the identification unit is used for periodically acquiring signal quality parameters of a first network and determining a voice service downgrading type operation identification to be generated based on the acquired signal quality parameters;
a receiving unit, configured to receive a voice service request based on the first network;
a detection unit, configured to detect that the voice service downgrade operation identifier has been generated;
a searching unit for interrupting the first network and searching for a second network;
and the switching unit is used for switching to the second network and establishing voice service connection with the target terminal corresponding to the voice service request in the second network, wherein the network type of the second network is lower than that of the first network.
11. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the voice call method according to any one of claims 1 to 9 when executing the program.
12. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the voice call method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
13. A computer program product comprising a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements a voice call method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
