Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drag reduction agents, in particular to a metal drag reduction agent for a water-based well completion working solution and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Coiled tubing has developed rapidly in recent decades and is widely applied in the fields of drilling and grinding bridge plugs, transmission perforation, downhole fishing, production and profile testing and the like, and in the well completion process, the downhole working fluid is usually water-based working fluid used for downhole operation construction, such as clean water, flowback fluid or ready-made drilling fluid at a well site. The liquid is difficult to reduce the friction resistance of the underground pipe column, particularly in the operation of using a coiled tubing with a small outer diameter, the situation is particularly serious, the pipe column is difficult to be lowered to the preset well depth, the field construction time efficiency is reduced, and even the expected operation purpose cannot be achieved. In addition, the completion construction crew often does not have equipment with slurry preparation capability, and it is difficult to add lubricants or drag reducers of the type of polymers, greases, powders, etc. that require high shear to assist dissolution and dispersion in the field. In order to reduce the surface friction force between the underground metal well wall and the pipe column and reduce the running resistance of the pipe column, and meanwhile, in order to facilitate the field construction, the method for reducing the friction coefficient between the outer wall of the coiled tubing and the inner wall of the casing by using the emulsion type metal drag reducer is one of feasible methods.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a metal drag reducer for a water-based completion working solution, overcomes the defects of the prior art, and can effectively solve the problems that the existing metal drag reducer cannot meet the requirements of reducing the friction of a downhole pipe column under the condition of downhole water-based working solution and is inconvenient to prepare on site.
One of the technical schemes of the invention is realized by the following measures: a metal drag reducer for a water-based well completion working fluid comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 to 60 parts of lubricating base oil, 10 to 30 parts of oil-in-water emulsifier, 3 to 5 parts of anti-wear agent, 5 to 10 parts of stabilizer, 0.5 to 2 parts of tackifier, 0.2 to 0.5 part of defoamer, 0.5 to 1 part of bactericide and 5 to 10 parts of water.
The following is a further optimization or/and improvement of one of the above-mentioned technical solutions of the invention:
the lubricating base oil is modified vegetable oil, specifically cottonseed oil modified lubricating oil or corn oil modified lubricating oil.
The oil-in-water type emulsifier has HLB value of 10-18, and is one or more of dodecanol, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, tween 60 and tween 80.
The wear-resistant agent is one or two of sulfurized isobutylene and tricresyl phosphate.
The stabilizer is poly stearic acid.
The tackifier is one or two of xanthan gum and high viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose.
The defoaming agent is polyether modified silicone oil.
The bactericide is dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.
The metal drag reducer for the water-based well completion working solution is prepared by the following steps:
firstly, mixing a required amount of an oil-in-water type emulsifier with water, and carrying out high-speed shearing and stirring to obtain a first mixed solution; step two, heating the first mixed solution to 60-80 ℃, and slowly adding a stabilizer, a tackifier and a bactericide into the first mixed solution while stirring to obtain a second mixed solution; and thirdly, heating the second mixed solution to 60-80 ℃, slowly adding lubricating base oil, an anti-wear agent and a defoaming agent into the second mixed solution, stirring at the rotating speed of 8000-10000 rpm for 20-30 min, and cooling to room temperature to form stable emulsion, thus obtaining the metal drag reducer for the water-based completion working fluid.
The second technical scheme of the invention is realized by the following measures: a preparation method of a metal drag reducer for a water-based well completion working fluid comprises the following steps:
firstly, mixing a required amount of an oil-in-water type emulsifier with water, and carrying out high-speed shearing and stirring to obtain a first mixed solution; step two, heating the first mixed solution to 60-80 ℃, and slowly adding a stabilizer, a tackifier and a bactericide into the first mixed solution while stirring to obtain a second mixed solution; and thirdly, heating the second mixed solution to 60-80 ℃, slowly adding lubricating base oil, an anti-wear agent and a defoaming agent into the second mixed solution, stirring at the rotating speed of 8000-10000 rpm for 20-30 min, and cooling to room temperature to form stable emulsion, thus obtaining the metal drag reducer for the water-based completion working fluid.
The metal drag reducer for the water-based completion working fluid has the following advantages: (1) the lubricating agent has good metal lubricating effect and obvious effect of reducing the friction resistance of the underground pipe column; (2) the coiled tubing has a good metal anti-abrasion effect, can reduce the lifting abrasion of the coiled tubing in the underground casing, and further improves the lubricating effect; (3) the preparation method is simple and convenient to operate, low in cost, safe, environment-friendly and non-toxic, and can realize field configuration; (4) the water-based dispersion agent has good water solubility, can be used in water-based working fluids such as clear water, potassium chloride brine, underground flowback sewage and the like, is convenient to use on site, can be automatically dispersed by pouring the metal drag reducer for the water-based completion working fluid into the completion operation working fluid as required, and does not need slurry preparation equipment.
