A method for separating biochar from a heat carrier, comprising the steps of:
1) Sending a mixture of biochar and a heat carrier after biomass particles are cracked in a reaction kettle by a biological liquid fuel into a horizontal screw centrifuge capable of resisting the temperature of 400 ℃ for first solid-liquid separation by a high-temperature centrifugal pump through a heat-preservation pipeline in a backflow method;
2) In the solid-liquid separation process, the heat carrier is returned to the storage tank for recycling, and a small amount of biological liquid fuel contained in the heat carrier is sent to the biological liquid fuel storage tank;
3) The solid-phase biochar containing a trace heat carrier enters a dispersion tank with an extraction liquid at the lower part by gravity for dispersion, and the heat carrier in the biochar is extracted out and returned to a storage tank for recycling;
4) Sending the mixture of the extract liquid containing the heat carrier and the biochar into a flat centrifuge by a centrifugal pump for secondary solid-liquid separation, and sending the extract liquid containing the heat carrier into a gas-liquid separation tower;
5) Heating a mixture containing an extraction liquid and a heat carrier in gas-liquid separation, increasing the temperature, realizing gas-liquid separation by utilizing different boiling point differences, condensing and recycling gas phase extraction liquid gas at the top of a gas-liquid separation tower to a storage tank for recycling, and returning a liquid phase heat carrier at the bottom of the gas-liquid separation tower to the storage tank for recycling;
