The lower core 2 is cylindrical, with an open upper end and an upwardly protruding cylindrical portion 23 on the inner bottom surface of the lower end. The cylindrical portion 23 is coaxially arranged with the lower core 2. The inner hole of the cylindrical portion 23 is a mounting cavity 21 with an open upper end, and a wine outlet hole 22 is provided through the bottom surface of the cylindrical portion 23. The joint 3 is cylindrical and has a wine outlet hole 31 axially provided through it. The joint 3 is vertically inserted into the mounting cavity 21 of the cylindrical portion 23, and the upper end of the joint 3 is higher than the cylindrical portion 23. The upper core 1 is inserted into the lower core 2 and fixed by clamping, and the lower end surface of the positioning portion 12 is pressed downward against the top of the joint 3, positioning the joint 3 in the mounting cavity 21 of the lower core 2.

The lower end surface of the positioning portion 12 is provided with a plurality of limiting protrusions 14 in the circumferential direction, and the plurality of limiting protrusions 14 are arranged around the clamping convex edge 34. The lower end surface of the positioning portion 12 is pressed downwardly on the upper end surface of the clamping convex edge 34, so that the lower end surface of the clamping convex edge 34 is pressed on the upper end surface of the cylindrical portion 23, that is, the clamping convex edge 34 is clamped between the positioning portion 12 and the cylindrical portion 23, and the circumferentially arranged limiting protrusions 14 can radially limit the clamping convex edge 34, so that the clamping convex edge 34 remains stable. The upper end port of the wine passing hole 31 in the joint 3 is arranged opposite to the inner hole of the limiting portion 13, for the wine pipe 5 to pass through and connect, and the lower end of the wine passing hole 31 is connected opposite to the wine outlet hole 22. The wine outlet 22 is arranged concentrically with the wine passing hole 31, and the aperture of the wine outlet 22 is smaller than that of the wine passing hole 31. A sealing ball 4 is further arranged in the wine passing hole 31, and the sealing ball 4 is made of a steel ball. The outer diameter of the sealing ball 4 is larger than the aperture of the wine outlet 22, and there is a gap between the sealing ball 4 and the hole wall of the wine passing hole 31. The hole wall of the wine passing hole 31 is circumferentially provided with an annular limiting ridge 32, and the part of the wine passing hole 31 located above the limiting ridge 32 is used for inserting and bonding the wine tube 5, and the inner diameter of the limiting ridge 32 is smaller than the outer diameter of the sealing ball 4. The lower end surface of the limiting ridge 32 is provided with a plurality of limiting ridges 33 protruding downward, and the sealing ball 4 abuts against the upper limiting ridge 33 when discharging wine, and abuts against the bottom surface of the mounting cavity 21 downward to seal the wine outlet 22 when the wine is stopped.
