一种装饰膜用自清洁涂料和膜材及其制备方法,涉及高分子材料技术领域,包括以下按质量份计的组分:水性聚氨酯90‑110份,水性聚全氟丙烯酸酯50‑100份,全氟聚醚甲醇10‑20份,单羟基硅油1‑10份,交联剂5‑10份,导电填料1‑10份,乳化剂0.5‑1份,水50‑150份。本发明的一种装饰膜用自清洁涂料,采用全氟聚醚甲醇作为氟化剂,在水性聚氨酯上接入侧链烷烃,赋予水性聚氨酯防油防水性能;且加入单羟基硅油,其硅段在膜材之孔隙中形成弯曲填充,形成疏水表面结构,表面张力低,从而进一步阻止污染物在涂层表面聚集,达到自清洁目的。

装饰膜是以PVC、PP、PET、OPP等高分子聚合物为原料,经压延、复合而制得的一种装饰材料,其生产工艺稳定,可印花在表面形成丰富多彩的装饰图案;同时在高分子聚合物原料中添加功能性组分,或以高分子聚合物为基底,在其表面涂覆功能性涂层以制备复合薄膜,可实现防污、防尘、自清洁、耐磨、抗菌等多样化功能。
现有的自清洁户外膜材采用全氟辛烷类作为含氟高分子材料侧链以达到防油防水功能,从而实现自清洁功能,但全氟辛烷在水体中易富集且不易分解,对水生物有害,在欧盟等地区受到使用限制,且采用溶剂性涂料来实现,在生产和加工过程中产生大量VOC气体排放,对环境污染严重;此外,其加工条件较为严格,往往需要高温140℃以上或UV光固化形成体型交联才能达到目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种装饰膜用自清洁涂料,其采用环保的水性组分,不含有限制类全氟辛烷类氟制剂,对水生物和水体安全友好,可在户外长期保持良好的自清洁效果。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种自清洁装饰膜材,具有优异的防污、防尘、自清洁性能。
本发明的目的之三在于提供一种自清洁装饰膜材的制备方法,工艺简单,且生产过程无VOC排放。
本发明的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种装饰膜用自清洁涂料,包括以下按质量份计的组分:
进一步地,所述交联剂为二异氰酸酯和/或碳化二亚胺。
进一步地,所述导电填料为纳米银沸石、石墨烯和膨胀石墨中的至少一种,所述导电填料的细度为2-5μm。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为烷基磺酸盐和/或聚醚类非离子型乳化剂。
进一步地,所述聚醚类非离子型乳化剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇脂和聚氧乙烯共聚物类中的至少一种。
进一步地,其组分还包括:消光粉1-10份,消泡剂0.5-1份,流平剂0.5-1份,增稠剂10-30份。
进一步地,所述消光粉为聚四氟乙烯和/或纳米银沸石,所述消光粉的细度为2-5μm。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为聚醚型消泡剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷消泡剂和聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂中的至少一种。
所述流平剂为丙烯酸类流平剂、氟碳类流平剂和有机硅类流平剂中的至少一种;
所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯类增稠剂。
本发明的目的之二采用如下技术方案实现:
一种自清洁装饰膜材,包括所述的装饰膜用自清洁涂料制成的自清洁涂层。
本发明的目的之三采用如下技术方案实现:
一种自清洁装饰膜材的制备方法,用于制备所述的自清洁装饰膜材,包括以下步骤:
1)向水中加入乳化剂并搅拌分散均匀,然后在持续搅拌下加入全氟聚醚甲醇和单端羟基硅油,得到水性乳液;
2)将水性聚氨酯树脂和聚全氟丙烯酸酯混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1)中所述水性乳液混合均匀,再依次加入消泡剂、消光粉、导电填料和流平剂搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂以调节粘度,得到浆料;
3)向步骤2)的所述浆料中加入交联剂并搅拌均匀得到涂料,然后将所述涂料涂覆于高分子基膜表面,形成防污防尘涂层,烘干,收卷得到自清洁装饰膜材;其中,烘干温度优选为100-120℃。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的一种装饰膜用自清洁涂料,采用全氟聚醚甲醇作为氟化剂,在水性聚氨酯上接入侧链烷烃,赋予水性聚氨酯防油防水性能;聚全氟丙烯酸酯具有良好的防污去污作用,同时通过聚全氟丙烯酸酯和改性的水性聚氨酯的复配,使膜材更具有真皮感和肤感,避免了单纯使用丙烯酸类聚合物时导致的塑料感;且加入单羟基硅油,利用交联剂实现羟基和水性聚氨酯的枝接,形成疏水表面结构,降低表面张力,从而进一步阻止污染物在涂层表面聚集,达到自清洁目的。此外,组合物中还加入了导电填料,从而形成导电层,进一步的减少静电吸附带来的尘埃在膜材表面吸附作用,提高自清洁的作用。
本发明的一种自清洁装饰膜材,原料安全环保,并具有优异的防污、防尘和自清洁性能。
本发明的一种自清洁装饰膜材的制备方法,其以水为溶剂,并采用环保的水性高分子材料,不含有限制类全氟辛烷类氟制剂,对水生物和水体安全友好,且工艺简单,且生产过程无VOC排放。
具体实施方式
下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
一种装饰膜用自清洁涂料,包括以下按质量份计的组分:
其中,单羟基硅油的羟基含量为4-6%,分子量优选为400-600;优选地,本发明以下实施例的单羟基硅油为斯洛柯公司的Solik 8550。
进一步地,所述交联剂为二异氰酸酯和/或碳化二亚胺。
进一步地,所述导电填料为纳米银沸石、石墨烯和膨胀石墨中的至少一种,所述导电填料的细度为2-5μm。优选为纳米银沸石,具有良好的消光效果,同时利用纳米银的导电性,来获得抗静电性,从而减少产品表面对尘埃的吸附作用,相比于传统的季胺盐类抗静电剂,其对环境更加友好,且在制品中不会析出,稳定性高;且纳米银具有抗菌作用,抑制细菌孳生,从而实现膜材在户外长期使用的抗污效果。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为烷基磺酸盐和/或聚醚类非离子型乳化剂。
进一步地,所述聚醚类非离子型乳化剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇脂和聚氧乙烯共聚物类中的至少一种;优选地,以下实施例的聚醚类非离子型乳化剂选用斯洛柯公司的Solik 7108W;
进一步地,其组分还包括:消光粉1-10份,消泡剂0.5-1份,流平剂0.5-1份,增稠剂10-30份。
进一步地,所述消光粉为聚四氟乙烯和/或纳米银沸石,所述消光粉的细度为2-5μm。采用聚四氟乙烯和/或纳米银沸石作为消光剂使用、相比于白炭黑系消光粉来说,使制品获得优良的消光效果,同时不减弱抗污效果、且赋予制品防静电及抗菌性,传统的消光粉,在消光的同时,会在表面形成孔隙缺陷,从而在孔隙间形成污染。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为聚醚型消泡剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷消泡剂和聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂中的至少一种;优选为聚醚改性有机硅,其消泡剂性能佳,且与其它组分的相容性好,以下实施例的聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂采用斯洛柯公司的silok 8225H;
所述流平剂为丙烯酸类流平剂、氟碳类流平剂和有机硅类流平剂中的至少一种;以下实施例的有机硅类流平剂采用聚酯硅油,具体为斯洛柯公司的silok350;
所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯类增稠剂。
一种自清洁装饰膜材,包括所述的装饰膜用自清洁涂料制成的自清洁涂层。
一种自清洁装饰膜材的制备方法,用于制备所述的自清洁装饰膜材,包括以下步骤:
1)向水中加入乳化剂并搅拌分散均匀,然后在持续搅拌下加入全氟聚醚甲醇和单端羟基硅油,得到水性乳液;
2)将水性聚氨酯树脂和聚全氟丙烯酸酯混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1)中所述水性乳液混合均匀,再依次加入消泡剂、消光粉、导电填料和流平剂搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂以调节粘度,得到浆料;
3)向步骤2)的所述浆料中加入交联剂并搅拌均匀得到涂料,然后将所述涂料涂覆于高分子基膜表面,形成防污防尘涂层,烘干,收卷得到自清洁装饰膜材;其中,烘干温度优选为100-120℃。
实施例1
一种装饰膜用自清洁涂料,其特征在于,包括以下按质量份计的组分:
所述交联剂为二异氰酸酯。
所述导电填料为纳米银沸石,优选地,本实施例及以下实施例中所述纳米银沸石为在沸石表面负载纳米银的产品,载银量为3-5wt%,所述导电填料的平均粒径为3μm。
所述乳化剂为聚醚类非离子型乳化剂。
所述装饰膜用自清洁涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)向水中加入乳化剂并搅拌分散均匀,然后在持续搅拌下加入全氟聚醚甲醇和单端羟基硅油,得到水性乳液;
2)将水性聚氨酯树脂和聚全氟丙烯酸酯混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1)中所述水性乳液混合均匀,再加入交联剂并搅拌均匀,得到所述装饰膜用自清洁涂料。
实施例2
一种自清洁装饰膜材,包括实施例1所述的装饰膜用自清洁涂料制备而成的自清洁涂层;其制备方法为:取PVC(聚氯乙烯)基膜,用表面处理机,以130目辊轮进行铺张,将所述的装饰膜用自清洁涂料加入浆槽后,通过所述辊轮辊涂到PVC基膜上面,形成防污防尘的自清洁涂层,在110℃下烘干,收卷,压花,得到自清洁装饰膜材。
实施例3
一种自清洁装饰膜材,包括基材和涂覆于基材表面的自清洁涂层,自清洁涂层的原料包括以下按质量份计的组分:
所述交联剂为二异氰酸酯;
所述导电填料为纳米银沸石,所述导电填料的平均粒径为3μm;
所述乳化剂为聚醚类非离子型乳化剂;
所述消光粉为聚四氟乙烯,所述消光粉的的平均粒径为3μm;
所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅;
所述流平剂为聚酯硅油。
一种自清洁装饰膜材的制备方法,用于制备所述的自清洁装饰膜材,包括以下步骤:
1)向水中加入乳化剂并搅拌分散均匀,然后在持续搅拌下加入全氟聚醚甲醇和单端羟基硅油,得到水性乳液;
2)将水性聚氨酯树脂和聚全氟丙烯酸酯混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1)中所述水性乳液混合均匀,再依次加入消泡剂、消光粉、导电填料和流平剂搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂以调节粘度,得到浆料;
3)取PVC基膜,用表面处理机,以120目辊轮进行铺张,向步骤2)的所述浆料中加入交联剂并搅拌均匀得到涂料并加入浆槽后,通过所述辊轮辊涂到PVC基膜上面,形成防污防尘的自清洁涂层,在110℃下烘干,收卷,压花,得到自清洁装饰膜材。
实施例4
一种自清洁装饰膜材,包括基材和涂覆于基材表面的自清洁涂层,自清洁涂层的原料包括以下按质量份计的组分:
所述交联剂为碳化二亚胺;
所述导电填料为石墨烯,所述导电填料的平均粒径为2μm;
所述乳化剂为聚醚类非离子型乳化剂;
所述消光粉为聚四氟乙烯,所述消光粉的的平均粒径为2μm;
所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅;
所述流平剂为聚酯硅油。
一种自清洁装饰膜材的制备方法,用于制备所述的自清洁装饰膜材,包括以下步骤:
1)向水中加入乳化剂并搅拌分散均匀,然后在持续搅拌下缓慢的加入全氟聚醚甲醇和单端羟基硅油,得到水性乳液;
2)将水性聚氨酯树脂和聚全氟丙烯酸酯混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1)中所述水性乳液混合均匀,再依次加入消泡剂、消光粉、导电填料和流平剂搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂以调节粘度,得到浆料;由于聚四氟乙烯比重较大,为了防止沉淀,需要一直低速搅拌防沉;
3)取PP(聚丙烯)基膜,用表面处理机,以150目辊轮进行铺张,向步骤2)的所述浆料中加入交联剂并搅拌均匀得到涂料并加入浆槽后,通过所述辊轮辊涂到PP基膜上面,形成防污防尘的自清洁涂层,在120℃下烘干,收卷,压花,得到自清洁装饰膜材。
实施例5
一种自清洁装饰膜材,包括基材和涂覆于基材表面的自清洁涂层,自清洁涂层的原料包括以下按质量份计的组分:
所述交联剂为二异氰酸酯;
所述导电填料为质量比为1:1的纳米银沸石和膨胀石墨,所述导电填料的平均粒径为5μm;
所述乳化剂为聚醚类非离子型乳化剂;
所述消光粉为聚四氟乙烯,所述消光粉的的平均粒径为5μm;
所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅;
所述流平剂为聚酯硅油。
一种自清洁装饰膜材的制备方法,用于制备所述的自清洁装饰膜材,包括以下步骤:
1)向水中加入乳化剂并搅拌分散均匀,然后在持续搅拌下加入全氟聚醚甲醇和单端羟基硅油,得到水性乳液;
2)将水性聚氨酯树脂和聚全氟丙烯酸酯混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1)中所述水性乳液混合均匀,再依次加入消泡剂、消光粉、导电填料和流平剂搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂以调节粘度,得到浆料;
3)取PVC基膜,用表面处理机,以100目辊轮进行铺张,向步骤2)的所述浆料中加入交联剂并搅拌均匀得到涂料并加入浆槽后,通过所述辊轮辊涂到PVC基膜上面,形成防污防尘的自清洁涂层,在100℃下烘干,收卷,压花,得到自清洁装饰膜材。
对比例1
对比例1为市售某品牌的全氟辛烷类自清洁PVC装饰膜。

本对比例的一种自清洁装饰膜材,与实施例3的区别仅在于:自清洁涂层的原料包括以下按质量份计的组分:

性能测试
1、防尘测试,其实验方法为:
(1)取盆栽土在105℃干燥箱中干燥脱水后,研磨粉碎;将粉碎后的盆栽土用400目筛网进行过筛,取过筛后细土作为测试尘土,备用。
(2)将实施例2-5和对比例1-3的自清洁装饰膜材裁成100×100mm样件两片,取其中一片放入砂尘试验箱中,水平放置。将步骤(1)所制取尘土放入试验箱尘土仓中,按2kg/m3的砂尘浓度进行测试,测试时间168小时。
(3)取出砂尘箱中的试样,并用毛刷轻轻刷匀试样表面的浮尘。
(4)将测试过的样件和无测试的原样目视进行沾色对比,并按GBT251沾色卡进行评级,大于等于四级合格。
2、抗菌测试:按GBT24128进行测试并评级,0级或1级合格。
3、抗油污测试:按通用汽车抗油污测试GMV3402方法进行,对材料进行抗油污能力测评,并按GBT251沾色卡进行评级,大于等于四级合格。
实验结果:如表1-2所示。

从表1-2可以看出,本发明的自清洁装饰膜材具有防尘、抗油污和抗菌性能,污垢不易在自清洁装饰膜材上停留,自清洁性能优异;对比例1的普通膜材,其抗菌性差,且防尘、抗油污无法满足标准;对比例2的自清洁装饰膜材中缺少导电填料,抗静电能力明显下降,其防尘、抗油污性能明显下降,且不含纳米银,抗菌性能差;对比例3的自清洁装饰膜材中缺少导电填料缺少单羟基硅油,其表面疏水结构弱化,其防尘、抗油污性能有所下降。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种装饰膜用自清洁涂料,其特征在于,包括以下按质量份计的组分:
水性聚氨酯90-110份,
水性聚全氟丙烯酸酯50-100份,
全氟聚醚甲醇10-20份,
单羟基硅油1-10份,
交联剂5-10份,
导电填料1-10份,
乳化剂0.5-1份,
水50-150份;
所述导电填料为纳米银沸石、石墨烯和膨胀石墨中的至少一种,所述导电填料的细度为2-5µm;所述交联剂为二异氰酸酯和/或碳化二亚胺;
所述自清洁涂料由以下制备方法得到,步骤如下:
1)向水中加入乳化剂并搅拌分散均匀,然后在持续搅拌下加入全氟聚醚甲醇和单端羟基硅油,得到水性乳液;
2)将水性聚氨酯树脂和聚全氟丙烯酸酯混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入步骤1)中所述水性乳液混合均匀,再依次加入消泡剂、消光粉、导电填料和流平剂搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂以调节粘度,得到浆料;
3)向步骤2)的所述浆料中加入交联剂并搅拌均匀得到自清洁涂料。
2.如权利要求1所述的装饰膜用自清洁涂料,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为烷基磺酸盐和/或聚醚类非离子型乳化剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的装饰膜用自清洁涂料,其特征在于:所述聚醚类非离子型乳化剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇脂和聚氧乙烯共聚物类中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的装饰膜用自清洁涂料,其特征在于:其组分还包括:消光粉1-10份,消泡剂0.5-1份,流平剂0.5-1份,增稠剂 10-30份。
5.如权利要求4所述的装饰膜用自清洁涂料,其特征在于:所述消光粉为聚四氟乙烯和/或纳米银沸石,所述消光粉的细度为2-5 µm。
6.如权利要求4所述的装饰膜用自清洁涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚醚型消泡剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷消泡剂和聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂中的至少一种;
所述流平剂为丙烯酸类流平剂、氟碳类流平剂和有机硅类流平剂中的至少一种;
所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯类增稠剂。
7.一种自清洁装饰膜材,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的装饰膜用自清洁涂料制成的自清洁涂层。
8.权利要求7所述的自清洁装饰膜材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将权利要求1-6任一项所述涂料涂覆于高分子基膜表面,形成防污防尘涂层,烘干,收卷得到自清洁装饰膜材。
