The invention can continuously and automatically pack the workpieces by a packing machine, and simultaneously can maintain good rust resistance, the workpiece with problems on the same type of automatic packing machine is reduced to 5% -10% from the original 25% -40% by using the workpiece treated by the black liquor, the neutral salt spray test is carried out for more than 15 hours, the corrosion resistance is obviously improved, and the problem of metal corrosion resistance reduction caused by film scratch of the workpiece due to collision in the packing process is effectively solved.

The blackening process is to form a compact black protective film layer on the surface of a metal workpiece by a physical or chemical method, so that the rust resistance of the workpiece is enhanced, and the appearance of the workpiece is beautified. The blackening process can be divided into oxidation blackening, normal temperature blackening, phosphorization blackening and waste heat blackening according to the difference of film forming principles.
The principle of the waste heat blackening technology is that waste heat of a workpiece in the heat treatment or other processing processes is utilized, so that a black high polymer resin film layer which is firmly combined and is not easy to fall off is formed on the surface of the steel workpiece at the moment of contacting with blackening liquid. The process is simple and easy to operate, does not require thorough oil and rust removal before blackening of the workpiece, has high production efficiency, is suitable for flow line production, and has long ageing period of the bath solution, strong film adhesion and uniform color.
With the maturation of the waste heat blackening process, the workpiece subjected to the existing waste heat blackening process has good corrosion resistance, but in the actual use process, the long-term corrosion resistance requirement of the workpiece outdoors still cannot be met. Meanwhile, the waste heat blackening process of the fastener is simple, the yield is high, and the production requirement cannot be met by the traditional manual classified weighing and packaging mode. The work piece after the waste heat blackening has been from traditional manual weighing classification packing, to full-automatic mechanized weighing classification packing transition.
