the mechanical analysis result generation module is used for carrying out fuzzy search on intelligent knowledge information blocks prestored in the service knowledge base according to the current state information and determining a mechanical analysis result set of the fault equipment;
the intelligent analysis result generation module is used for carrying out fuzzy search on the intelligent knowledge information block according to the key point information and determining an intelligent analysis result set of the fault equipment;
the on-duty log generation module is used for performing weight reduction processing on the intelligent knowledge information blocks in the mechanical analysis result set and the intelligent analysis result set to generate a target analysis result; generating a current on-duty log according to the content of the target analysis result and a preset on-duty log module;
the intelligent knowledge information block is stored in the service knowledge base and is created according to original information collected by the communication comprehensive network management system; the original information at least comprises the following information: the system comprises alarm information, equipment object information, an on-duty log, fault record information and a processing scheme corresponding to the alarm information.
2. The business knowledge base-based duty management system of claim 1, further comprising: an intelligent knowledge information block forming module;
the intelligent knowledge information block forming module is used for extracting, converting and loading historical original information to form the intelligent knowledge information block; and storing the intelligent knowledge information block in the service knowledge base.
3. The business knowledge base-based duty management system of claim 2, further comprising: a business knowledge base updating module; the business knowledge base updating module comprises: a first updating unit and a second updating unit;
the first updating unit is used for processing the instant original information by using the intelligent knowledge information block forming module under the condition that the instant original information has no corresponding intelligent knowledge information block in the service knowledge base, so as to generate a new intelligent knowledge information block;

the fuzzy search module is used for retrieving at least one intelligent knowledge information block from the business knowledge base according to a preset priority rule based on key search information;
the key searching information is the current state information or the key point information.

the retrieved priority of the intelligent knowledge information block is positively correlated with the number of times the intelligent knowledge information module is retrieved.

and the on-duty log generating unit is used for generating the current on-duty log according to the target processing scheme and a preset on-duty log template.
7. The business knowledge base-based duty management system of claim 1, wherein in case that the input information is voice information, the human-machine input module comprises: a voice input unit and a voice analysis unit;
the voice input unit is used for receiving voice information input by a target user; the voice information is a voice description of a scene;
and the voice analysis unit is used for utilizing the word dictionary in the service knowledge base to disassemble words of the voice information and extracting the key point information.
8. The business knowledge base-based on-duty management system of claim 1, wherein the communication integrated network management system is further configured to display and store the mechanical analysis result set, the intelligent analysis result set, and the current on-duty log.
9. The business knowledge base-based duty management system of claim 7, wherein said human machine input module further comprises: a word segmentation dictionary updating unit;
and the word segmentation dictionary updating unit is used for regularly updating the word segmentation dictionary based on the natural language habit of the target user.
