The reagent cartridge according to claim 1, wherein 2 washing storage tubes (15) are provided, and two washing storage tubes (15) store a first washing solution for removing proteins and carbohydrates from macromolecular substances and a second washing solution for removing salts from macromolecular substances.

The reagent cartridge according to claim 1, wherein 3 washing storage tubes (15) are provided, and a first washing solution for removing proteins, a second washing solution for removing sugar-like macromolecular substances, and a third washing solution for removing salts are stored in each of the three washing storage tubes (15).

The reagent extraction cartridge for a nucleic acid detecting system according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the storage tube (2) further comprises a detection tube (6) for storing a detection reagent, and the detection tube (6) is used for eluting the elution solution containing the nucleic acid in the storage tube (16) and transferring the elution solution into the detection tube (6) to wait for detection.

a rear side plate which is vertically arranged, the upper end of the rear side plate is fixedly connected with the lower edge of the rear side of the storage fixing plate (1),

a storage fixing plate (1) which is horizontally arranged and is provided with a plurality of storage holes (3),
a plurality of storage tubes (2) which are positioned at the lower side of the storage fixing plate (1), the lower parts of the storage tubes are closed, the top parts of the storage tubes are opened, each storage tube (2) is coaxially arranged with the corresponding storage hole (3), the upper end opening of each storage tube (2) has the same inner diameter with the corresponding storage hole (3) and is integrally connected with the storage fixing plate (1) and is used for storing reagents required by each step of nucleic acid detection,
the device comprises a storage tube (2), a sample tube (11), a cracking storage tube (12), a medium storage tube (13), a washing storage tube (15), an elution storage tube (16), a stirring storage tube (14) and a pipette tip tube (7), wherein the storage tube (2) is at least provided with 7 storage tubes, the sample tube (11) is used for containing samples, the cracking storage tube (12) is stored with cracking liquid, the medium storage tube (13) is stored with target capture medium solution, the washing storage tube (15) is stored with washing liquid, the elution storage tube (16) is stored with eluent, the stirring storage tube (14) is placed with a stirring sleeve (9), and the pipette tip tube (7) is stored with pipette tips;
the using method comprises the following steps:
step S1: a mechanical hand is used for grabbing the pipette head in the pipette head tube (7), a preset amount of samples are sucked from the sample tube (11), the sucked samples are placed into a cracking storage tube (12),
step S2: after the existing pipette tip of the manipulator is discarded, a new pipette tip in the pipette tip tube (7) is grabbed again, the solution of the target capture medium is sucked from the medium storage tube (13) and is placed in the cracking storage tube (12),
and step S3: after the existing pipette tip of the manipulator is discarded, the stirring sleeve (9) in the stirring storage tube (14) is grabbed, the stirring sleeve (9) is driven to move up and down in the cracking storage tube (12) to stir the sample so that the cells in the sample are cracked into nucleic acid and adsorbed on the target capture medium, then the magnetic rod at the lower end of the manipulator is controlled to move down and stretch into the stirring sleeve (9) so that the target capture medium is adsorbed on the outer wall at the lower end of the stirring sleeve (9) under the action of the magnetic rod,
and step S4: the mechanical arm is utilized to move the stirring sleeve (9) adsorbed with the target capture medium into the washing storage tube (15), the magnetic rod at the lower end of the mechanical arm is controlled to move upwards to evacuate out of the inner cavity of the stirring sleeve (9), so that the target capture medium adsorbed on the outer wall of the lower end of the stirring sleeve (9) is released and enters the washing storage tube (15),
step S5: the stirring sleeve (9) is controlled by a manipulator to move up and down in the washing storage tube (15) for stirring and washing, so that the washing liquid washes away proteins, saccharides and macromolecular substances and salts on the surface of the nucleic acid adsorbed by the target capture medium;
step S6: the magnetic rod and the stirring sleeve (9) at the lower end of the manipulator are controlled to move the nucleic acid adsorbed by the target capture medium into the elution storage tube (16) again, and the stirring sleeve (9) moves up and down to stir and elute, so that the elution solution elutes the nucleic acid adsorbed on the target capture medium,
step S7: after the existing stirring sleeve (9) of the manipulator is discarded, a new liquid-transfer gun head in the gun head tube (7) is sucked again, and eluent containing nucleic acid in the elution storage tube (16) is sucked and placed in the detection tube (6) to wait for detection.
