Therefore, after the medicament is applied for a set time, the visual device 330 is used to visually detect the to-be-inspected area and the area nearby the to-be-inspected area so as to check whether the living body or the corpse of the tobacco worm exists, and if the living body or the corpse of the tobacco worm is found, the to-be-inspected area can be judged to have the worm nest. And then cleaning the region to be inspected by using a cleaning device. The tobacco nest inspection equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention completes the inspection of the nest by an automatic means, and the visual device is stretched into the hidden position, so that the condition of the nest in the hidden position can be conveniently inspected. And when the manual inspection is carried out, the inspector can enter the area to be inspected to carry out the inspection after the concentration of the sprayed medicament is reduced to the safe concentration, and the manual inspection is not needed, so that the manual inspection is not needed, the inspection can be carried out after the medicament is acted for a set time, and the working efficiency is further improved.
In the embodiments of the invention, the region to be examined can be a partial region of the tobacco processing plant or of the tobacco material. It may also refer to an area within a tobacco processing plant. As shown in fig. 1, the doors and windows of the factory building 1 may be sealed by using an isolation material to form a relatively closed area, and then the tobacco pest nest inspection device 30 according to the embodiment of the present invention is placed in the closed factory building 1 to spray the chemicals and inspect the pest nest. The whole process is independent of manpower. The medicine spraying device 320 is connected to the body 310 through a telescopic arm, and thus the spraying height and range can be adjusted.
In some embodiments, the tobacco nest inspection device further comprises a movable body 310. Both the medicament spraying device 320 and the vision device 330 are movably arranged on the body 310. As shown in fig. 2, the bottom of the body 310 is provided with wheels. Preferably, the tobacco nest inspecting apparatus further includes a controller that controls the body 310 to move according to the position of the region to be inspected. For example, the controller has built in a trajectory planning map or a motion control strategy.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the vision device 330 includes a camera device. The imaging device is configured to acquire a target image of a region to be inspected and a region in the vicinity thereof. As shown in fig. 2, the image pickup device is connected to the body 310 by a robot arm. The arm can drive camera device and remove in order to realize wider shooting. Further, the bottom end of the robot arm may be rotatably and/or movably disposed on the body 310 to further expand the photographing range of the photographing apparatus.
In some embodiments, the vision device 330 also includes an analysis device. And the analysis device performs graphic feature recognition on the target image according to a preset image of the tobacco worm so as to judge whether the tobacco worm exists in the area to be checked. Specifically, the analysis device compares a preset image of the tobacco worm through an AI algorithm, and judges whether the target image contains a living body or a corpse of the tobacco worm.
Further, in some embodiments, the analysis means is configured to analyze the number of the smoke worms within the target image according to a preset smoke worm image. The automatic counting, alarming or insect nest judging and the like can be automatically carried out according to the images of the tobacco insects in the analysis process of the analysis device.
And in order to better judge the position of the insect nest, the analysis device judges the position of the insect nest according to the number and the track of the living bodies or corpses of the tobacco insects in the target image.
In some embodiments, the tobacco nest inspection apparatus further comprises a display device 350. The display device 350 is in signal connection with the vision device 330 to display the visual detection result of the vision device 330. The display device 350 provides feedback to the user in a visual manner, so that the interactivity of the tobacco worm nest checking device of the embodiment of the invention is improved.
Further, the display device 350 can be wirelessly connected with the vision device 330, that is, the vision device 330 is disposed on the body 310. The display device 350 can be independently disposed outside the machine body 310, for example, outside a factory building, so that during the inspection process of the tobacco insect nest inspection device, a user can view and acquire the inspection process in real time through the display device 350. Of course, as shown in fig. 2, the display device 350 may be integrally disposed on the body 310.
In some embodiments, the tobacco nest inspection device further comprises a controller. The controller is in signal communication with the body 310, the medicament spraying device 320 and the vision device 330. The controller is configured to control the body 310 to move to the area to be inspected and to control the medicament spraying device 320 to spray the medicament to the enclosed area to be inspected. in some embodiments, the cleaning device comprises a plurality of cleaning heads. The cleaning device selectively selects one cleaning head matched with one of the cleaning heads to clean the region to be inspected according to the smoke insect condition judged by the vision device.
After the judgment and the cleaning, the structure of the device can be improved according to the situation so as to facilitate the later insect nest investigation and removal, for example, the closed line box is changed into an open bridge.

and after the set time is closed, controlling the vision device (330) to perform vision detection on the area to be inspected and the area nearby the area to be inspected so as to judge the smoke insect condition of the area to be inspected.
