Abstract
本发明提供一种按键。按键包括一开关电路层、一托台以及一键帽。托台具有一凸出部以及一开口。键帽具有一缓冲勾以及一卡勾。托台设置于开关电路层上,键帽设置于托台的开口中,并且键帽的缓冲勾以及卡勾对应托台的凸出部。当键帽往远离开关电路层的方向移动时,缓冲勾会接触托台的凸出部,并且等缓冲勾接触托台的凸出部之后,卡勾再接触托台的凸出部。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输入装置,尤其涉及一种按键。
背景技术
现今有许多键盘的按键,是使用台座将按键固定于底板,这些台座设置在开关电路层上,键帽则设置在台座中,用以将键帽维持在开关电路层上方以供使用者按压输入信号。同时这些台座内具有限位元件,限位元件可以避免键帽从台座中脱落,同时确保使用者在按压时,键帽上升或下降维持在正常高度。键帽在被使用者按压并放开之后,高度会回升,当键帽上升回到原本高度时,限位元件会接触并抵挡键帽,防止键帽过度上升或脱落。
然而,当键帽上升至原本高度并接触限位元件时,键帽通常会撞击到限位元件,在撞击的过程中会发出摇晃以及杂音,会影响按键的灵敏度以及手感,造成使用上的不便。
发明内容
为了解决公知技术的问题,本发明提出一种按键。本发明的按键具有缓冲元件,当键帽上升回复原本高度时,缓冲元件会先接触到限位元件,减缓键帽上升的速度以及冲击力,防止键帽撞击而产生的摇晃以及杂音,维护按键灵敏度与按压手感。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种按键,包括一开关电路层;一弹性元件,该弹性元件设置于该开关电路层上;一托台,设置于该开关电路层上并且围绕该弹性元件,该托台具有一凸出部以及一开口;以及一键帽,设置于该托台的该开口中并且对应该弹性元件,该键帽具有一缓冲勾以及一卡勾,该缓冲勾及该卡勾彼此相邻设置并且对应该托台的该凸出部;其中,当该键帽往远离该开关电路层的方向移动时,该缓冲勾接触该凸出部,并且待该缓冲勾接触该凸出部之后,该卡勾再接触该凸出部。
较佳地,该键帽的该缓冲勾接触该凸出部时,该缓冲勾会产生弹性变形,待该缓冲勾弹性变形之后,该卡勾再接触该凸出部。
较佳地,该托台具有一内壁,该内壁环绕该开口,该凸出部设置于该内壁并且往该开口方向延伸。
较佳地,该键帽的该缓冲勾以及该卡勾位于该开口中,并且往该托台的该内壁方向延伸。
较佳地,该键帽具有一连接柱,该连接柱具有一侧壁,该连接柱穿设于该托台的该开口中,该缓冲勾以及该卡勾彼此相邻并且并排设置于该侧壁。
较佳地,该键帽具有一缓冲臂以及一限位臂,该缓冲臂以及该限位臂彼此相邻并且并排设置于该连接柱的该侧壁,该缓冲勾设置于该缓冲臂,该卡勾设置于该限位臂。
较佳地,该键帽的该缓冲勾与该托台的该凸出部之间相隔一第一距离,该键帽的该卡勾与该托台的该凸出部之间相隔一第二距离,该第一距离小于该第二距离。
较佳地,该键帽的该缓冲勾具有一第一接触面,该键帽的该卡勾具有一第二接触面,当该缓冲勾以及该卡勾接触该凸出部时,该缓冲勾以该第一接触面接触该凸出部,该卡勾以该第二接触面接触该凸出部。
较佳地,该缓冲勾的该第一接触面的面积小于该卡勾的该第二接触面的面积。
较佳地,该缓冲勾为软性材质制成。
本发明利用按键内设置的缓冲元件,减缓键帽复位时撞击到台座与限位元件时产生的撞击力以及噪音。

具体实施方式
以下兹举本发明较佳实施例并搭配附图进行进一步的说明。
请参阅图1本发明较佳实施例的立体分解图以及图2本发明较佳实施例的键帽侧面示意图。本发明的按键1包括一开关电路层10、一弹性元件20、一托台30以及一键帽40。托台30具有一凸出部32以及一开口33。键帽40具有一缓冲勾42以及一卡勾43。弹性元件20设置在开关电路层10上,托台30设置在开关电路层10上并且围绕弹性元件20。键帽40设置于托台30的开口33中,键帽40的缓冲勾42以及卡勾43彼此相邻设置并且对应托台30的凸出部32。当键帽40往远离开关电路层10的方向移动时,键帽40的缓冲勾42会先接触托台30的凸出部32,且待该缓冲勾42接触该凸出部32之后,键帽40的卡勾43才会接触到托台30的凸出部32。
详细而言,托台30具有一内壁31。键帽40具有一连接柱41、缓冲臂44以及限位臂45,连接柱41具有一侧壁411。键帽40的缓冲勾42具有一第一接触面421,卡勾具有一第二接触面431。托台30的内壁31环绕开口33,凸出部32设置于内壁31并且往开口33方向延伸。键帽40的缓冲臂44以及限位臂45彼此相邻且并排设置于连接柱41的侧壁411,缓冲勾42设置在缓冲臂44上,卡勾43设置在限位臂45上,使缓冲勾42和卡勾43彼此也相邻并排。键帽40设置于托台30的开口33,键帽40的连接柱41穿设于开口33内部,缓冲勾42和卡勾43也位于开口33内,并且缓冲勾42和卡勾43往托台30的内壁31方向延伸。当键帽40往远离开关电路层10的方向移动并且升高至一定高度时,缓冲勾42的第一接触面421接触到托台30的凸出部32,减缓键帽40的移动速动,并且缓冲勾42会产生弹性变形,降低撞击托台30的力道。当缓冲勾42的第一接触面421接触到托台30之后,卡勾43的第二接触面431再接触凸出部32,此结构设置使卡勾34不会直接撞击托台30,达到缓冲功能。
本发明的按键1使用状态说明,请参阅图3、图4本发明较佳实施例的按键的使用状态示意图。参阅图3,当使用者按压键帽40并且放开后,键帽40下方的弹性元件20会推动键帽40往远离开关电路层10的方向移动。当键帽40移动至一定高度时,缓冲勾42的第一接触面421会先接触到托台30的凸出部32,减缓键帽40移动的速度和撞击力,但由于键帽40尚未回复到原本的高度,因此弹性元件20会持续推动键帽40。由于弹性元件20的推动,缓冲勾42受力后产生弹性变形,让键帽40能再持续上升些微高度。续参阅图4,当键帽40移动回到原本高度时,卡勾43的第二接触面431才会接触到托台30的凸出部32。此时弹性原件20以经不再推动键帽40,且因为卡勾43抵顶凸出部32,而使键帽40维持在原本高度而不会脱离托台30。
键帽40的缓冲勾42为软性材质制成,并且缓冲勾42的第一接触面421的面积小于卡勾43的第二接触面431的面积。缓冲勾42的接触面积小,柔软性高,使缓冲勾42接触托台30的凸出部32时,能够有效地缓冲撞击力道并且减少震动噪音。卡勾43为硬质材料制成。

Claims (9)
1.一种按键,该按键包括:
一开关电路层;
一弹性元件,该弹性元件设置于该开关电路层上;
一托台,设置于该开关电路层上并且围绕该弹性元件,该托台具有一凸出部以及一开口;以及
一键帽,设置于该托台的该开口中并且对应该弹性元件,该键帽具有一缓冲勾以及一卡勾,该缓冲勾及该卡勾彼此相邻设置并且对应该托台的该凸出部;
其中,当该键帽往远离该开关电路层的方向移动时,该缓冲勾接触该凸出部,并且待该缓冲勾接触该凸出部之后,该卡勾再接触该凸出部。
2.如权利要求1所述的按键,其中,该键帽的该缓冲勾接触该凸出部时,该缓冲勾会产生弹性变形,待该缓冲勾弹性变形之后,该卡勾再接触该凸出部。
3.如权利要求1所述的按键,其中,该托台具有一内壁,该内壁环绕该开口,该凸出部设置于该内壁并且往该开口方向延伸。
4.如权利要求3所述的按键,其中,该键帽的该缓冲勾以及该卡勾位于该开口中,并且往该托台的该内壁方向延伸。
5.如权利要求1所述的按键,其中,该键帽具有一连接柱,该连接柱具有一侧壁,该连接柱穿设于该托台的该开口中,该缓冲勾以及该卡勾彼此相邻并且并排设置于该侧壁。
6.如权利要求5所述的按键,其中,该键帽具有一缓冲臂以及一限位臂,该缓冲臂以及该限位臂彼此相邻并且并排设置于该连接柱的该侧壁,该缓冲勾设置于该缓冲臂,该卡勾设置于该限位臂。
7.如权利要求1所述的按键,其中,该键帽的该缓冲勾具有一第一接触面,该键帽的该卡勾具有一第二接触面,当该缓冲勾以及该卡勾接触该凸出部时,该缓冲勾以该第一接触面接触该凸出部,该卡勾以该第二接触面接触该凸出部。
8.如权利要求7所述的按键,其中,该缓冲勾的该第一接触面的面积小于该卡勾的该第二接触面的面积。
9.如权利要求1所述的按键,其中,该缓冲勾为软性材质制成。
