First, the parking fee is a charge for parking the vehicle in the parking place. The parking fee collection mode is mainly a regular collection mode, a time collection mode and the like, and the parking fee collection mode is a main income source of a professional parking lot management company. The parking lot system is a main tool for collecting parking fees, and the regular charging mode is generally collected according to the month, namely a vehicle pays a fixed parking fee every month, and the vehicle can enter and exit for unlimited times in the month without limiting the parking time. Such vehicles are also known as long rental vehicles. In contrast, for temporary vehicles, parking management fees are generally collected according to the length of time for parking, rate standards are derived from policy documents of municipal administration departments, rates of each city are different, and different areas of the same city are also different.
For temporary vehicles, the parking lot generally adopts timing when the vehicle enters the parking lot and finishes timing when the vehicle leaves the parking lot, so that the parking time is obtained, the parking fee is calculated, and the user leaves the parking lot after paying the fee. In the parking charging process, the parking fee is mostly charged by a charging model arranged in the parking lot. The parking charge usually adopts a stage system, and the charge is different in different stages. The current built-in charging model of the parking lot can not be used for charging reminding according to different charging stages, so that the parking cost is additionally increased. Lack of charging reminding for users can cause anxiety of parking charging for some users, and the parking time cannot be reasonably arranged.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an application environment of a parking charging method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the application environment includes a vehicle, a cloud, a mobile terminal, and a user, the vehicle is parked in a parking lot, and the mobile terminal includes a mobile phone, a tablet, a smart watch, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, the parking charging method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s10: acquiring a charging standard, parking time and current time;
s20: analyzing the charging standard, and establishing a charging model according to an analysis result;
s30: and calculating to obtain the parking fee based on the charging model, the parking time and the current time.
And (4) acquiring a charging standard, parking time and current time, namely establishing a charging model, and calculating the parking cost in real time according to the charging model, the parking time and the current time. The purposes of actively calculating the parking fee, relieving the parking charging anxiety of the user and helping the user reasonably arrange the parking time are achieved.
In some embodiments, the step S10, i.e. obtaining the charging criteria, includes the following sub-steps:
s11: acquiring image information carrying the charging standard at a parking place;
s12: performing character recognition on the image information to obtain text information carrying the charging standard;
s13: and performing semantic recognition on the text information to obtain the charging standard.
The character recognition and semantic recognition have long development time, high maturity and good reliability. Therefore, the image information is firstly converted into the text information, and then the text information can be subjected to semantic recognition, so that the charging standard is obtained, and the accuracy and effectiveness of the charging standard can be ensured.
Specifically, in some embodiments, in step S12, that is, in the step of performing character recognition on the image information to obtain the text information carrying the charging standard, the method further includes the following sub-steps:
s121: acquiring text information and image information mapped to the text information as a text recognition training set;
s122: establishing a text recognition model, and training the text recognition model through the text recognition training set;
s123: and processing the image information carrying the charging standard by adopting the trained text recognition model to obtain the text information carrying the charging standard.
Specifically, in some embodiments, in step S12, that is, in the step of performing semantic recognition on the text information to obtain the charging standard, the following sub-steps are further included:
s131: acquiring a charging standard and text information mapped to the charging standard as a semantic recognition training set;
s132: establishing a semantic recognition model, and training the semantic recognition model through the semantic recognition training set;
s133: and processing the text information carrying the charging standard by adopting the trained semantic recognition model to obtain the charging standard.
The charging standard is usually displayed near the parking lot by adopting text information, so that the charging standard is convenient for a driver to read. However, current automobiles, especially smart automobiles, are generally provided with a camera device for acquiring image information of the surroundings when the automobile is running or parked. Therefore, in some embodiments, the step S11, that is, the step of obtaining the image information carrying the charging standard at the parking place, includes the following sub-steps:
s111: acquiring images around the automobile before parking;
s112: and determining the image information carrying the charging standard according to the parking time, the images around the automobile before parking and the preset mapping relation between the image information carrying the charging standard and the images according to a reverse time sequence.
In some embodiments, before step S10, that is, before obtaining the charging standard and the parking time, the following steps are included:
s01: acquiring vehicle position information, and determining the stop duration of the vehicle according to the vehicle position information;
s02: comparing the stop duration with a preset duration threshold;
s03: and if the stopping time length exceeds the time length threshold value, triggering a stopping event, and acquiring a charging standard and stopping time.
In practical situations, there is a free time after the vehicle enters the parking lot, that is, if the vehicle exits the parking lot within a certain time, such as 15min or 30min, the vehicle does not charge the parking fee. Therefore, a time length threshold value can be preset, and the stopping time length of the vehicle is combined to judge whether a stopping event is triggered or not, if the stopping time length exceeds the time length threshold value, the stopping event is triggered, otherwise, the stopping event is not triggered. The time length threshold value can be set through statistics or experience and other modes, and the time length threshold value is usually smaller than free time length due to the fact that time is needed in the process of getting in and out of the parking lot.
In other embodiments, the parking event may also be triggered directly by user input.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the present embodiment further provides a parking charging stage reminding method, including:
acquiring a charging standard, parking time and current time;
analyzing the charging standard, and establishing a charging model according to an analysis result;
obtaining a charging stage table and a mapping relation between parking fees and the charging stage table according to the charging model;
obtaining parking fee based on the charging model, the parking time and the current time;
and determining and updating the charging stage according to the parking fee and the mapping relation between the parking fee and the charging stage table.
And comparing the charging stage before updating with the charging stage after updating, and sending out a prompt when the charging stage after updating changes relative to the charging stage before updating.
In practical implementation, the method comprises the following steps:
firstly, acquiring a parking lot charging standard, an event of entering and exiting a parking lot and the entering and exiting time through a camera, then constructing a parking fee calculation model on a cloud end based on the parking lot charging standard, the event of entering and exiting the parking lot and the entering and exiting time, and calculating the parking fee in real time. And finally, before reaching the node of the charging ladder, sending a reminding message to the mobile terminal to help the user to decide whether to stop continuously.
The parking information and the charging standard information are acquired through the camera, and the normal passing in and out of the parking lot of the vehicle is not influenced. The charging model is established through the cloud, the parking fee is calculated in real time, the parking fee is more prejudged, the parking fee can be accurately known before the vehicle leaves the field, the user is reminded, and anxiety of the user due to the fact that the parking fee is not clear is avoided.
For example, municipal administration sets up roadside temporary parking stall for the convenience of citizens' trip, carries out the ladder charge strategy. The charging criteria are as follows: the product is free for 30 minutes (including) before each day, 5 yuan for 30 minutes to 2 hours (including), 5 yuan for 1 hour after 2 hours, and 65 yuan for each day. After more than 1 day, the charge is cycled each day.
The charging standard is converted into a general step charging mathematical model as follows:
the parking time is within 24 hours (inclusive)
Wherein C (t) represents parking fee, t represents parking time (in hours), S 1 Representing a fixed constant for charging, S, of 30 minutes to 2 hours (inclusive) of parking 2 A fixed constant representing the charge per hour, when the vehicle is parked for 2 hours to 12 hours (inclusive) [ t]Indicating the rounding of the parking time, S 3 Indicating a fixed charge after more than 12 hours of parking.
The parking time exceeds 24 hours
C(t)=S 3 t 0 +C(t 1 ),t∈(24,∞)
Wherein, t 0 The number of days of parking is indicated,t 1 indicating the length of time that the vehicle was parked on the last day,
an example of a message reminding mechanism establishing method comprises the following steps: after the above model is built, the corresponding step charging node can be obtained as follows:
the parking time is within 24 hours (inclusive).
Node 1 was 0.5 hours, node 2 was 2 hours, node 3 was 12 hours, and node 4 was 24 hours.
The parking time exceeds 24 hours
The 4 nodes are cycled every more than 24 hours.
And carrying out message reminding according to the step charging node. Specifically, the reminding message is issued N minutes before the node is reached. And N can be adjusted according to the needs of the user, and the adjustment range is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to the time difference between two nodes.
This embodiment still provides a parking charging device, includes:
