Further, the upper temporary blocking portion may be provided in a split structure. As shown in fig. 3, the split structure may be a complete tee structure after being folded.
Furthermore, the middle temporary plugging part is hollow in the folded or expanded state. The liquid can radially permeate to the inner wall of the outer sealing tube of the temporary plugging sealing seat through the hollowed-out part.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 or fig. 4, a shear groove 29 and a seal groove may be circumferentially provided on the outer wall of the lower temporary plugging portion. The seal groove can be used for temporarily blocking a liquid inlet channel of the liquid cylinder. The shear groove can be used for fixing temporary plugging ball seat shear nails.
Further, the position of the temporary plugging ball seat shear pin corresponds to the position of the side hole 241, and the position of the liquid inlet channel of the liquid cylinder corresponds to the position of the sealing groove.
Further, the upper temporary blocking portion and the middle temporary blocking portion can rebound and reset.
In this example embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the temporary plugging tee is secured in the interior wall of the tee housing. The temporary plugging ball seat can be of a conical tubular structure. At this time, the inner diameters of the upper temporary plugging portion, the middle temporary plugging portion and the lower temporary plugging portion are sequentially increased. The minimum inner diameter of the conical tube body is smaller than the sphere diameter of the temporary plugging sphere. When the hanger is needed to be hung, the temporary plugging ball is put into a tool pipe string above the hanger, and liquid is circularly injected into the wellhead to push the temporary plugging ball to the minimum inner diameter of the conical tubular structure of the temporary plugging ball seat.
The inner diameter of the temporary plugging ball is larger than the minimum inner diameter of the conical tubular structure of the temporary plugging ball seat, and the temporary plugging ball seat can limit the movement of the temporary plugging ball.
The liquid pressure in the conical tubular structure of the temporary plugging ball seat above the temporary plugging ball rises, but when the liquid pressure reaches a preset pressure value, the shear pins of the temporary plugging ball seat shear the shear pins to push the temporary plugging ball seat to drive the temporary plugging ball to descend.
When the inner wall of the upper end of the temporary plugging ball seat descends to be completely separated from the inner wall of the ball seat outer sleeve, the upper end of the temporary plugging ball seat loses radial control, the temporary plugging part at the upper part of the temporary plugging ball seat and the temporary plugging part at the middle part are expanded and reset, the outer wall of the temporary plugging ball seat after reset is clung to the inner wall of the temporary plugging seat outer sealing tube, the inner diameters of the temporary plugging part at the upper part, the temporary plugging part at the middle part and the temporary plugging part at the lower part are consistent, and at the moment, the outer diameter of the temporary plugging ball is smaller than the inner diameter of the temporary plugging ball seat, and the temporary plugging ball can pass through the temporary plugging ball seat and continuously descend.
The temporary plugging ball is arranged at the upper end of the temporary plugging ball seat, the whole temporary plugging ball seat descends simultaneously when being pushed to descend, and after the temporary plugging ball seat descends integrally, the side hole on the wall of the outer sealing pipe of the temporary plugging seat is not plugged any more, and liquid flows to an annulus between the central pipe of the hanger and the outer sealing pipe of the temporary plugging seat through the side hole and enters a liquid inlet channel of the liquid cylinder. And after the liquid inlet channel of the hydraulic cylinder is restored, the well bore is continuously pressurized, when the pressure is increased to a preset pressure value, the hydraulic cylinder starts the shear pins to shear, the hanger sitting and hanging function is started, the hydraulic cylinder is pushed to drive the sitting and hanging slips to ascend along the conical surface of the cone of the hanger together, the radial expansion movement of the sitting and hanging slips is realized, and the tail pipe sitting and hanging is completed.
In summary, the advantages of the present invention may include at least one of the following:
(1) The hydraulic cylinder pressure transmission control mechanism designed by the invention controls the temporary plugging of the hydraulic cylinder liquid inlet channel in the sleeve pipe insertion process, thereby not only protecting the hydraulic cylinder shear pins from being accidentally sheared, effectively preventing the hanger from sitting and hanging in advance, but also ensuring the normal circulation of liquid in a shaft;
(2) When the sleeve is put into place and the hanger is needed to be hung, the temporary plugging seat is pushed to descend through ball throwing and pressure holding, a liquid inlet channel of the liquid cylinder can be restored, pressure transmission is completed, and the hanger is hung by the hanger after the follow-up normal pressure holding construction, so that the hanger is convenient and efficient.
Although a recyclable hydraulic liner hanger and a seat-hanging hydraulic transmission control method thereof of the present invention have been described above by way of example embodiments, it should be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made to the example embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope thereof as defined in the claims.
Claims (6)
1. A recyclable hydraulic liner hanger is characterized by comprising a hanger sitting and hanging mechanism and a hydraulic transmission control mechanism,
The hanger sitting and hanging mechanism comprises a hanger central tube, a hanger cone, sitting and hanging slips, a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic cylinder starting shear pin, wherein the upper end of the hanger central tube is fixedly and hermetically connected with the lower end of an upstream tool tube string of the recyclable hydraulic tail tube hanger, and the lower end of the hanger central tube is fixedly and hermetically connected with the upper end of the tail tube;
The hanger cone, the sitting and hanging slips and the hydraulic cylinder are sequentially sleeved on the hanger central pipe, wherein the hanger cone and the hanger central pipe are fixedly arranged, and the conical surface of the hanger cone faces downwards; the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the hanger central tube; the hydraulic cylinder starts a shear pin to fix the hydraulic cylinder and the central tube of the hanger; one end of the sitting and hanging slip is fixed or contacted with the hydraulic cylinder, the other end of the sitting and hanging slip is contacted with the conical surface of the cone of the hanger, and a hydraulic cylinder liquid inlet channel is radially arranged on the central tube of the hanger;
The hydraulic cylinder pressure transmission control mechanism is integrally arranged in the hanger sitting and hanging mechanism and comprises a cementing sealing pipe, an upper sealing sleeve, a temporary plugging seat outer sealing pipe, a temporary plugging ball seat and a lower sealing sleeve,
The cementing sealing pipe and the central pipe of the hanger are coaxially arranged, and an annulus is formed between the outer wall of the cementing sealing pipe and the inner wall of the central pipe of the hanger;
The upper end of the temporary plugging seat outer sealing pipe is coaxially and hermetically arranged with the lower end of the cementing sealing pipe;
A side hole is radially arranged on the outer sealing tube of the temporary plugging seat;
The temporary plugging ball seat is arranged in the temporary plugging seat outer sealing pipe, the upper end of the temporary plugging ball seat enters the lower end of the cementing sealing pipe, and the lower end of the temporary plugging ball seat is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the temporary plugging seat outer sealing pipe through a shear pin of the temporary plugging ball seat to seal the side hole;
the upper sealing sleeve is arranged in the annular space to seal the upper end of the annular space;

The outer wall of the temporary plugging sealing sleeve is in coaxial sealing fit with the inner wall of the central tube of the hanger, so that liquid is prevented from entering between the central tube of the hanger and the outer sealing tube of the temporary plugging seat from the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder pressure transmission control mechanism;
The temporary plugging ball seat comprises an upper temporary plugging part, a middle temporary plugging part and a lower temporary plugging part which are sequentially connected, wherein the upper temporary plugging part and the middle temporary plugging part can rebound and reset,
The upper temporary plugging part is configured into a split structure, and the split structure is in a complete ball seat shape after being folded;
the middle temporary plugging part is in a hollow state in a furled or expanded state, and liquid can radially permeate into the inner wall of the outer sealing tube of the temporary plugging seat through the hollow part;
The outer wall of the temporary plugging part at the lower part is circumferentially provided with a shearing groove and a sealing groove, the sealing groove is arranged to seal a liquid inlet channel of the outer sealing pipe of the temporary plugging seat, and the shearing groove is configured to be matched with an opening on the outer sealing pipe of the temporary plugging seat to install a temporary plugging ball seat shear pin.

The recyclable hydraulic liner hanger as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temporary plugging ball seat is shaped as a tapered tube when assembled into the inner wall of the ball seat housing, the upper temporary plugging portion, the middle temporary plugging portion and the lower temporary plugging portion of the temporary plugging ball seat are sequentially increased in inner diameter, the minimum inner diameter of the tapered tube body is smaller than the inner diameter of the temporary plugging ball, and the upper temporary plugging portion and the middle temporary plugging portion are reset and expanded after the upper temporary plugging portion is separated from the inner wall of the ball seat housing, the outer wall of the upper temporary plugging portion is tightly attached to the inner wall of the outer sealing tube of the temporary plugging seat, and the temporary plugging ball seat is still in a folded state due to the limitation of the outer sealing tube of the temporary plugging seat, and the inner diameters of the temporary plugging ball seats are consistent.
