In this embodiment, the first communication resource or the second communication resource is used to generate the communication resource cost information, and the cost payment is performed based on the communication resource cost information, so that a complete flow from the demand to the use to the payment of the communication resource is realized, and each functional module is integrated in the communication resource management system, so that the acquisition flow of the communication resource is simplified, and the acquisition efficiency of the communication resource is improved.
In one embodiment, converting the service requirement data to obtain communication resource requirement data includes: carrying out rationality judgment on the service demand data; under the condition that the service demand data is reasonable, searching for the converted communication resource demand data in the pre-established mapping relation between different service demand data and different communication resource demand data.
The rationality judgment refers to preliminary judgment of whether the service demand data is reasonable or not based on the existing service condition. Illustratively, the service requirement data is a 1G private line between the communication resource management system and the education network, while the existing service condition is that the communication resource management system and the education network have no cooperative relationship, and the service requirement data is judged to be unreasonable. Under the condition that the judging result of the service demand data indicates that the service demand data is reasonable, the service demand data is converted to obtain the communication resource demand data, so that the phenomenon that the unreasonable service demand data is converted to the communication resource demand data to cause the waste of communication resources is avoided, and the acquisition efficiency of the communication resources is improved.
The communication resource management system is pre-established with the mapping relation between different service demand data and different communication resource demand data. Illustratively, the service requirement data is to increase the access speed to 100M/s, and the communication resource requirement data corresponding to the service requirement data is to purchase network acceleration service of 100M/s. Under the condition that the service demand data is reasonable, searching the communication resource demand data corresponding to the service demand data in the pre-established mapping relation between different service demand data and different communication resource demand data, and taking the communication resource demand data as the converted communication resource demand data.
In this embodiment, by performing rationality judgment on the service demand data, under the condition that the service demand data is reasonable, the service demand data is converted to obtain the communication resource demand data, thereby avoiding the unreasonable conversion of the service demand data into the communication resource demand data, causing the waste of communication resources, and being beneficial to improving the acquisition efficiency of the communication resources. And searching the converted communication resource demand data in the pre-established mapping relation between different service demand data and different communication resource demand data, and acquiring the corresponding communication resource based on the converted communication resource demand data, thereby being beneficial to improving the acquisition efficiency of the communication resource.
To describe the method and effect of obtaining communication resources in this embodiment in detail, the following description will describe one of the most detailed embodiments:
For the application scenario of increasing service growth demand, which is common in the financial field, as shown in fig. 6, the communication resource management system includes any one of a communication resource demand management module, a communication resource technology management module, a service management module, an operator management module, a partner management module, and a financial management module. As shown in fig. 7, the communication resource requirement management module includes any one of a business requirement submitting unit, a business requirement approving unit, a business technology requirement converting unit, a technology requirement approving unit and a technology requirement issuing unit. The service requirement submitting unit is an entrance for service requirement proposal. The business requirement approval unit evaluates the rationality of the business requirements related to the communication resources. The business technology demand conversion unit converts the business demand into the communication resource demand through the continuously rich business technology demand library. In some embodiments, the financial institution adds the internet channel service newly, and converts the internet channel service into an internet private line with a certain bandwidth newly added according to the estimated flow model. The technical requirement approval unit evaluates the rationality and feasibility of the communication resource requirement according to the technical specifications of the financial institutions and the requirements of the communication resource framework protocol. The technological requirement issuing unit converts the communication resource requirement into a communication resource requirement task and sends the communication resource requirement task to the communication resource technological management module. As shown in fig. 8, the communication resource technology management module includes any one of a technology demand assessment unit, a technology demand auditing unit, a technology demand purchasing unit, a technology demand configuration unit, and a technology demand notification unit. The technical demand assessment unit judges whether the currently configured communication resources can meet the service demand according to the currently configured communication resources and the configuration information of the partner system provided by the partner management module, if so, the communication resources enter the service management module to perform service operation, and if not, the communication resources enter the technical demand auditing unit to conduct approval according to the management flow of the financial institutions, and the signing and printing flow of related communication resource application materials submitted to operators is completed. The science and technology demand purchasing unit is in butt joint with the operator management module and sends the communication resource application material flow to the operator. The scientific and technological requirement configuration unit analyzes the first communication resources provided by the operator management module into specific communication resource configuration, and automatically completes configuration deployment and debugging of the communication resources according to actual conditions and cooperation side configuration information provided by the cooperation side management module and a communication resource configuration resource library. And the scientific and technological requirement notification unit synchronizes the configuration deployment result to the service management module and the cooperation management module according to the actual situation, and notifies the service management module and the cooperation management module of the completion situation of the communication resource requirement.
As shown in fig. 9, the carrier management module includes any one of a carrier interface unit, a carrier business acceptance unit, a carrier resource supply unit, and a carrier notification unit. The operator interface unit is in butt joint with the communication resource technology management module and is an interface between an operator and a communication resource management system. The operation business acceptance unit receives the communication resource application material provided by the communication resource science and technology management module, accepts the business application, decomposes the communication resource corresponding to the application, and transmits the communication resource application material to the background technical support department. And the operator resource supply unit provides communication resources corresponding to the application according to the execution feedback of the background technical support department, such as private line numbers, interface addresses, VLANID (virtual network numbers) and other information corresponding to the communication private line. The operator notification unit feeds the communication resource corresponding to the application back to the communication resource technology management module to notify the communication resource technology management module to carry out communication resource allocation. As shown in fig. 10, the partner management module includes any one of a partner interface unit, a partner demand docking unit, a partner configuration unit, and a partner notification unit. The partner interface unit is in butt joint with the communication resource technology management module and is an interface between the partner system and the communication resource management system. In the communication resource requirement related to the partner system, the partner requirement docking unit provides the communication resource information of the partner system, if a special line from the communication resource management system to the partner system needs to be opened, the partner system provides the special line access address, the contact person, the supportable operators and other information of the partner system through the partner requirement docking unit as the input of the communication resource technology management module, so as to form a complete communication resource requirement application. The partner configuration unit is used for receiving the communication resources applied by the communication resource science and technology management module and completing the configuration deployment and the debugging of the communication resources related to the partner. The partner notifying unit feeds back the communication resource configuration result. As shown in fig. 11, the service management module includes any one of a service notification unit, a service operation unit, a service dynamic evaluation unit, and a service demand optimization unit. The service notification unit receives a processing result of the communication resource science and technology management module about service requirements. The service operation unit performs actual service operation according to the processing condition, and verifies whether the requirements are accurately met. And the service dynamic evaluation unit dynamically evaluates the service condition of the communication resource according to the service running condition. For example, there is a significant increase in traffic operation during a time period to determine whether or not to adjust existing communication resources. And the service demand optimizing unit puts forward the demand for optimizing and adjusting the communication resources according to the result of the service dynamic evaluation. As shown in FIG. 12, the financial management module includes any one of a financial interface unit, a financial acceptance unit, a financial audit unit, and a financial payment unit. The financial interface unit is in butt joint with the communication resource technology management module and is an interface between the financial management module and the communication resource technology management module. The financial acceptance unit receives a communication resource fee payment application provided by the communication resource science and technology management module. And the financial auditing unit audits the communication resource fee payment application according to the charge standard agreed by the communication resource framework protocol and the financial system management requirement. And the financial payment unit pays the communication resource bill after the auditing.
Fig. 13 is a flow chart of a communication resource acquisition method. The communication resource demand management module acquires service demand data related to communication resources, and converts the service demand data to obtain the communication resource demand data. Specifically, rationality judgment is carried out on the service demand data, and under the condition that the service demand data is reasonable, the converted communication resource demand data is searched and obtained in the mapping relation between different pre-established service demand data and different communication resource demand data. Under the condition that the currently configured communication resources are not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data comprises configuration information of the partner system, the communication resource technology management module sends the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system to the operator management model, and the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system are forwarded to an operator after being processed by the operator management module, so that the operator distributes first communication resources for the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information. The communication resource technology management module acquires first communication resources distributed by an operator for the communication resource management system and the partner system, and performs service operation on the service management system based on the first communication resources and the partner system. The communication resource science and technology management module performs service operation based on the first communication resource and the partner system, and comprises the following steps: the communication resource technology management module analyzes the first communication resource to obtain communication resource configuration information, wherein the communication resource configuration information comprises a first port number and a second port number. The communication resource science and technology management module updates the port number in the currently configured communication resource to a first port number, sends a second port number to the partner system through the partner management system, and receives a resource configuration result generated by the partner system based on the second port number. And carrying out service operation with the partner system in the service management system based on the first port number and the resource configuration result.
And under the condition that the currently configured communication resources are not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data does not comprise configuration information of the partner system, the communication resource technology management module sends the communication resource demand data to an operator through the operator management module so that the operator can allocate second communication resources for the communication resource management system based on the communication resource demand data. And acquiring second communication resources allocated by the operator for the communication resource management system, and performing service operation on the service management module based on the second communication resources.
And under the condition that the currently configured communication resources are matched with the communication resource demand data, carrying out service operation on the service management module based on the currently configured communication resources.
The service management module acquires resources required by service operation and judges whether the difference value between the first communication resources and the resources required by service operation is larger than a preset value. If yes, the communication resource demand management module adjusts the service demand data, and the communication resource science and technology management module acquires third communication resources distributed by an operator for the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the adjusted service demand data.
The financial management module generates communication resource expense information according to the first communication resource or the second communication resource, and carries out expense payment based on the communication resource expense information.
According to the communication resource acquisition method, the communication resource demand data is obtained by converting the service demand data related to the acquired communication resources, and when the currently configured communication resources are not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data comprise configuration information of a partner system, the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system are sent to an operator, so that the operator distributes first communication resources for a communication resource management system and the partner system based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information, and service operation is performed with the partner system according to the first communication resources distributed based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information acquired from the operator, and stable operation of the service can be ensured; meanwhile, the method for acquiring the communication resources is beneficial to acquiring the first communication resources matched with the communication resource demand data at the operator through the service demand data according to the service demand of the partner, and improves the acquisition efficiency of the communication resources.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. According to the communication resource acquisition device, the communication resource demand data is obtained by converting the service demand data related to the acquired communication resources, and when the currently configured communication resources are not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data comprise configuration information of a partner system, the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system are sent to an operator, so that the operator distributes first communication resources for a communication resource management system and the partner system based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information, and service operation is performed with the partner system according to the first communication resources distributed based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information acquired from the operator, and stable operation of the service can be ensured; meanwhile, the method for acquiring the communication resources is beneficial to acquiring the first communication resources matched with the communication resource demand data at the operator through the service demand data according to the service demand of the partner, and improves the acquisition efficiency of the communication resources.

1. A method for obtaining communication resources, which is applied to a communication resource management system, the method comprising:
Acquiring service demand data related to communication resources, and converting the service demand data to obtain the communication resource demand data;
Under the condition that the currently configured communication resources are not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data comprise configuration information of a partner system, the communication resource demand data and the configuration information of the partner system are sent to an operator, so that the operator distributes first communication resources for the communication resource management system and the partner system based on the communication resource demand data and the partner information;
And acquiring first communication resources allocated to the communication resource management system and the partner system by the operator, and performing service operation with the partner system based on the first communication resources.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
When the currently configured communication resource is not matched with the communication resource demand data and the communication resource demand data does not include configuration information of the partner system, the communication resource demand data is sent to the operator, so that the operator allocates a second communication resource for the communication resource management system based on the communication resource demand data;
And acquiring second communication resources allocated to the communication resource management system by the operator, and performing service operation based on the second communication resources.

and carrying out service operation based on the currently configured communication resource under the condition that the currently configured communication resource is matched with the communication resource demand data.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing a business operation with the partner system based on the first communication resource comprises:
Analyzing the first communication resource to obtain communication resource configuration information, wherein the communication resource configuration information comprises a first port number and a second port number;
Updating the port number in the currently configured communication resource to the first port number;
transmitting the second port number to the partner system, and receiving a resource allocation result generated by the partner system based on the second port number;
and carrying out service operation with the partner system based on the first port number and the resource allocation result.

judging whether the difference value between the first communication resource and the resource required by service operation is larger than a preset value or not;
if yes, the service demand data are adjusted, and third communication resources distributed by the operators for the communication resource management system and the partner system are obtained based on the adjusted service demand data.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
generating communication resource expense information according to the first communication resource or the second communication resource;
And paying the fee based on the communication resource fee information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the converting the service requirement data to obtain communication resource requirement data comprises:
Performing rationality judgment on the service demand data;
and under the condition that the service demand data is reasonable, searching for the converted communication resource demand data in the pre-established mapping relation between different service demand data and different communication resource demand data.
8. A communication resource acquisition apparatus, for use in a communication resource management system, the apparatus comprising:
The data acquisition module is used for acquiring service demand data related to communication resources and converting the service demand data to obtain the communication resource demand data;

The resource acquisition module is used for acquiring first communication resources distributed by the operator for the communication resource management system and the partner system, and performing service operation with the partner system based on the first communication resources.
