In the prior art, the fixed equipment of the rail transit vehicle often has the problems of inconvenient protection and hoisting, inconvenient installation and maintenance and the like, and the sliding top cover also has the risk of falling off and the problem of high production and manufacturing cost.

Referring to fig. 1, the top shield for a railway vehicle according to the present invention includes: a top shield body 1, the lower part of which is provided with pulleys 5 on two side edges along the length direction of the rail vehicle so that the top shield can move along the length direction of the rail vehicle; and a support guide rail 6, wherein the position of the support guide rail 6 is matched with the position of the pulley 5 on the top protective cover body 1 to provide guidance and support for the pulley 5.
In one embodiment, the roof protective cover body 1 is made of glass fiber sandwich PET composite materials, has the characteristics of high strength, good rigidity and light weight, and can prevent sundries such as branches and fallen leaves from being accumulated on a roof, impact damage of road flystones and hailstones to overhead equipment, and chemical damage of high-strength ultraviolet rays to the overhead equipment.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the pulley 5 is connected with the top shield body 1 through a pulley bracket 3, the pulley bracket 3 is in an inverted 'n' shape, the protruding part of the pulley bracket is provided with the pulley 5, and two side edges are provided with bolt mounting holes for being matched with pre-embedded stud plates 4 arranged on the lower side edges of the top shield body 1 to mount the pulley 5.
Pulley support 3 provides the mounted position for the pulley on the one hand, on the other hand with push up pre-buried stud board 4 cooperation fixed connection on the protection casing, make pulley 5 and top protection casing body 1 become a whole.

Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the lower portion of the support rail 6 is fixed to two sides of the top of the rail vehicle along the length direction of the rail vehicle by a plurality of rail support bases 16, and the mounting position of the support rail 6 matches the position of the pulley 5 on the top shield body 1 to provide guidance and support for the pulley 5.
The guide rail supporting base 16 is connected with the upper bracket of the vehicle body through bolts, so that the supporting guide rail 6 is firmly and reliably connected with the vehicle body.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the top protective cover body 1 is centrally provided with a plurality of kidney-shaped air outlet holes 8 for discharging the top air inflation and hot air during the traveling of the rail vehicle.

Referring to fig. 3A and 3B, in an embodiment, a locking piece 9 bent downward is further disposed at a front portion of the pulley bracket 3, and the pulley bracket 3 is fixedly connected to the support rail 6 through a bolt mounting hole disposed on the locking piece 9 during a traveling process of the rail vehicle to block the pulley 5 from moving.
The sliding type top protective cover of the railway vehicle can realize the long-distance sliding of the top cover in the length direction of the top supporting guide rail 6 through the pulley 5, and the top protective cover needs to be fixed to prevent the sliding of the top protective cover in the process of train advancing.

Fig. 4 is a front view, a partial sectional view, and a partial enlarged view of a support rail according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, a plurality of drainage holes 11 are formed in the center of the support rail 6, and a water guiding groove 12 is formed below the support rail 6 at a position corresponding to the drainage holes 11 to drain the liquid penetrating into the support rail 6.
In the running environment of the train, rain and snow weather can be met, so that rain, dew and other liquid are permeated into the groove of the support guide rail 6, if the rain, dew and other liquid cannot be removed in time, the support guide rail 6 and the pulley 5 are easily corroded, the normal sliding of the pulley 5 in the support guide rail 6 is influenced, the service life of the equipment such as the support guide rail 6 and the pulley 5 is shortened, and a safety accident can be caused if the normal sliding is serious.
Therefore, the drain holes 11 and the water guide grooves 12 are formed in the guide rail grooves, and the effect of guiding and draining rainwater and other substances penetrating into the top protective cover supporting guide rail 6 is achieved, so that the service life of the supporting guide rail 6 is prolonged, and the reliability of the device is improved.

Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, an anti-falling flange 7 is disposed at an upper portion of an outer side of the support rail 6 for limiting the horizontal movement of the pulley 5 to prevent the top shield from falling off.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, a plurality of flanging groove notches 14 are formed in the anti-falling flanging 7 of the support guide rail 6, and the position intervals of the flanging groove notches 14 correspond to the position intervals among the pulleys 5 so as to insert and mount the top protection cover, so that the top protection cover can vertically enter and exit the support guide rail 6 in the hoisting process.

a top shield body, a lower portion of which is mounted with pulleys on both side edges in a length direction of the rail vehicle so that the top shield can move in the length direction of the rail vehicle; and
the lower parts of the supporting guide rails are fixedly arranged on two side edges above the roof of the railway vehicle along the length direction of the railway vehicle through a plurality of guide rail supporting bases, and the positions of the supporting guide rails are matched with the positions of the pulleys on the roof protective cover body so as to provide guiding and supporting for the pulleys;
the upper portion of the outer side of the supporting guide rail is provided with an anti-falling flange used for limiting the pulley to move in the horizontal direction so as to prevent the top protective cover from falling off.

4. The roof guard of claim 1 wherein the pulley is further provided with a drop-off nut in the direction of the rotation axis to restrict the horizontal movement of the pulley in the support rail.

The top shield according to claim 1, wherein the anti-falling flanges of the support rail are provided with a plurality of flange groove notches, and the position intervals of the plurality of flange groove notches correspond to the position intervals between the pulleys so as to insert-mount the top shield.
6. The top hood of claim 1, wherein the support rail is provided with end stops at front and rear ends along a length of the rail vehicle to block the top hood from sliding out of the length of the support rail.
7. The roof guard of claim 1, wherein a plurality of drainage holes are formed at a center of the support rail, and a water guide groove is formed below the support rail at a position corresponding to the drainage holes to drain liquid penetrating into the support rail.
8. The top shield of claim 1 wherein a plurality of lifting rings are provided at symmetrical locations on the top of the top shield body to provide lifting force points for mounting the top shield.
9. The roof hood of claim 1 wherein the roof hood body has a plurality of kidney shaped exhaust holes centrally disposed therein for exhausting top bloating and hot air from the rail vehicle during travel.
10. The top shield of claim 1 wherein the top shield body is made of a glass fiber sandwich PET composite.
