Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a nursing device including a moving frame 100, a washing unit 200, and a lifting unit 300. Wherein, when the washing unit 200 is in the non-operating state, it is received in the interior of the movable frame 100, and when the washing unit 200 is in the operating state, it can move from the interior of the movable frame 100 to the exterior thereof to perform a cleaning operation on the user 400. The user 400 may be a disabled person without mobility and the washing unit 200 may assist in post-defecation cleaning work, thereby reducing the labor intensity of a caregiver.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning unit 200 includes a cleaning mechanism 210 and a first driving mechanism 220 connected to the cleaning mechanism 210, the first driving mechanism 220 being used to drive the cleaning mechanism 210 to move its position. The first driving mechanism 220 may drive the cleaning mechanism 210 to move in the X-axis and Z-axis directions shown in fig. 1 and the Y-axis direction shown in fig. 2, so that the cleaning mechanism 210 can be quickly adjusted to a desired position.
Referring to fig. 1, the first driving mechanism 220 includes a horizontal moving mechanism 221, a longitudinal moving mechanism 222 and a vertical moving mechanism 223, wherein the horizontal moving mechanism 221 is used for driving the cleaning mechanism 210 to move in the X-axis direction shown in fig. 1, the longitudinal moving mechanism 222 is used for driving the cleaning mechanism 210 to move in the Y-axis direction shown in fig. 2, and the vertical moving mechanism 223 is used for driving the cleaning mechanism 210 to move in the Z-axis direction shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 7a and 7b, the horizontal movement mechanism 221 includes a support plate 2211, a first slide rail 2212, a first lead screw 2213, a first nut 2214, a first slider 2215, an auxiliary slider 2216, an auxiliary slide rail 2217, a connection plate 2218, a horizontal drive motor 2219, and a first lead screw coupling 2210.
The support plate 2211 is provided with a longitudinal moving mechanism 222, and the cleaning mechanism 210 is connected to the support plate 2211 via the longitudinal moving mechanism 222, and the support plate 2211 is used for supporting the longitudinal moving mechanism 222 and the cleaning mechanism 210.
A first block 2215 below the support plate 2211 is disposed on the first slide rail 2212, and the support plate 2211 can be moved on the first slide rail 2212 by the first block 2215. The first lead screw 2213 extends parallel to the first slide rail 2212, both of which may extend in the X-axis direction shown in fig. 7a, wherein the first slide rail 2212 is disposed above the first lead screw 2213. A first nut 2214 on the first lead screw 2213 is connected to the support plate 2211 through a connecting plate 2218 to drive the support plate 2211 to move on the first slide rail 2212.
One end of the first lead screw 2213 is connected with a first lead screw coupling 2210, the first lead screw coupling 2210 is connected with an output shaft of the horizontal driving motor 2219, and the horizontal driving motor 2219 can drive the first lead screw 2213 to rotate, so that the first nut 2214 on the first lead screw can horizontally move.
In addition, an auxiliary slide rail 2217 is further disposed below the first lead screw 2213, an auxiliary slider 2216 is further disposed at the lower end of the first nut 2214, and the auxiliary slider 2216 is slidably disposed on the auxiliary slide rail 2217. The smoothness of the movement of the cleaning mechanism 210 (and the longitudinal movement mechanism 222) in the X-axis direction can be improved by the first slide rail 2212 above the first lead screw 2213 and the auxiliary slide rail 2217 below.
As shown in fig. 7a, the first slide rail 2212 and the first lead screw 2213 are both located inside the movable frame 100, and when the support plate 2211 is moved to the first extreme position (i.e., the leftmost position shown in fig. 7 a), the support plate 2211 and the cleaning mechanism 210 are both located inside the movable frame 100. When the support plate 2211 is moved to the second extreme position (i.e., the rightmost position shown in fig. 7 b), at least a portion of the support plate 2211 and the cleaning mechanism 210 are positioned outside of the mobile gantry 100. Therefore, when the cleaning work is not performed, the cleaning mechanism 210 can be accommodated in the first cavity 110 inside the movable rack 100 to reduce the floor space of the nursing device; when a cleaning work is performed, the cleaning mechanism 210 may be brought to the outside of the first chamber 110 by the movement of the support plate 2211, thereby performing a corresponding cleaning work (as shown in fig. 3). Wherein the first cavity 110 may be the cavity located at the bottommost layer in the movable rack 100 for receiving.
As shown in fig. 7a and 7b, when the first lead screw 2213 rotates (for example, the first lead screw 2213 can be driven by a motor to rotate), since the first nut 2214 thereon forms a threaded connection with the first lead screw 2213, the first nut 2214 can perform a translational motion along the first lead screw 2213, so as to drive the support plate 2211 and the longitudinal moving mechanism 222 and the cleaning mechanism 210 thereon to perform a translational motion; when the first lead screw 2213 rotates reversely, the first nut 2214 moves reversely, so that the support plate 2211 and the longitudinal moving mechanism 222 and the cleaning mechanism 210 thereon move reversely, thereby adjusting the position of the cleaning mechanism 210 in the horizontal direction.
Further, when the support plate 2211 is in its first extreme position (i.e., the leftmost position shown in fig. 7 a), both the longitudinal movement mechanism 222 and the vertical movement mechanism 223 are in the locked state. That is, when the support plate 2211 and the cleaning mechanism 210 are both located inside the movable frame 100, the longitudinal moving mechanism 222 and the vertical moving mechanism 223 cannot drive the corresponding components to move. That is, the horizontal movement mechanism 221 is interlocked with the longitudinal movement mechanism 222 and the vertical movement mechanism 223, respectively, to avoid an undesired displacement after the washing mechanism 210 is received in the moving rack 100.
As shown in fig. 8, the longitudinal moving mechanism 222 includes a base 2221, a second lead screw 2222, a second slide rail 2223, a second nut 2224, a second slider 2225, a longitudinal module base 2226, and a longitudinal driving motor 2227. The cleaning mechanism 210 is disposed on the base 2221, and the base 2221 can move the cleaning mechanism 210. The second lead screw 2222 is disposed on the support plate 2211 and extends along the width direction (the Y-axis direction shown in fig. 8) of the support plate 2211, and the second nut 2224 on the second lead screw 2222 is connected to the base 2221 to drive the base 2221 to move longitudinally. And a second slide rail 2223 provided below the second lead screw 2222 and extending in parallel with the second lead screw 2222. A second slider 2225 is disposed below the second nut 2224, the second slider 2225 is disposed on a second slide rail 2223, and the second slide rail 2223 can guide the movement of the second nut 2224 and the base 2221 thereon.
As shown in fig. 8, two ends of the second lead screw 2222 are respectively rotatably disposed on the longitudinal module base plate 2226, and the second lead screw 2222 can be driven to rotate by the longitudinal driving motor 2227 at one end thereof, and since the second nut 2224 thereon and the second lead screw 2222 form a threaded connection, the second nut 2224 can perform a translational motion along the second lead screw 2222, so as to drive the base 2221 and the cleaning mechanism 210 thereon to perform a translational motion; when the second lead screw 2222 rotates in the opposite direction, the second nut 2224 moves in the opposite direction, so that the base 2221 and the cleaning mechanism 210 thereon move in the opposite direction, and thus the position of the cleaning mechanism 210 in the longitudinal direction can be adjusted. As shown in fig. 5, the cleaning mechanism 210 is located closer to the right side of the second lead screw 2222; as shown in fig. 6, the cleaning mechanism 210 is located closer to the left side of the second lead screw 2222. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the cleaning mechanism 210 is driven by the longitudinal movement mechanism 222 to move from the position shown in fig. 5 to the position shown in fig. 6 in the negative Y-axis direction, and the arrow in fig. 6 shows the movement of the cleaning mechanism 210 in the negative Y-axis direction.
With continued reference to fig. 7a and 7b, the vertical moving mechanism 223 includes a sliding table support 2231, a third slide rail 2232, a first electric push rod 2233, and a third slide block 2234.
The horizontal movement mechanism 221 is provided on the slide table support 2231. The third slide rails 2232 are respectively disposed on both sides of the slide table support 2231, a third slide block 2234 is disposed on the third slide rail 2232, and the slide table support 2231 is connected to the third slide block 2234. The first electric push rod 2233 is connected to the slide table support 2231, and is configured to drive the slide table support 2231 to move on the third slide rail 2232. The first electric rams 2233 are provided at both sides below the slide table support 2231 so as to uniformly push the slide table support 2231 to move upward or downward. The third slide rail 2232 and the third slide block 2234 can guide the movement of the slide table support 2231 in the Z-axis direction.
The horizontal moving mechanism 221 is carried on the slide table support 2231, so that when the slide table support 2231 moves along the Z-axis direction, the horizontal moving mechanism 221 can be driven, and then the longitudinal moving mechanism 222 and the cleaning mechanism 210 can be driven to move in the Z-axis direction. As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning mechanism 210 is located closer to the bottom of the moving gantry 100; as shown in fig. 4, the cleaning mechanism 210 is located closer to the top of the moving gantry 100.
