Surgical scissors according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner rod (14) has a neck portion (14.1) at its proximal end, a ball portion (22) being connected to the proximal end of the neck portion (14.1), the neck portion (14.1) having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the ball portion (22); the far end of the action rod (20) is provided with a claw part for accommodating the ball part (22), the claw part comprises more than three claws arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, the inner surfaces of the claws are concave surfaces, and the inner diameter of the far end of the claw part is larger than the diameter of the neck part (14.1) and smaller than the diameter of the ball part (22).

The surgical scissors according to claim 1, further comprising an electric coagulation assembly (6) arranged on the fixed handle (1), wherein a contact of the electric coagulation assembly (6) is in contact with the action rod (20), and the scissors portion (7), the inner rod (14) and the action rod (20) are made of metal.
8. Surgical scissors according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer sleeve (13) is a metal tube, and the outer surface of the outer sleeve (13) is also sheathed with an insulating sleeve (12).
