The oil outlet of a two-position four-way reversing valve of the anti-jamming drill valve is connected with an oil inlet of the two-position two-way reversing valve and a spring cavity of a one-way valve, the other oil outlet of the two-position four-way reversing valve is connected with a rod cavity of a hydraulic oil cylinder 8, a reversing cavity of the two-position four-way reversing valve is connected with an oil way of which a control oil port passes through one damping hole, the spring cavity of the two-position four-way reversing valve is connected with an oil way of which the control oil port passes through two damping holes, the oil outlet of the two-position two-way reversing valve is connected with a rodless cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder 8, the reversing cavity of the two-position two-way reversing valve is connected with an oil way of which the control oil port passes through two damping holes, the oil inlets of two overflow valves 2 are connected with oil ways of which the control oil port passes through two damping holes, the oil outlets of the two overflow valves 2 are connected with a hydraulic oil tank, and the reversing cavity of the one-way valve is connected with a rodless cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder 8.

The system is provided with a plurality of oil ports through a three-level anti-jamming drill rod system controlled by rock drilling, is connected with external equipment and is reserved with a pressure detection port, can be communicated with the pressure detection equipment at any time, controls the working state of each valve block in the valve bank, further can supply oil to the valve bank through a hydraulic pump, outputs the oil to a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic oil cylinder and impact equipment, controls the hydraulic oil cylinder to carry out rock drilling feeding operation, and can realize synchronous operation of rock drilling feeding, rotation and impact; the hydraulic oil cylinder and the impact equipment can be monitored in real time in the operation process through a thirteenth oil port of the rock drilling speed proportional control valve, the variable of a hydraulic pump is controlled, the throttle area of the internal oil through of the valve core is changed by adjusting the push angle of an operating rod of the rock drilling speed proportional control valve, the flow of a working port of the impact equipment and the speed of pushing or returning the hydraulic oil cylinder are controlled and adjusted, the impact frequency and the impact pressure of the impact equipment are controlled and adjusted, the control pressure of the three-level anti-jamming valve group is determined by automatically detecting the pressure of a hydraulic motor, the impact equipment and a rodless cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder, the pressure and the flow of the hydraulic motor, the impact equipment and the hydraulic oil cylinder are adjusted and supplied, the adjustability control and the intelligent degree of rock drilling construction under different conditions are improved, the hole straightness and the rock drilling working efficiency are improved, the potential risk of jamming is automatically identified, the jamming prevention control is automatically performed, the jamming is effectively avoided, the construction efficiency is improved, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.

the rock drilling control system comprises a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic oil tank, a hydraulic oil cylinder (8), a control oil source valve, a hydraulic motor (7), an impact device (9), a load-sensitive rock drilling multi-way valve (1) and an anti-jamming valve group, wherein the hydraulic pump is respectively connected with a first oil port (P) and a fifth oil port (P1), a sixth oil port (P2) and a seventh oil port (P3) of the load-sensitive rock drilling multi-way valve (1), the hydraulic oil tank is connected with a second oil port (T) of the rock drilling valve group, the impact device (9) is connected with an oil port of an anti-idle-strike valve (5) of the anti-jamming valve group, an eighth oil port (A3) and a ninth oil port (B3) of the load-sensitive drilling multi-way valve (1) are respectively connected with a rodless cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder (8) and a rod cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder (8), a thirteenth oil port (Ls) of the load-sensitive drilling multi-way valve (1) is connected with a load-sensitive feedback port of the hydraulic pump, a fourteenth oil port (B3) and a fifteenth oil port (B2) of the load-sensitive drilling multi-way valve (1) are connected with an oil outlet of the control oil source valve, the load-sensitive drilling multi-way valve (1) is externally connected with a tenth oil port (A2) of the impact equipment (9), a third oil port (A1) of the hydraulic motor (7) in a forward rotation mode, a fourth oil port (B1) of the hydraulic motor (7) in a reverse rotation mode, an eleventh oil port (B2) for feeding back the pressure of the impact equipment (9) and a twelfth oil port (M) for detecting the total pressure of the hydraulic oil cylinder (8) and the impact equipment (9);
the three-stage anti-jamming system is provided with an overflow valve (2), an anti-idle-run valve (5), an anti-jamming valve (6), a three-stage anti-jamming valve (3), an overflow valve group (4) and a first oil inlet valve (1.1);
the tenth oil port (A2) is connected with an oil inlet of the overflow valve (2), an oil inlet of the tertiary anti-blocking valve (3) and an oil inlet of the idle-stop valve (5), the second oil port (T) is connected with an oil return port of the overflow valve (2), an oil return port of the three-stage anti-blocking valve (3), an oil return port of the idle-run valve (5), an oil return port of the overflow valve group (4) and an oil return port of the anti-blocking valve (6), the eighth oil port (A3) is connected with an oil inlet A of the anti-blocking valve (6), a first oil inlet of the first oil inlet valve (1.1), a control oil port of the third-stage anti-blocking valve (3) and an oil inlet of the overflow valve group (4), the third oil port (A1) is connected with a control oil port of the anti-sticking valve (6), the eleventh oil port (B2) is connected with a control oil port of the overflow valve group (4), the ninth oil port (B3) is connected with the other oil inlet B of the anti-sticking valve (6) and the second oil inlet of the first oil inlet valve (1.1), an oil outlet of the first oil inlet valve (1.1) is connected with a control port of the idle-run prevention valve (5), an oil outlet of the idle operation prevention valve (5) is externally connected with the impact equipment (9), an oil outlet A4 of the anti-sticking valve (6) is externally connected with a rodless cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder (8), the other oil outlet B4 of the anti-sticking valve (6) is externally connected with a rod cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder (8).

The three-level anti-jamming system for controlling the rock drilling hole according to claim 1, wherein the rock drilling hole control system and the three-level anti-jamming system are connected with external equipment and are provided with a plurality of pressure detection ports for communicating with pressure detection equipment, oil is supplied to the valve bank through the hydraulic pump by controlling the working state of each valve block in the valve bank, and the oil is output to the hydraulic motor (7), the hydraulic oil cylinder (8) and the impact equipment (9), so that the hydraulic oil cylinder (8) is controlled to perform rock drilling feeding operation, and rock drilling feeding, rotation and impact synchronous operation is controlled; in the working process, the internal pressure of the hydraulic oil cylinder (8) and the internal pressure of the impact equipment (9) are monitored in real time through a thirteenth oil port (Ls) of the rock drilling speed proportional control valve, the variable of the hydraulic pump is controlled, the throttle area of internal oil passing of a valve core is changed by adjusting the push angle of an operating rod of the rock drilling speed proportional control valve, the flow of a working port which is supplied to the hydraulic oil cylinder (8) and the flow of the impact equipment (9) are controlled and adjusted, the propelling or retreating speed of the hydraulic oil cylinder (8) is controlled and adjusted, the impact frequency and the impact pressure of the impact equipment (9) are controlled and adjusted, the control pressure of a three-level anti-jamming valve group is obtained by detecting the pressure of a rod-free cavity of the hydraulic motor (7), the impact equipment (9) and the hydraulic oil cylinder (8), and the pressure and the flow supplied to the hydraulic motor (7), the impact equipment (9) and the hydraulic oil cylinder (8) are adjusted.

A tertiary anti-jamming system for rock drilling control according to claim 1, characterized in that the tertiary anti-jamming valve consists of a two-position two-way directional valve, two said overflow valves (2) and a damper; the overflow valve group (4) consists of a two-position two-way reversing valve, two overflow valves (2) and a damper; the idle-run prevention valve (5) consists of a two-position three-way reversing valve, the overflow valve (2) and a damper; the anti-jamming valve consists of a two-position four-way reversing valve, a two-position two-way reversing valve, a one-way valve, four dampers and two overflow valves (2).

A three-stage anti-stuck drill system for rock drilling control according to claim 3, characterized in that the load-sensitive rock drilling multiple-way valve (1) comprises: a rotary reversing valve (1.2), a second oil inlet valve (1.3), an impact reversing valve (1.4), a propulsion reversing valve (1.5) and an oil inlet and return valve (1.6);
the oil inlet of the first oil inlet valve and the oil inlet of the oil inlet/return valve (1.6) are respectively connected with the oil inlet of the unloading valve core inside the valve block, two oil inlets of the second oil inlet valve (1.3) are connected with the oil outlet of the oil inlet/return valve (1.6) and the oil inlet of the impact reversing valve (1.4) and the oil inlet of the propulsion reversing valve (1.5), the oil inlet of the rotation reversing valve (1.2) is connected with the oil outlet of the first oil inlet valve, the feedback oil way of the pressure compensator of the rotation reversing valve (1.2) is connected with the main overflow valve (2) of the first oil inlet valve and the oil inlet of the speed regulating valve, the feedback oil way of the pressure compensator of the propulsion reversing valve (1.5) is connected with the main overflow valve (2) of the oil inlet/return valve (1.6) and the oil inlet of the speed regulating valve, the rotation reversing valve (1.2) is provided with two secondary overflow valves (2), the oil inlets of the secondary overflow valve (2) are connected with the working port of the rotation reversing valve (1.2), the unloading valve core (2) is connected with the hydraulic oil tank, and the unloading oil tank, and the hydraulic oil tank are connected with the unloading valve core and the hydraulic oil tank, and the hydraulic oil tank.

The three-stage drill rod clamping prevention system for rock drilling control according to claim 4, wherein two reversing oil ports are arranged on the steel ball positioning cavities of the impact reversing valve (1.4) and the push reversing valve (1.5) and are connected with an externally connected control oil source, and the control oil source opens a push valve rod to reverse.

The three-stage drill rod clamping prevention system for rock drilling control according to claim 4, wherein an oil inlet of a high-push overflow valve (2) of the overflow valve group (4) is connected with an oil inlet, a reversing cavity of a two-position two-way reversing valve is connected with an oil way of an oil control port passing through a damping hole, an oil inlet of a low-push overflow valve (2) is connected with an oil outlet of the two-position two-way reversing valve, spring cavities of the two overflow valves (2) and the two-position two-way reversing valve are connected with a hydraulic oil tank, and the overflow valve group (4) is provided with a pressure detection port for detecting the pressure of the oil inlet.

The three-stage drill rod clamping prevention system for rock drilling control according to claim 4, wherein a reversing cavity of a two-position two-way reversing valve of the idle-strike prevention valve (5) is connected with an oil path after a control oil port passes through a damping hole, an oil outlet of the two-position two-way reversing valve is connected with an impact device (9), a spring cavity of the two-position two-way reversing valve and an oil return port of the two-position two-way reversing valve are connected with a hydraulic oil tank, and the reversing pressure of the two-position two-way reversing valve is adjustable.

The three-stage drill hole control anti-jamming system according to claim 4, wherein an oil outlet of a two-position four-way reversing valve of the anti-jamming drill valve is connected with an oil inlet of the two-position two-way reversing valve and a spring cavity of a one-way valve, the other oil outlet of the two-position four-way reversing valve is connected with a rod cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder (8), a reversing cavity of the two-position four-way reversing valve is connected with an oil way of which a control oil port passes through one damping hole, a spring cavity of the two-position four-way reversing valve is connected with an oil way of which the control oil port passes through two damping holes, an oil outlet of the two-position two-way reversing valve is connected with a rodless cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder (8), a reversing cavity of the two-position two-way reversing valve is connected with an oil way of which the control oil port passes through one damping hole, a spring cavity of the two-position two-way reversing valve is connected with an oil way of which the control oil port passes through two damping holes, oil inlets of two overflow valves (2) are connected with an oil way of which the control oil ports pass through two damping holes, oil outlets are connected with a hydraulic oil tank, and a reversing cavity of the one-way valve is connected with a rodless cavity of the hydraulic oil cylinder (8).

The three-stage drill rod clamping prevention system for rock drilling control according to claim 4, wherein the drill rod clamping prevention valve is provided with two pressure detection ports for detecting the pressure of the oil inlet A, one pressure detection port for detecting the pressure of the oil inlet B, two pressure detection ports for detecting the pressure of the control oil port, one pressure detection port for detecting the pressure of the spring cavity of the two-position four-way reversing valve, one pressure detection port for detecting the pressure of the spring cavity of the two-position two-way reversing valve, and one pressure detection port for detecting the pressure of the oil outlet of the two-position two-way reversing valve.
