Specifically, the base 360 includes a vertical plate 362 and a horizontal plate 363 that are vertically connected to form an L shape, and a plurality of mounting screw holes 3631 are formed in the horizontal plate 363 for fixing the base 360 to the cabinet door 200 by screws. The padlock hole 361 is disposed on the riser 362, see fig. 6, and the padlock hole 361 is narrowed from top to bottom and has an arc bottom, so that the padlock can be automatically aligned under the action of gravity and slide to the center of the bottom of the padlock hole 361.
The lock nose comprises a bearing piece and a rotating shaft piece. The rotating shaft member is rotatably disposed on the base 360 through a bearing member, and the rotating shaft member uses its own axial direction as a rotation axis. Specifically, referring to fig. 14, the lock nose includes a fixed post 364, a sleeve shaft 365 and a retainer 366, one end of the fixed post 364 is fixedly disposed on the transverse plate 363, and the sleeve shaft 365 is rotatably sleeved on the outer surface of the fixed post 364. The retainer ring 366 is sleeved at the front end of the fixed column 364 and is positioned in front of the sleeve shaft 365 and used for blocking the sleeve shaft 365 from falling out of the fixed column 364 so as to ensure the overall installation stability of the lock nose. That is, in the present embodiment, the bearing member is a fixed post 364, and the rotating shaft member is a sleeve shaft 365. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the lock nose is essentially a shaft structure that is rotatable about its own axis, and thus in other embodiments, a shaft structure may be formed similarly by cylindrical pins and bearings, shafts and bearings, and the like.
Referring to fig. 13, a first end of the latch hook 320 is rotatably disposed on the mount 310. Specifically, a bolt 312 is disposed on the mounting seat 310, and a through hole is disposed at one end of the latch hook 320, so that the latch hook 320 can penetrate into the bolt 312, and then sequentially penetrates into the washer 313 and the nut 314, so that the latch hook 320 can be rotatably disposed on the mounting seat 310 with the bolt 312 as an axis, as shown in fig. 13. The opposite second end of the latch hook 320 is provided with a latch hook portion 321. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that in other embodiments, the shackle 320 may be rotatably mounted to the mount 310 by a rotatable connection member such as a cylindrical pin.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the built-in lock body 340 is disposed at a predetermined position of the lock hook 320 near the second end thereof through the bracket 330, so that the built-in lock tongue 350 and the hook 321 are located on the same plane. Specifically, the bracket 330 may be mounted on the latch hook 320 by a screw, and the bracket 330 and the latch hook 320 are relatively stationary.
Referring to fig. 12, a jack 341 is provided at the front end of the built-in lock body 340, into which a key can be inserted, and a built-in lock tongue 350 is provided at the rear end of the built-in lock body 340, and rotation of the built-in lock tongue 350 can be controlled by turning the key, so that the built-in lock tongue 350 is respectively provided in an opened or closed state.
Referring to fig. 11 and 13, the hook 321 of the latch hook 320 includes a transverse hook portion 3211 and a vertical hook portion 3212, the transverse hook portion 3211 is disposed along a length direction of the latch hook 320, and the vertical hook portion 3212 is vertically connected to the transverse hook portion 3211 to form an L shape. The hook portion 321 is provided with a concave portion 3213 at the L-shaped turning position, and the inner side of the vertical hook portion 3212 is provided with a circular arc-shaped convex portion 3214 connected with the concave portion 3213, so that the hook portion 321 pulls the cabinet door 200 towards the cabinet body 100 in the process of clamping in a lock nose, the pretightening force of the cabinet door 200 is gradually increased, the door seal fit degree is good, the tightness of the cabinet door 200 is ensured, and the problem of frosting caused by poor tightness of the cabinet body 100 and the cabinet door 200 is effectively avoided. However, the built-in lock of the prior art generally only has the function of locking the door, but cannot increase the pretightening force of the cabinet door 200, which is not helpful for improving the tightness of the cabinet door 200.
The fixed post 364 is perpendicular to the latch hook 320, the latch hook 320 is in surface contact with the sleeve shaft 365, static friction is generated between the latch hook 320 and the sleeve shaft 365, and the sleeve shaft 365 and the fixed post 364 rotate relatively, and rolling friction is generated between the sleeve shaft 365 and the fixed post 364. Therefore, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 11, the hook 321 can convert sliding friction into rolling friction during the process of being snapped into the lock nose (sleeve shaft 365), so as to effectively reduce friction force and make the switch lock smoother. In the general prior art, static friction (sliding friction) is overcome in the process of clamping the lock hook 320 and the lock nose, so that the resistance of the switch lock is large, the switch lock is not smooth, and the customer experience is poor.
Referring to fig. 13, an end of the carabiner portion 3212 includes a tip portion 3215 facing inward and a first stopper portion 3216. Referring to fig. 11, when the latch hook 320 is in the closed state, the first stopper portion 3216 abuts against the riser 362 of the base 360.
Referring to fig. 11, the built-in lock tongue 350 is a sheet-shaped lock tongue, when the built-in lock tongue 350 is in a closed state, the built-in lock tongue 350 is located in a horizontal position, as shown in a solid line structure in fig. 11, and forms a structure surrounding a lock nose with the hook portion 321, so that the lock hook 320 cannot rotate. The hook 321 is hooked on the lock nose to lock the cabinet door 200 and the cabinet body 100. When the built-in lock bolt 350 rotates downwards, the built-in lock bolt is gradually far away from the clamping hook portion 321, until the built-in lock bolt rotates to be located at the vertical position, a surrounding structure is not formed between the built-in lock bolt and the clamping hook portion 321, and the locking hook 320 can rotate outwards to be away from the lock nose, so that the cabinet door 200 can be opened. Referring to fig. 11 and 12, a second limiting portion 315 is provided at the bottom of the mounting base 310 to limit an outward rotation angle of the latch hook 320.
Referring to fig. 15, the decorative cover 370 is provided with an unlocking hole 371. The decoration cover 370 is connected to the latch hook 320, and is used for covering the latch hook 320, the mounting seat 310 and the base 360, and the unlocking hole 371 corresponds to the position of the built-in lock body 340, so that the front surface of the built-in lock body 340 can be exposed, as shown in fig. 5. Specifically, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the front and bottom surfaces of the latch hook 320 are provided with mounting holes 322 (the positions of the mounting holes 322 are indicated by screws in fig. 9 and 10) and the decorative cover 370 are fixedly mounted by screws. The decorative cover 370 is a plastic housing.
The door lock assembly 300 is installed as follows:
in the first step, the base 360 is fixed to the cabinet door 200 by screws.
In the second step, the bracket 330 is mounted on the latch hook 320 by a screw, and the latch hook 320 is inserted into the bolt 312 of the mounting base 310.
Third, the washer 313 is pierced and the nut 314 is locked.
Fourth, the built-in lock body 340 is mounted to the bracket 330, and then the built-in lock tongue 350 is assembled to the built-in lock body 340.
Fifth, the mounting base 310 is fixed to the cabinet 100 by screws.
Sixth, the decorative cover 370 is fitted and screwed to the latch hook 320, thereby completing the installation of the door lock assembly 300.
The door lock assembly 300 is operated in a closed state as shown in a solid line configuration in fig. 11 and in an open state as shown in a broken line configuration in fig. 11.
In summary, the refrigerator provided by the invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
first, the combination lock is integrated on the padlock components, enabling a double lock configuration in one configuration.
Second, the interaction process of the latch hook 320 and the lock nose is stable and reliable, sliding friction is converted into rolling friction in the process of the latch hook 320 being buckled to the lock nose, the friction force is small, and the pretightening force of the cabinet door 200 is gradually increased in the meshing process.
Thirdly, the lock hole adopts a big-end-up shape, so that the padlock can be automatically aligned under the action of gravity and slide to the center of the bottom along the shape of the hole under the action of gravity.
