In summary, by means of the technical scheme, the anti-hair loss shampoo can be invented, and the nano liposome is adopted to wrap the L-arginine and the octanoylglycine and has strong similarity with cell membranes, so that the liposome is easy to be fused with cells, a special structure of the liposome can carry hydrophilic and lipophilic functional components to enter cells to play a role, so that the effective components can permeate into skin cells more easily, and then the L-arginine and the octanoylglycine can be conveyed into hair follicles, so that the effects of dilating blood vessels, improving blood supply of the hair follicles and stimulating hair growth can be achieved, meanwhile, sebaceous gland secretion can be restrained, fungi can be restrained, oil and dandruff can be cooperatively controlled, a good anti-hair loss scalp environment can be formed, and the shampoo has high bioavailability and is easy for permeation and absorption of scalp and hair follicles.
The L-arginine and the octanoylglycine contained in the prior art without adopting the nanoliposome inclusion technology are taken down by adopting hair follicle implantation to target hair follicles of a user after the hair washing of the same volunteer by adopting the traditional L-arginine and the octanoylglycine which are contained in the nanoliposome inclusion technology, three points of the head of the volunteer are selected, wherein when two ways are detected, the interval time is 8 hours, the L-arginine in the internal hair follicle is detected,
wherein the determination of L-arginine adopts ultraviolet absorption spectrometry with a mixed solution of alpha-naphthol (methyl Cai Fen) and diacetyl as a color developing agent, wherein the changes of L-arginine and hair follicle positions are shown in the following table 1 and fig. 3:
the octanoyl glycine content is directly determined by adopting a cyano column or an amino column and adopting a high performance liquid chromatography, and the changes of the octanoyl glycine and the hair follicle point are shown in the following table 2 and fig. 4:
compared with the traditional mode and the comparative example, the invention can greatly improve the amount of L-arginine and octanoylglycine in the nano lipid body entering into hair follicles, further can make the hair follicles better absorb, further can play the roles of dilating blood vessels, improving hair follicle blood supply and stimulating hair growth, simultaneously helps to inhibit sebaceous gland secretion, inhibit fungi, cooperatively control oil and remove dandruff, and forms a good alopecia prevention scalp environment, and has high bioavailability and easy penetration and absorption of scalp and hair follicles.
