Background
When the glass curtain wall is installed, an operator needs to use an auxiliary device to position glass on the built supporting frame so as to ensure that the glass in the glass curtain wall is accurately installed with the frame.
The existing hoisting device is not additionally provided with an auxiliary device to provide protection for the installation of the curtain wall, the curtain wall is fixed in an auxiliary manner, and the installation safety of the existing curtain wall is not sufficiently guaranteed.
The Chinese patent of the invention with the bulletin number of CN111498668A discloses an auxiliary device convenient for hanging curtain walls, which comprises a fixed plate, extension plates and clamping plates, wherein the extension plates which can be stretched relatively are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixed plate, the stretching length of each extension plate can be fixed, a sucking disc is arranged on the front surface of the fixed plate, the clamping plates are arranged on the front surface of each extension plate, vertical clamping grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the clamping plates on two sides, a first clamping plate is vertically and fixedly arranged on one side in the clamping grooves, a second clamping plate is vertically arranged on the other side in the clamping grooves, a transmission mechanism is arranged on each clamping plate, and the second clamping plate drives the corresponding first clamping plate to move through the transmission mechanism. This patent can assist curtain hoist and mount, fixes the curtain, improves the security of curtain hoist and mount, and the suitability is good, easy and simple to handle, and stability is strong.
However, the above patents still have some disadvantages:
1. the device is used for positioning the glass curtain wall through grabbing and adsorbing by the sucker, but the positions of the sucker are in a fixed state, the grabbing areas of the sucker and the glass curtain wall are limited, and when the curtain wall with a larger grabbing area is grabbed, in the follow-up hoisting work of the curtain wall, the curtain wall can drop due to unstable grabbing in high altitude, so that the possibility of accidents is caused;
2. The fixed plate in the device is vertical state in initial state before the hoist and mount to need the manual work to carry the curtain to just can fix with the sucking disc after with ground vertical state and snatch fixedly, when the curtain of meeting the volume great, need the manual handling, reduce curtain hoist and mount efficiency.

The invention aims to provide an auxiliary device convenient for hoisting curtain walls, which solves the problem that curtain walls with different sizes and different shapes cannot be hoisted and fixed.

The invention has the advantages that:

According to the invention, the fixing mechanism is arranged to effectively position the curtain wall, the curtain walls with different sizes can be effectively fixed through the first sucker component and the second sucker component in the fixing mechanism, and meanwhile, the first sucker component and the second sucker component are detachably connected, so that the curtain wall is convenient to be converted into a vertical state to be connected with an external crane during hoisting, and the device is different from the prior art, and the technical structure can be used for adjusting grabbing areas of curtain walls with different shapes, so that the device is suitable for grabbing curtain walls with different shapes for hoisting.
2. According to the invention, the driving mechanism and the adjusting component are arranged, the curtain wall needs to be rotated to be lifted in a vertical state with the wall after being fixed, in order to avoid the large volume of the curtain wall, the curtain wall cannot be effectively rotated back to an initial angle only through the motor, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the adjusting component to assist the curtain wall to rotate to be in the vertical state, so that the curtain wall has the functions of supporting and protecting during lifting, the curtain wall in the vertical state can be lifted with a crane better, and the curtain wall can be adhered to the wall more quickly after lifting.
3. According to the technical structure, the curtain wall with different shapes and different sizes can be fixedly connected, the condition that the curtain wall is separated from the fixing mechanism 8 in the follow-up hoisting work is avoided, the accident of falling objects at high altitude is avoided, the stability of the curtain wall in hoisting is guaranteed, and the hoisting efficiency is improved.
