Abstract
一种广谱杀菌消毒剂,选用氟喹诺酮类抗菌药(如诺氟沙星),硝基咪唑类抗菌药(如甲硝唑)以及洗必泰为有效成分,经反复试验,确定最适宜的比例复方而成。与现有的杀菌消毒剂相比,本发明的广谱杀菌消毒剂,有效地克服了现有中药及西药单方制剂的缺点,使其杀菌能力比其单方的杀菌能力大大增强,更重要的是能同时有效地杀灭多种有害病菌,达到治疗和保健的目的。具有抗菌谱广,杀菌力强,杀菌迅速,杀菌效果好等优点。
Description
本发明属于复方制剂,具体涉及一种广谱杀菌消毒剂。
日常生活中,人们的皮肤表面常常会聚积着大量的细菌,如大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等,这些细菌聚积到一定程度就会对人体健康造成威胁;妇女感染各种妇科疾病的机会也很大,各种细菌性、淋菌性、霉菌性、滴虫性及老年性阴道炎经常困绕着90%以上的成年妇女;日常生活用具及衣物也经常携带着不同的有害病菌,都会对健康造成威胁,所以人们十分需要有效的杀菌消毒剂,目前市场上的中药类杀菌消毒剂,保存期短,不稳定,疗效不明显;而西药单方制剂,如"诗乐氏"、"黛卫"等,其抗菌谱狭窄,不能同时有效杀灭可能存在的多种病菌,限制了使用范围。
本发明针对现有杀菌消毒剂的不足,提供一种能同时杀灭多种有害病菌的广谱杀菌消毒剂。
本发明选用对革兰氏阴性菌具有很强抗菌能力的氟喹诺酮类抗菌药,对滴虫和阿米巴虫具有最强杀灭作用的硝基咪唑类抗菌药以及对革兰氏阳性及阴性菌(包括绿脓杆菌)都有较强杀灭作用的洗必泰作为有效成份,经反复试验,确定最适宜的比例复方而成,不仅使其杀菌能力比其单方的杀菌能力大大增强,更重要的是能同时有效地杀灭多种有害病菌,达到治疗和保健的目的。其有效成份的组成范围(重量百分数)为:
氟喹诺酮类抗菌药 13.5--22,
硝基咪唑类抗菌药 26.5--42,
洗必泰 39.5--55,
本发明推荐选用的有效成份为诺氟沙星,甲硝唑及洗必泰,其组成范围(重量百分数)为:
诺氟沙星 15--20,
甲硝唑 30--40,
洗必泰 42--52。
本发明的有效成份最好选用如下的组成范围(重量百分数):
诺氟沙星 17.5--18.5,
甲硝唑 34.5--38.5,
洗必泰 43.5--47.5。
在实际配制时,还需适量的添加剂,如聚乙二醇,甘油,乙二醇等,最后加入无菌水稀释。一般有效成份在本发明的广谱杀菌消毒剂中的含量范围(重量百分数)为0.08--0.2,而添加剂聚乙二醇为0.01--0.02,甘油为0.008--0.015,乙醇为0.07--0.1。
与现有的杀菌消毒剂相比,本发明的广谱杀菌消毒剂,有效地克服了现有中药及西药单方制剂的缺点,使其杀菌能力比其单方的杀菌能力大大增强,更重要的是能同时有效地杀灭多种有害病菌,达到治疗和保健的目的。具有抗菌谱广,杀菌力强,杀菌迅速,杀菌效果好等优点。
实施例:
称取诺氟沙星2克,置于烧杯中,加入100毫升无菌水,加热至90℃,不断搅拌,用冰醋酸滴定,直至得到澄清溶液;
称取甲硝唑4克,置于烧杯中,加入100毫升无菌水,加热并不断搅拌,直至得到澄清溶液;
称取洗必泰5克,置于烧杯中,加入100毫升乙醇,加热溶解直至得到澄清溶液;
将上述三种配制好的溶液,再加入1.5毫升聚乙二醇及1毫升甘油,充分混合搅拌,加无菌水至10立升。
定量消毒试验:(试验条件:20--25℃)。
将菌液稀释至106--107cfu/ml,吸0.5ml菌液加到4.5ml试验浓度消毒液中,混匀,作用至预定时间后,吸取0.5ml菌药混合液,加到中和液内,混匀,中和十分钟后,进行活菌计数,同时以灭菌蒸馏水代替消毒剂作对照。

送检样品检测结果表明,稀释16倍,作用2分钟对大肠杆菌的杀灭率达99.98%;稀释2倍作用5分钟对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达99.96%,杀菌消毒效果好。

1.一种包含有有效成份、添加剂的广谱杀菌消毒剂,其特征在于在广谱杀菌消毒剂中,
有效成份的含量范围(重量百分数)为0.08--0.2;
添加剂的含量范围(重量百分数)为:
聚乙二醇 0.01--0.02,
甘油 0.008--0.015,
乙醇 0.07--0.1;
无菌水 余量;所述的有效成份,其组成范围(重量百分数)为:
氟喹诺酮类抗菌药 13.5--22,
硝基咪唑类抗菌药 26.5--42,
洗必泰 39.5--55。
2.如权利要求1所述的广谱杀菌消毒剂,其特征在于所述的有效成份的组成范围(重量百分数)为:
诺氟沙星 15--20,
甲硝唑 30--40,
洗必泰 42--52。
3.如权利要求1所述的广谱杀菌消毒剂,其特征在于所述的有效成份的组成范围(重量百分数)为:
诺氟沙星 17.5--18.5,
甲硝唑 34.5--38.5,
洗必泰 43.5--47.5。
