Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a floor brush assembly according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 6 is a schematic partial structural view of a floor brush assembly of a surface cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 , the housing part 200 includes an accommodation space 210 and a suction inlet 220 communicating with the accommodation space 210 ; in this disclosure, the accommodation space 210 may also be referred to as a roller brush chamber, roller brush chamber or brush roller chamber, etc.

Wherein, the accommodating space 210 can accommodate components such as the first stirring body 500, and the suction inlet 220 can be communicated with the suction pipe 140, so that the mixture of dust and gas, or dust, cleaning liquid after use The mixture of gas and gas can pass through the suction inlet 220 , enter the suction pipe 140 , and be sucked to the frame portion of the surface cleaning device via the suction pipe 140 .

220。In a preferred embodiment, the first cover body 300 and the casing part 200 jointly form the above-mentioned accommodation space 210; in a more preferred embodiment, the first cover body 300 and the casing part The parts 200 collectively form a suction inlet 220 described below.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 7 , the ground brush assembly 10 of the present disclosure further includes a first agitating body 500 , the first agitating body 500 is arranged on the driving rod 410 and is located in the accommodating space 210 , through the The driving rod 410 drives the first stirring body 500 to rotate.

The structure of the first stirring body 500 will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a stirring member according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6 , the first stirring body 500 is suspended so that the first stirring body 500 has a fixed end and a free end, wherein the fixed end is connected to the driving rod 410 The free end is the suspended end.

As an implementation form, the outer contour of the first stirring body 500 is conical or substantially conical, and at least part of the first stirring body 500 is in contact with the surface to be cleaned. For example, at least part of the bristles of the bristle rows 510 of the first stirring body 500 contact the surface to be cleaned, so as to disturb the dust on the surface to be cleaned, so as to clean the surface to be cleaned.

Continuing to refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 , the first stirring body 500 of the present disclosure is disposed laterally, for example, disposed laterally in the accommodation space. Wherein, when the surface cleaning device is in use, the user will move the ground brush assembly forward or backward, thus, the front and rear direction of the ground brush assembly is the longitudinal direction of the ground brush assembly, and the transverse direction is approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. direction. Those skilled in the art should know that the first stirring body 500 is arranged horizontally does not mean that the rotation axis OX of the first stirring body 500 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, but that the rotation axis OX and the longitudinal direction may form a preset angle, which The preset angle can be within a certain range. Moreover, the horizontal direction does not refer to the horizontal direction, and the horizontal direction may form a certain angle with the horizontal direction.

As shown in Figure 6, in the present disclosure, the first stirring body 500 is provided in two, and the free ends of the two first stirring bodies 500 are arranged close to each other, and have a preset distance; thus making the first stirring body A gap is formed between the two free ends of 500 .

More preferably, the gap between the two first agitating bodies 500 corresponds to the position of the suction inlet, for example, the gap is set adjacent to the suction inlet, so that the disturbed dust can follow the spirally arranged The protrusions 520 are transported to the vicinity of the suction inlet, so that the disturbed dust can be conveniently sucked into the suction inlet, which greatly improves the cleaning effect.

In the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 5 , the first agitating body 500 is set toward the suction inlet from the fixed end to the free end, so that the surface to be cleaned agitated by the first agitating body 500 Dust on the surface can be sucked into the suction inlet more easily.

That is to say, through the first stirring body 500 arranged in this way, the first stirring body 500 can make the circulation path between the second stirring body 600 and the first stirring body 500 smoother, and the cleaning effect of the surface to be cleaned is also better. good.

In another embodiment, the first stirring body 500 has a main body portion 501, the main body portion 501 has a tapered outer surface, and the main body portion 501 at the fixed end has a larger diameter than the main body portion 501 at the free end. diameter of.

As another implementation form, as shown in FIG. 9 , the outer surface of the main body 501 of the first stirring body 500 is provided with a helically extending bristle row 510 in the direction from the fixed end to the free end, and the bristle row 510 510 extends outward from the outer surface of the main body portion 501 of the first stirring body 500 for a first radial distance, and the first radial distance decreases sequentially from the fixed end to the free end of the first stirring body 500, At this time, when the first stirring body 500 rotates, the bristle row 510 can contact the surface to be cleaned, so as to disturb the dust on the surface to be cleaned.

More preferably, the outer surface of the main body 501 of the first stirring body 500 is provided with a spirally extending protrusion 520 in the direction from the fixed end to the free end, and the bristle row 510 extends outward from the protrusion 520 .

In the present disclosure, the protrusion 520 extends outward from the outer surface of the main body portion 501 of the first stirring body 500 for a second radial distance, and the second radial distance is from the fixed end of the first stirring body 500 Decreases to the free end.

521。In a specific implementation form, the protrusion 520 includes a base 521 and a pair of ridges 522, and the base 521 and a pair of ridges 522 radially extend from the outer surface of the main body 501 of the first stirring body 500. Fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional structure diagram of a ground brush assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in FIG. 7 , the ground brush assembly 10 may further include a bearing 400. In the state of the body part 200, the first stirring body 500 is rotatably held in the housing part 200; and the outer diameter of the bearing 400 is less than or equal to the maximum diameter.

Thus, through the arrangement of the above-mentioned bearing 400, the first stirring body 500 can be stably supported, the running stability of the floor brush assembly 10 is improved, and thus the cleaning effect of the surface to be cleaned is improved.

In one embodiment, the outer diameter of the bearing 400 is smaller than or equal to the outer diameter of one end of the first stirring body 500 fixed to the driving rod 410 .

In another embodiment, the outer diameter of the bearing 400 is smaller than or equal to the minimum outer diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the first stirring body 500 . For example, the outer diameter of the bearing 400 is smaller than or equal to the outer diameter of the end of the first stirring body 500 away from the driving rod 410 .
