11. The method of claim 10, wherein the performing a yield prompt according to the traffic request information comprises:
when the priority of the passing request is low, prompting that the vehicle can not give way;
and when the priority of the traffic request is high, prompting that the vehicle is suitable for giving a way.
12. The method according to claim 8, wherein in case the second device is an on-board terminal (OBU), the method further comprises:
receiving yielding suggestion information sent by network equipment;
giving way suggestion according to the giving way suggestion information;
and under the condition of receiving yielding instruction information of the vehicle, sending the yielding instruction information to the network equipment.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein said prompting for a line of waiving according to the line of waiving suggestion information comprises:
prompting that the vehicle can not give way under the condition that the giving way suggestion information indicates that the vehicle can not give way;
and prompting that the vehicle is allowed to give way under the condition that the giving way suggestion information indicates that the vehicle is allowed to give way.
14. The method according to claim 9, wherein, in a case that the second device is a network device, the sending yielding indication information to the first device according to the traffic request information includes:
receiving yielding indication information sent by an OBU;
and sending the yielding indication information to the first equipment.
15. The method according to claim 9, wherein, in a case that the second device is a network device, the sending yielding indication information to the first device according to the traffic request information includes:
receiving yielding indication information sent by an OBU;
judging whether the current moment is the time when the passer safely passes through the target road or not according to the yielding indication information and the position information of the passer, and updating the yielding prompt information;
sending the updated yielding indication information to the first equipment;
the updated giving prompt information indicates passing under the condition that the current moment is the time when the passer passes through the target road;
and under the condition that the current moment is not the time when the passer passes through the target road, the updated yielding prompt information indicates waiting.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the determining whether the current time is a time when the pedestrian safely passes through the target road according to the traffic guidance information and the position information of the pedestrian comprises:
under the condition that the yielding indication information and the position information of the passer meet a first condition, determining the current time for the passer to pass through the target road; wherein the first condition comprises at least one of:
each lane to be passed of the target road has a vehicle to give way;
the distance between the passer and each passing vehicle meets the distance for the passer to safely pass.
17. The method of claim 9, wherein in the case that the second device is a network device, the method further comprises:
sending yielding suggestion information to the OBU according to the passing request information;
when the priority of the pass request is low, the yielding suggestion information indicates that the pass can not be yielded;
and when the priority of the traffic request is high, the yielding suggestion information indicates that yielding is advisable.

An electronic device, the electronic device being a first device, comprising: transceiver, memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor realizes the steps of the passage method according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.

An electronic device, the electronic device being a second device, comprising: transceiver, memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor realizes the steps of the passage method according to any of claims 8 to 17 when executing the computer program.
20. A passing device is applied to a first device and comprises:
the request sending module is used for sending the passing request information passing through the target road to the second equipment under the condition of acquiring the passing indication information of the passer;
the indication receiving module is used for receiving yielding indication information fed back by the second equipment according to the passing request information;
and the passing prompt module is used for carrying out passing prompt according to the line giving indication information.
21. A passing device, applied to a second device, comprising:
the request receiving module is used for receiving the passing request information which is sent by the first equipment and passes through the target road;
and the indication sending module is used for sending yielding indication information to the first equipment according to the passing request information.
