Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
The dressing with pH indicator function provided by this embodiment comprises an absorbent cotton layer 1 absorbed with pH indicator. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the PH indicator may employ phenol red or sodium phenol red or a combination of both. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that wounds heal well and without infection and are in an acidic state with a PH below 5, whereas when the wound is infected, its PH rises above 6.5, in a mildly alkaline state. The dressing that has PH instruction function that this embodiment provided, because contain phenol red or phenol red sodium in the absorption surface course, when wound PH to reach more than 6.5, absorb continuous layer 1 and can change the colour to whether wounded or medical personnel can judge the wound according to the colour that absorbs continuous layer 1 and infected, in time take to deal with nursing measures, avoid infecting and worsen, alleviate the wounded's misery.
Further, the dressing with PH indication function provided in this embodiment is further provided with a protection layer 2, and the protection layer 2 is disposed at the bottom of the absorption cotton layer 1; the area of the protective layer 2 is larger than that of the absorbent cotton layer 1, and the absorbent cotton layer 1 is arranged at a position, close to the center, of the protective layer 2. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the protective layer 2 may be made of a polyurethane film material, and has moisture and bacteria permeable functions. When the dressing with the PH indication function provided in the present embodiment is applied to a wound, the absorbent cotton layer 1 is applied to the wound site; the protective layer 2 is applied to the skin around the wound, and the absorbent cotton layer 1 can be applied to the wound position more stably.
Further, the dressing with the PH indication function provided by this embodiment is further provided with an adhesive layer 3, the adhesive layer 3 is disposed between the protective layer 2 and the absorbent cotton layer 1, the shape and the area of the adhesive layer 3 are consistent with those of the protective layer 2, and the adhesive layer 3 forms an annular adhesive area around the absorbent cotton layer 1. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the adhesive layer 3 can make the absorbent cotton layer 1 better attached to the top of the protective layer 2 at the central position, and can also make the dressing with the PH indicating function provided by this embodiment more firmly attached to the skin around the wound, and the application effect is better.
Further, the dressing with the PH indication function provided by this embodiment is further provided with a release paper layer 4, the release paper is attached to the top of the absorption tissue layer 1 and the gluing area, and the shape and the area of the release paper layer 4 are consistent with those of the adhesive layer 3. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that when the dressing with PH indication function provided in this embodiment is not in use, the release paper is attached on top of the absorbent cotton layer 1 and the adhesive area, so that the dressing with PH indication function provided in this embodiment can be stored and transported conveniently, and the external environment is prevented from contaminating the absorbent cotton layer 1, which causes the adhesive area to decrease in viscosity.
Example two
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a dressing with a pH indicating function, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing an absorption cotton layer with a pH indicating function;
s2, preparing a protective layer, an adhesive layer and a release paper layer;
and S3, cutting and attaching the absorption cotton layer, the protective layer, the adhesive layer and the release paper layer to form the dressing with the pH indicating function.
Further, the protective layer is made of a polyurethane film material.
Further, the adhesive layer is made of silica gel or acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Further, the step S1 of preparing an absorbent cotton layer with PH indicating function comprises:
s11, a step of dipping the liquid absorbing material in a PH indicator to form the liquid absorbing material with the PH indicating function;
s12, a step of drying the liquid absorption material with the pH indication function to form an absorption cotton with the pH indication function;
s13, compacting the absorbing cotton to form a lamellar absorbing cotton layer with a pH indicating function;
s14, a step of performing film cutting treatment on the absorbent cotton layer with the pH indicating function.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that through the above steps, a PH indicating absorbent cotton layer having a size suitable for the manufactured PH indicating dressing can be obtained, thereby facilitating the subsequent manufacture of the PH indicating dressing.
Further, the present embodiment provides a method for preparing a dressing with PH indication function, which further includes a step of performing a sterilization treatment on the absorbent cotton layer with PH indication function. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the prepared dressing with PH indication function may be further packaged for subsequent storage and shipment.
Further, the liquid absorbing material can be needle punched cotton, spunlaced cotton, hot air non-woven fabric or foam material. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the needle punched cotton, the spunlaced cotton, the hot air non-woven fabric or the foam all have strong water absorption performance, can effectively absorb body fluid exuded from wounds after being made into a dressing, keeps the wounds dry and is not easy to cause infection.
Further, the pH indicator is phenol red solution, phenol red sodium solution or mixed solution of phenol red and phenol red sodium. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the color of the phenol red solution, the phenol red sodium solution or the mixed solution of phenol red and phenol red sodium changes when the solution meets the liquid with the pH value of more than 6.5, so that the absorption cotton layer formed after the solution is soaked in the absorption cotton material changes the color after the solution absorbs the liquid exuded by wound infection, and the wounded and the medical staff can judge the infection condition of the wound through the color change, so that the wound can be treated in time and the wound can be kept to heal well.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
