a thermally fusible fiber contained in the nonwoven fabric (a) is heated and melted and a resin film (B) in a melted or non-melted state, preferably in a melted state, are laminated, and both are heated and pressure bonded to be integrated, and the like. In the present invention, the anchoring effect is achieved by embedding a part of the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric (a) in the resin film (B), and the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric are softened or melted by the heat of the resin film (B), and the softened or melted fibers are further welded to the other fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric (a), whereby the fibers and the resin film (B) can be firmly bonded to each other. For example, even when the cosmetic sheet of the present invention is stretched by 50%, from the viewpoint of obtaining a cosmetic sheet in which the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) follow each other and peeling is hard to occur, it is preferable to laminate the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) by integrating the resin film (B) containing the thermoplastic elastomer in a heated and melted state immediately after extrusion molding from an extruder or the like and the nonwoven fabric. When the resin film (B) and the nonwoven fabric (a) are integrated in this manner, the cosmetic sheet of the present invention has advantages of excellent stretchability and enhancing effect.
Cosmetic sheet
Since the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) are welded and integrated, the cosmetic sheet of the present invention has a structure in which the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) are less likely to peel off from each other when stretched. In an appropriate form, the resin film (B) containing a thermoplastic elastomer is excellent in stretchability, and therefore has excellent properties such that the elongation after stretching by 50% is small while the stretchability is excellent. In particular, when the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) are laminated by the extrusion lamination method, the cosmetic sheet of the present invention can firmly bond the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B), and therefore, the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) are further less likely to be peeled off during stretching, and in an appropriate form, the resin film (B) containing a thermoplastic elastomer is excellent in stretchability, and therefore, has excellent properties such that the elongation after stretching by 50% is small.
The weight per unit area of the cosmetic sheet of the present invention is preferably 10 to 250g/m from the viewpoint of obtaining a cosmetic sheet excellent in stretchability and follow-up property between the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) and also excellent in lift-up effect 2 About, preferably 15 to 200g/m 2 About, more preferably 20 to 150g/m 2 About, more preferably 25~120g/m 2 Left and right.
From the viewpoint of obtaining a cosmetic sheet excellent in stretchability and follow-up properties between the nonwoven fabric (A) and the resin film (B) and also excellent in lifting effect, the load when the cosmetic sheet of the present invention is stretched by 50% is preferably 0.75 to 3.5N/25mm, more preferably 0.75 to 3N/25mm, even more preferably 0.75 to 2.5N/25mm, even more preferably 0.8 to 2.3N/25mm, and yet even more preferably 0.9 to 2.2N/25mm.
Also, the "cosmetic sheet when stretched by 50% means" when a sheet having a length of 100mm is stretched by 150mm ", and the unit" N/25mm "means the stress (N) required to stretch a sheet having a width of 25mm by 50%. The load when the cosmetic sheet is stretched by 50% means that the test piece is impregnated with water in an amount of 10 times the mass of the test piece, and then the test piece is stretched at a chuck width of 100mm and a stretching speed of 500mm/min in an atmosphere of room temperature (about 23 ℃) by using a multifunctional material testing machine (model 5582, manufactured by instron corporation), and the load when the test piece is stretched by 50% is measured, and the average value of the loads when the 3 test pieces are stretched by 50% is obtained.
From the viewpoint of obtaining a cosmetic sheet excellent in stretchability and follow-up properties between the nonwoven fabric (a) and the resin film (B) as well as in lifting effect, the cosmetic sheet of the present invention preferably has an elongation of 20% or less, more preferably 15% or less after stretching the cosmetic sheet by 50%, and preferably 7% or more, more preferably 7.5% or more, and even more preferably 8% or more from the viewpoint of obtaining a cosmetic sheet excellent in lifting effect. The elongation of the cosmetic sheet after stretching the cosmetic sheet by 50% in the present invention means that the sheet is impregnated with water in an amount of 10 times the mass of the sheet, and then the sheet is stretched at a chuck width of 100mm and a stretching speed of 500mm/min in an atmosphere of room temperature (about 23 ℃) by using a multifunctional material testing machine (model 5582, manufactured by instron), and the load of the sheet when stretched by 50% is measured, and the average value of the load of 3 sheets when stretched by 50% is obtained.
Opening part
The sanitary mask combined mask of the present invention has an opening at least at a portion where a nose, a mouth, and ears are located when worn. The opening part of the part where the nose and the mouth are positioned during wearing can be classified into 1 opening part, or the part where the nose and the mouth are positioned can be used as independent opening parts.
The shape of the opening is not particularly limited. It is preferable that the opening of the ear part is formed in a semicircular or elliptical shape to expose the entire ear part so that the ear part can be hooked on the ear part in the same manner as the sanitary mask. It is preferable that the part where the nose and the mouth are placed when worn is in a shape that enables normal conversation without breathing difficulty when the part where the nose and the mouth are placed is classified into 1 opening part and when the part where the nose and the mouth are placed are classified into separate opening parts, and for example, the part where the nose and the mouth are placed is in a substantially triangular shape when the part where the nose and the mouth are placed is classified into 1 opening part.
Fig. 1 and 2 are perspective views and front views showing 1 form of a mask part in the mask pack for sanitary mask combination according to the present invention. As described with reference to fig. 2, the mask sheet 1 of the mask sheet for use in combination with a sanitary mask according to the present invention is configured such that 2 openings 2 of the portion where the ears are located when worn are substantially semicircular, and the opening 3 of the portion where the nose and mouth are located when worn is reduced to 1 opening, thereby forming a substantially triangular shape. Since the upper and lower surfaces of the mask 1 of fig. 2 correspond to the upper and lower surfaces of the mask when worn, the sanitary mask combined-use type mask of the present invention can be worn if the wearer puts the base of the nose on the upper part of the opening 3 and passes the ears through 2 openings 2 when worn.
The opening of the mask sheet for combined use with a sanitary mask of the present invention can be formed by cutting and punching a cosmetic sheet in which a nonwoven fabric (a) and a resin film (B) are laminated.
Specifically, the cutting tool can be formed by a piercing means such as a thomson blade or a chisel, or various physical means such as high-pressure fluid treatment or laser cutting.
If necessary, the nonwoven fabric (a) of the cosmetic sheet of the present invention may be impregnated with a cosmetic liquid. Specifically, commercially available products such as a pleated mask made of a 3-layer nonwoven fabric, a woven type such as gauze, and a three-dimensional mask made of polyurethane can be mentioned. Among them, a pleated type mask made of 3-layer nonwoven fabric is preferable in that the entire sanitary mask-combined mask sheet of the present invention can be covered.
Examples
The present invention will be described below by way of examples, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to these contents.
Preparation of sanitary mask combined with face mask
Nonwoven fabric comprising 40% by mass of rayon and 60% by mass of a mixture of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and Polyethylene (PE) (Hot-fusible fiber: split fiber of polyethylene, content of Hot-fusible fiber: 24.5% by mass, manufactured by Nippon David Kagaku Kogyo Co., ltd., trade name: DFS (SH) R5-50, basis weight: 50 g/m) 2 ) On one surface of (b), low density polyethylene (product of Tosoh corporation, trade name: petrothene 212) 20 mass%, and an ethylene-octene Elastomer (manufactured by dupont dow Elastomer Japan, trade name: ENGAGE) 80 mass% of a resin component, thereby obtaining a cosmetic sheet having a resin film having a thickness of 6 μm formed on the surface of a nonwoven fabric. The obtained cosmetic sheet was observed, and it was confirmed that a part of the fibers of the nonwoven fabric constituting the cosmetic sheet was contained in the resin film.
The cosmetic sheet was cut to form the openings 2 and 3 shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the mask sheet for combined use as a sanitary mask of the present invention was obtained.
Confirmation evaluation test of moisture retention improving Effect
Regarding the moisture retention of the cheek portion when worn, a function evaluation test was performed by using the hygienic mask of the present invention in combination with a model mask and a hygienic mask.
Using materials of
The materials used are as follows.
A mask A: sanitary mask with pleat type of 3-layer structure made of nonwoven fabric (commercial product, melt-blown nonwoven fabric, 9.5 cm. Times.17.5 cm)
And (3) mask B: a nonwoven fabric (manufactured by Nippon David Kabushiki Kaisha, trade name: DFS (SH) R5-70, basis weight: 70g/m 2 ) The sanitary mask is prepared into the sanitary mask obtained in the step of manufacturing the mask used together with the sanitary maskMask with same shape and combined mask
Combination type mask C: the mask for combined use with sanitary mask obtained in the above "production of mask for combined use with sanitary mask
Cosmetic liquid D: the cosmetic liquid containing 1,3-butanediol, glycerin and water 98.8% by mass and known active ingredients added to cosmetics 1.2% by mass as the whole
Test method
The mask B and the simultaneous use mask C were each impregnated with 8g of the cosmetic liquid D, were worn by 5 panelists in the combinations shown in table 1 below, and were evaluated for the moisture retention feeling of the cheek portions 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes after the wear.
Evaluation criteria for feeling of moisture
And 5, dividing: feeling very moisturized
And 4, dividing: feeling comparison and moisture retention
And 3, dividing: in general terms
And 2, dividing: slightly lack of moisturizing sensation
1 minute: lack of moisturizing sensation
The combinations of materials and the average values of the evaluation values of the panelists after 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes from the start of wearing are also shown in table 1.
In table 1, "a" indicates that only the mask a was worn, "B" indicates that only the mask B was worn, "C" indicates that only the simultaneous mask C was worn, "a + B" indicates that the mask B was worn and the mask a was also worn, and "a + C" indicates that the simultaneous mask C was worn and the mask a was also worn.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003987645850000131
As shown in table 1, it was found that by applying (a + C) to the combined mask C impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D in combination with the mask a, the moisture retention property can be improved by the masking effect even after 10 minutes from the start of application, and the high moisture retention property can be maintained even after 30 minutes and 60 minutes thereafter.
Further, it was confirmed that the combined use mask C impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D was worn in combination with the mask a (a + C), and thus the high moisture retention property was maintained even after the evaluation test was completed (60 minutes and later).
On the other hand, it was confirmed that even when (a + B) was worn in combination with the mask a on the mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D, after 10 minutes from the start of wearing, the moisture retention of only the mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D was not different from that of (B), and that even after 30 minutes and 60 minutes thereafter, the moisture retention of only the mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D was degraded as in (B). That is, it was confirmed that the mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D did not have the combined effect of the mask a in terms of moisture retention.
Further, it was confirmed that the combined type mask C containing the cosmetic liquid D was superior to the combined type mask C (a + C) in moisture retention after 10 minutes from the start of wearing, and the effect of improving moisture retention was immediately obtained, by wearing the combined type mask C containing the cosmetic liquid D in combination with the mask a.
From the above results, it was clarified that the mask sheet of the present invention, which is used in combination with a sanitary mask, can immediately improve the moisturizing effect and maintain the moisturizing effect for a long period of time.
In the mask B which simulates the conventional mask, if it is considered that the effect of combining the masks a is not confirmed, the effect of improving moisture retention immediately and the effect of maintaining moisture retention for a long time by combining the hygienic mask combination type mask of the present invention and the hygienic mask are remarkable effects.
Confirmation evaluation test for dryness of mask
In the "confirmation evaluation test of the moisturizing effect", a functional evaluation test was performed on the dryness of the nonwoven fabric portion of the mask B and the combined mask C that were in contact with the skin when worn.
Using materials of
The material used was the same as in the "test for confirmation and evaluation of moisture retention improving effect" described above.
Test method
The facial mask B and the combination type facial mask C were each impregnated with 8g of the cosmetic liquid D, were worn by 5 professional panelists in the combinations shown in table 2 below, and the dryness of the nonwoven fabric portion of the facial mask B and the combination type facial mask C contacting the cheek after 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes from the start of wearing was evaluated by the following evaluation criteria.
Criterion for evaluating dryness of nonwoven fabric
And 5, dividing: is not dried at all
And 4, dividing: hardly dry
And 3, dividing: general purpose
And 2, dividing: slightly dry
1 minute: drying
The combinations of materials and the average values of the evaluation values of the panelists after 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes from the start of wearing are shown in table 2.
In table 2, "B", "C", "a + B", and "a + C" have the same meanings as in table 1.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0003987645850000151
As shown in table 2, it was found that by using (a + C) for the combined mask C impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D in combination with the mask a, the drying of the nonwoven fabric portion of the mask contacted with the skin during wearing was suppressed to be extremely good even after 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes from the start of wearing.
On the other hand, it was confirmed that even if (a + B) was worn in combination with the mask a on the mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D, only the mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D was dried to the same extent as (B) after 10 minutes from the start of wearing, and even after 30 minutes and 60 minutes thereafter, only the mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D was dried and progressed in the same manner as (B). That is, even in the dryness, it was confirmed that the mask B impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D did not have the effect of combining the masks a.
Further, it was found that, by using (a + C) for the combined use type face mask C impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D in combination with the mask a, drying of the nonwoven fabric portion of the face mask contacting the skin at the time of wearing was greatly suppressed only from 10 minutes to 60 minutes after wearing, compared with (C) for the combined use type face mask C impregnated with the cosmetic liquid D.
From the above results, it was confirmed that the hygienic mask combined-use type mask of the present invention was used in combination with a hygienic mask, and the drying of the nonwoven fabric portion of the mask contacting the skin during wearing was extremely suppressed for a long time from the wearing.
In the mask B imitating the conventional mask, if it is considered that the effect of combining the mask a is not confirmed, the effect of suppressing drying for a long time by combining the sanitary mask-combined mask of the present invention and the sanitary mask is considered to be a remarkable effect.
Industrial applicability
By combining with the sanitary mask, the mask combined with the sanitary mask does not cause discomfort in appearance and difficulty in breathing, can be used for conversation normally, and can be used in the time of ordinary daily life.
The mask pack of the present invention is useful for preventing "rough skin due to a mask" which has been conventionally worn on a sanitary mask from being worn on the skin by immersing a moisturizing cosmetic in a nonwoven fabric and using the nonwoven fabric in combination with the sanitary mask, and can therefore be used to early improve the masking effect.
