Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a packaging structure and a packaging box structure using the same, which can reliably package objects to be packaged in different numbers and sizes.
The invention provides a packaging structure, which comprises a box body, a first surrounding wall and a second surrounding wall, wherein the box body is used for sealing the bottom of the box body, the first surrounding wall and the second surrounding wall are respectively arranged along two opposite sides of the bottom plate in an extending mode, the first surrounding wall is provided with a first bundling part, the second surrounding wall is provided with a second bundling part, the first bundling part and the second bundling part are correspondingly arranged to be buckled and bundled with an object to be packaged, a third surrounding wall and a fourth surrounding wall are respectively arranged along the other opposite sides of the bottom plate in an extending mode, the third surrounding wall and the fourth surrounding wall are respectively provided with a first limiting structure and a second limiting structure, the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure are used for being folded to be abutted to fix the first surrounding wall and/or the second surrounding wall, and/or are used for being folded to limit a top opening of the box body, and therefore the object to be packaged is prevented from falling out of the top opening, and the first surrounding wall, the third surrounding wall and the fourth surrounding wall form a containing cavity and the top opening.
Preferably, the packaging structure further comprises a fixing element, wherein the fixing element is used for sealing and fixing the first binding part and the second binding part.
Preferably, the first binding portion and the second binding portion are sealed and fixed by bonding, inserting and nailing.
Preferably, the first enclosing wall is further provided with a first side wall part, the second enclosing wall is further provided with a second side wall part, the first side wall part and the second side wall part are folded to limit the first side surface and the second side surface of the object to be packaged, wherein the first bundling part is arranged on the first side wall part in an extending mode, and the second bundling part is arranged on the second side wall part in an extending mode and folded to limit the upper top surface of the object to be packaged.
Preferably, the third wall further has a third side wall portion, the fourth wall further has a fourth side wall portion, and the third side wall portion and the fourth side wall portion are used for limiting the third side surface and the fourth side surface of the product to be packaged.
Preferably, the first limit structure and the second limit structure respectively comprise a first side limit part and a second side limit part, wherein the first side limit part is arranged on at least one side edge of the third side wall part in an extending way and is folded to limit the first surrounding wall and/or the second surrounding wall, and the second side limit part is arranged on at least one side edge of the fourth side wall part in an extending way and is folded to limit the first surrounding wall and/or the second surrounding wall.
Preferably, the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure respectively comprise a first opening limiting part and a second opening limiting part, wherein the first opening limiting part is arranged on the outer side edge of the third side wall part in an extending mode, the outer side edge of the third side wall part is one side, far away from the bottom plate, of the third side wall part, the first opening limiting part is folded to extend into the top opening, the second opening limiting part is arranged on the outer side edge of the fourth side wall part in an extending mode, the outer side edge of the fourth side wall part is one side, far away from the bottom plate, of the fourth side wall part, and the second opening limiting part is folded to extend into the top opening.
Preferably, the height of the third surrounding wall and the fourth surrounding wall after being folded is greater than or equal to the height of the object to be packaged.
Preferably, the first wall and the second wall are funnel-shaped.
In addition, the invention also provides a packaging box structure, which comprises the packaging structure and an outer packaging box, wherein the outer packaging box is used for packaging the packaging structure for transportation.
Compared with the prior art, the packaging structure and the packaging box structure using the same package the articles to be packaged through the combination of the first surrounding wall, the second surrounding wall, the third surrounding wall, the fourth surrounding wall and the bottom plate, the articles to be packaged are bound through the first binding part and the second binding part of the first surrounding wall and the second surrounding wall, and meanwhile, the first surrounding wall, the second surrounding wall or the articles to be packaged are limited in freedom degree through the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure of the third surrounding wall and the fourth surrounding wall, the articles to be packaged are further fastened, and the articles to be packaged are prevented from falling off from the top opening.

In the following description and in the claims, the terms "include" and "comprise" are used in an open-ended fashion, and thus should be interpreted to mean "include, but not limited to.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a packaging structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 to 5 are schematic structural views of a packaging process according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a packaging process according to another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a packaging box according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a packaging structure 10, which comprises a box body, wherein the box body comprises a bottom plate 100, a first surrounding wall 201, a second surrounding wall 202, a third surrounding wall 203 and a fourth surrounding wall 204, wherein the bottom plate 100 is used for sealing the bottom of the box body, the first surrounding wall 201 and the second surrounding wall 202 are respectively arranged along two opposite sides of the bottom plate 100, such as two long sides, the first surrounding wall 201 and the second surrounding wall 202 are provided with a first bundling part 2010 and a second bundling part 2020, the first bundling part 2010 and the second bundling part 2020 are correspondingly arranged to buckle and bundle an article 20 to be packaged, the third surrounding wall 203 and the fourth surrounding wall 204 are respectively arranged along two opposite sides of the bottom plate 100, such as two wide sides, the third surrounding wall 203 and the fourth surrounding wall 204 are respectively provided with a first limiting structure 2030 and a second limiting structure 2030, the first limiting structure 2030 and the second limiting structure 2040 are respectively used for being abutted against and fixed after being folded, and/or the first limiting structure 2030 and the second limiting structure 202 are respectively folded, and the first surrounding wall 2030 and the second limiting structure 2040 and the second surrounding wall are respectively used for protecting the top of the box body from falling off when the article to be packaged from the top of the box body 20, such as an opening is prevented from falling off, and the top opening is formed when the top of the box body is used for protecting the article to be packaged.
Wherein the first wall 201, the second wall 202, the third wall 203 and the fourth wall 204 form a containing cavity for containing the articles 20 to be packaged and the top opening. The bottom plate 100 may have a first side, a second side, and a third side and a fourth side opposite to each other, and it is understood that the first side and the second side may correspond to two long sides of the bottom plate 100, and the third side and the fourth side may correspond to two wide sides of the bottom plate 100, which is not limited herein.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the first binding portion 2010 and the second binding portion 2020 may be stacked up and down, and then encapsulated and fixed by a fixing element, for example, an adhesive tape, a binding band, or a magic tape, and the first binding portion 2010 and the second binding portion 2020 are encapsulated and fixed by one of these structures.
In another embodiment, the first binding portion 2010 and the second binding portion 2020 may be fixed by bonding, inserting, and nailing, for example, an adhesive may be provided at a contact portion of the first binding portion 2010 and the second binding portion 2020 to achieve bonding, or the first binding portion 2010 and the second binding portion 2020 may be cut with a knife line (or a joinable opening) at a head end, or one of the first binding portion 2010 and the second binding portion 2020 may be a hollow structure, so long as the insertion effect is achieved, or the first binding portion 2010 and the second binding portion 2020 may be directly nailed by a bundling nail after being stacked up and down. It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, the first binding portion 2010 and the second binding portion 2020 do not require a fixing element to achieve simple package fixing.
As shown in fig. 1, the first enclosure wall 201 and the second enclosure wall 202 respectively have a first side wall 2011 and a second side wall 2021, the first side wall 2011 and the second side wall 2021 are disposed along two long sides of the bottom plate 100, which can limit the first side surface and the second side surface of the article 20 to be packaged in the height direction after being folded, wherein the first bundling part 2010 and the second bundling part 2020 respectively extend to the outer side edges of the first side wall 2011 and the second side wall 2021, and the outer side edges of the first side wall 2011 and the second side wall 2021 are the side edges which are respectively far from the bottom plate 100, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, and the first bundling part 2010 and the second bundling part 2020 are folded to limit the upper top surface of the article 20 to be packaged.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the sizes, numbers, etc. of the articles 20 to be packaged are different, the operator can fold and press the first enclosure wall 201 and the second enclosure wall 202 in different manners according to the actual needs, for example, when the height of the articles 20 to be packaged is relatively high, only the first bundling part 2010 and the second bundling part 2020 need to encapsulate and fix the upper top surface of the articles 20 to be packaged, and when the height of the articles 20 to be packaged is relatively low, only the first bundling part 2010, the second bundling part 2020 and the parts of the first side wall 2011 and the parts of the second side wall 2021 extending from the first bundling part and the second bundling part are needed to limit the upper top surface of the articles 20 to be packaged. Preferably, a folding line is preset at the connection between the first bundling part 2010 and the first side wall part 2011, and at least one folding line is provided at the connection between the second bundling part 2020 and the second side wall part 2021, and the first side wall part 2011 and the second side wall part 2021 may be provided at the parts near the first bundling part 2010 and the second bundling part 2020, respectively, so as to facilitate folding and limiting the articles 20 to be packaged when the sizes and the heights thereof are smaller.
In a preferred embodiment, if the to-be-packaged article 20 is formed by stacking and assembling a plurality of single articles, pre-protecting measures, such as sleeving protecting bags, banding, etc., may be performed before packaging the to-be-packaged article 20, but the invention is not limited thereto, as long as the to-be-packaged article 20 can be protected and fixed before being bundled.
As shown in fig. 1, the third peripheral wall 203 and the fourth peripheral wall 204 also have a third side wall portion 2034 and a fourth side wall portion 2044, respectively, and the third side wall portion 2034 and the fourth side wall portion 2044 are disposed along two wide sides of the bottom plate 100, which can limit the third side surface and the fourth side surface of the packaged article 20 in the height direction after being folded.
The first limiting structure 2030 may include a first side limiting portion 2031, 2032 extending along at least one side of the third side wall portion 2034 to limit the first peripheral wall 201 and/or the second peripheral wall 202, for example, the first side limiting portion 2031, 2032 may be disposed on the left and right sides of the third side wall portion 2034, after being folded, capable of limiting the first peripheral wall 201 and the second peripheral wall 202 to achieve the effect of further fixing the article 20 to be packaged, and similarly, the second limiting structure 2040 may include a second side limiting portion 2041, 2042 extending along at least one side of the fourth side wall portion 2044 to limit the first peripheral wall 201 and/or the second peripheral wall 202, for example, the second side limiting portion 2041, 2042 may be disposed on the left and right sides of the fourth side wall portion 2044, after being folded, capable of limiting the first peripheral wall 201 and the second peripheral wall 202 to achieve the effect of further fixing the article 20 to be packaged.
Preferably, the first limiting structure 2030 further includes a first opening limiting portion 2033 extending on an outer side edge of the third side wall portion 2034, that is, a side of the third side wall portion 2034 away from the bottom plate 100, where the first opening limiting portion 2033 is folded to extend into the top opening, for example, perpendicular to the opening direction or extending into the opening, which is not limited by the invention. Similarly, the second limiting structure 2040 may also include a second opening limiting portion 2043 extending from an outer side of the fourth side wall portion 2044, and the outer side of the fourth side wall portion 2044 is also a side of the side wall portion away from the bottom plate 100, and the second opening limiting portion 2043 is folded to extend into the top opening.
Further, the first opening limiting portion 2033 and the second opening limiting portion may further be provided with a handle hole, so that an operator can conveniently carry the case before packaging.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the first limiting structure 2030 may include a first opening limiting portion 2033 and first side limiting portions 2031 and 2032, and the second limiting structure 2040 may include a second opening limiting portion 2043 and second side limiting portions 2041 and 2042. The arrangement can not only fasten the first enclosure wall 201 through the limit part of the side, effectively further fix the article 20 to be packaged, limit the degree of freedom of the article 20 in the horizontal direction, but also avoid the article 20 to be packaged from sliding off and falling off from the top opening under the conditions of tilting, inversion and the like of the box body through the opening limit part close to the top opening, that is, the opening limit part and the bottom plate 100 limit the degree of freedom of the article 20 to be packaged in the vertical direction together.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in order to better protect the packaged article 20, after the packaged article 20 is packaged, the height of the folded third wall 203 and the folded fourth wall 204 should be substantially greater than or equal to the height of the packaged article 20, and the height of the folded first side wall 2011 and the folded second side wall 2021 should be substantially less than or equal to the height of the packaged article 20 for better bundling and fixing the packaged article 20. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the overall structure of the first wall 201 and the second wall 202 is substantially funnel-shaped, so that the binding stability can be effectively ensured.
As shown in fig. 7, based on the packaging structure 10 provided in the above embodiment, the present invention further provides a packaging box structure 30, which includes the packaging structure 10 as described above, and an outer packaging box 31, wherein the outer packaging box 31 is used to encapsulate the packaging structure 10 again, so as to facilitate transportation.
It will be appreciated that, due to the different sizes of the articles 20 to be packaged, the volume of the packaging structure 10 is consistent throughout, and the packaging structure 10 can be packaged and fixed by the outer packaging box 31 before transportation for better protecting the articles 20 to be packaged. The accommodating space of the outer package 31 may be slightly larger than the whole volume of the folded package structure 10.
Preferably, the inner walls of the outer package 31 may abut against the outer surface of the package structure 10, for example, the top cover of the outer package 31 may abut against the third wall 203 and the fourth wall 204 of the package structure 10, but the invention is not limited thereto. So long as the stability of the packaging structure 10 in the outer package 31 can be ensured.
That is, in practical implementation, before the articles 20 to be packaged are packaged by the packaging structure 10, an operator can pre-protect the articles by means of a protection bag, etc., then, as shown in fig. 3, the first and second walls 201 and 202 of the packaging structure 10 are used for binding and fixing, the degrees of freedom of the first and second sides and the upper top surface are limited, then, as shown in fig. 5 or 6, the third and fourth walls 203 and 204 of the packaging structure 10 are used for further protecting, and at the same time, the third and fourth walls 203 and 204 can also reinforce the first and second walls 201 and 202 and reduce the probability that the articles 20 to be packaged will fall off from the top opening, and finally, the operator encapsulates the packaging structure 10, that is, installs the packaging structure 10 through the outer packaging box 31, and performs outer protection. The arrangement can furthest protect the articles 20 to be packaged, avoid damage to the articles, and simultaneously protect the packaging structure 10, thereby repeatedly using the packaging structure 10, reducing the use of raw materials and saving the transportation cost.
In summary, the packaging structure 10 and the packaging box structure 30 using the same provided by the present invention package the to-be-packaged article 20 through the combination of the first surrounding wall 201, the second surrounding wall 202, the third surrounding wall 203, the fourth surrounding wall 204 and the bottom plate 100, and the to-be-packaged article 20 is bound through the first binding portion 2010 and the second binding portion 2020 of the first surrounding wall 201 and the second surrounding wall 202, and meanwhile, the first limiting structure 2030 and the second limiting structure 2040 of the third surrounding wall 203 and the fourth surrounding wall 204 limit the degree of freedom of the first surrounding wall 201, the second surrounding wall 202 or the to-be-packaged article 20, so as to further fasten the to-be-packaged article 20 and prevent the to-be-packaged article 20 from falling out of the top opening.
The invention has been described with respect to the above-described embodiments, however, the above-described embodiments are merely examples of practicing the invention. It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. On the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention.
