Abstract
本发明涉及荧光染料领域,具体涉及一种具有大范围斯托克斯位移的新型荧光化合物,所述荧光化合物可用于核酸和多肽修饰,且斯托克斯位移最大可达到约190nm,即最大发射波长与最大激发波长有了较大波长差,从而解决了测量中因串扰以及后向散射效应带来的自淬灭和测量误差的问题。
