The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art through specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a fuel rod clamping ring which may be provided in a support lattice to clamp a fuel rod inserted in the support lattice; the fuel rod clamping ring comprises a clamping ring body 11, a plurality of clamping parts 132 which are arranged on the clamping ring body 11 in a protruding mode and used for clamping fuel rods penetrating through the clamping part, and a plurality of connecting parts 12 which are arranged on the clamping ring body 11 and connected to the support grids.
The clamping surface of the fuel rod clamping ring is annular, the whole clamping surface is matched with the fuel rod, and the clamping surface is tightly attached to the fuel rod, so that the resistance of the clamping part 132 to fluid is reduced. The clamping portion 132 protrudes from the clamping ring body 11, which is beneficial to forming stable surface contact between the clamping portion 132 and the fuel rod, and can reduce local abrasion of the clamping portion 132 to the surface of the fuel rod.
And the clamping rings can be integrally placed into the body (2) of the support grid, and only the connecting parts (12) are required to be connected with the body (2) of the support grid, so that the clamping rings are easy to process and assemble.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

It should be noted that fig. 5 only illustrates a partial structure of the fuel assembly support grid, and the number of specific cells in the support grid is not limited.
The fuel assembly support grid can clamp the fuel rods 3 only by arranging a plurality of mounting parts 211 on the support grid body (2) to mount the clamping rings of the fuel rods 3; the clamping rings and the support grid frame body (2) are respectively processed, and the clamping rings are directly placed in the support grid frame body (2) after being processed, so that the structure design is simple, and the processing and the assembly are easy; and the clamping face of 3 grip rings of fuel rod is cyclic annular, and whole clamping face and 3 assorted grip rings of fuel rod hug closely fuel rod 3 and are favorable to reducing the resistance of clamping part 132 to the fluid. The clamping portion 132 protrudes from the clamping ring body 11, which is beneficial to forming a stable surface contact between the clamping portion 132 and the fuel rod 3, and can reduce the local abrasion of the clamping portion 132 to the surface of the fuel rod 3.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the support grid body 2 includes a plurality of straps 21, the straps 21 are connected in a staggered manner to form a plurality of cells; each strip 21 is provided with a plurality of mounting parts 211 for mounting the clamping ring, and two adjacent mounting parts 211 fall into two adjacent cells respectively so that the clamping ring is in interference fit with the strip.
The strip 21 has a simple structure without windows and a few protruding structures, which is beneficial to reducing the flow resistance of the strip 21. As shown in fig. 7, the mounting portion 211 and the connecting portion 12 are in interference fit, please refer to fig. 5, when two clamping rings are inserted into two adjacent mounting portions 211 on the strap 21, the two mounting portions 211 can be restrained mutually to balance the stress, so as to reduce the stress received by the strap, thereby preventing the strap from deforming and breaking. Preferably, the strips 21 falling into the range of each cell are provided with a mounting portion 211 corresponding to the cell, and one cell includes four strips 21, that is, one cell is provided with four mounting portions 211 corresponding to the four strips. In some embodiments, the straps 21 are secured therebetween using welding. It should be noted that the mounting portion 211 corresponding to each cell protrudes toward the center away from the cell, and taking the uppermost strip 21 of fig. 7 as an example, the left mounting portion 211 protrudes toward the center away from the cell, and the right mounting portion 211 protrudes toward the center of the cell, so that only the left mounting portion 211 on the strip 21 is the mounting portion 211 corresponding to the cell.
Referring to fig. 6, the mounting portion 211 extends from the inside of the strap 21 to an end of the strap 21 along the side wall of the strap 21; the connecting portion 12 of the clamp ring is slide-in mounted along the outer end of the mounting portion 211. Preferably, the mounting portion 211 is a groove with an open end, and the connecting portion 12 is inserted into the mounting portion 211 from the open end and fixed by welding. In some embodiments, the open end of the mounting portion 211 is disposed at the lower portion of the strap 21 under gravity, and the connecting portion 12 is inserted from bottom to top and is welded and fixed to prevent falling out under gravity.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the mounting portion 211 is a projection punched from the strap 21; the bulge is protruded out of the grid cell. The mounting portions 211 are punched towards the outside of the cell where the mounting portions are located, two adjacent mounting portions 211 on each strip are arranged oppositely, the mounting portions are punched in a staggered mode, and the protruding opening directions are opposite. When the mounting portion 211 is connected to the connecting portion 12, the two adjacent cells are squeezed by the clamp rings, and the two adjacent cells are stressed in opposite directions, so that the clamp rings are constrained with each other, and the clamp rings are prevented from being separated from the mounting portion 211 due to the deformation of the strap 21.
As shown in fig. 8, the mechanical triangular structure is formed between the adjacent mounting portions 211 and the straps 21 in the same cell of the support grid according to the present invention; the clamping rings connected to the adjacent mounting parts 211 and the strips 21 form a triangular support structure, which is beneficial to improving the buckling resistance of the support grillwork.
By implementing the invention, the following beneficial effects are achieved:
the clamping part of the fuel rod clamping ring disclosed by the invention protrudes out of the clamping ring body, so that the clamping part is favorable for forming stable surface contact with the fuel rod, and the local abrasion of the clamping part on the surface of the fuel rod can be reduced; the clamping rings can be integrally placed into the support grillwork, only the connecting parts are required to be connected with the support grillwork, and the clamping rings are easy to process and assemble.
