Abstract
The invention discloses an auditory canal cleaning solution and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of auditory canal cleaning solutions, wherein the auditory canal cleaning solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of vegetable oil, 20-40 parts of glycerol, 15-30 parts of light mineral oil, 9-18 parts of lanolin, 2-5 parts of essence, 4-8 parts of a bactericide, 3-6 parts of an antioxidant, 7-29 parts of ethanol, 12-18 parts of hydrogen peroxide and 30-65 parts of purified water, wherein the main component of the bactericide is hexachlorodiphenylol methane or iodophor solution; can quickly and efficiently kill pathogenic bacteria in the auditory canal, effectively avoid infection in the auditory canal, control symptoms of chronic otitis media, and effectively prevent ear diseases such as tinnitus, earache, ear swelling, hearing loss, otitis media and the like; vegetable oil, glycerin and light mineral oil are selected for external use, and the external use is nourishing and moisturizing, and has small toxic and side effects.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of auditory canal cleaning liquid, in particular to auditory canal cleaning liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Earwax blocks up the disease that many the indicate earwax blocks up the duct and arouses, earwax is commonly known as earwax, the normal secretion of duct, many can deviate from by oneself, do not take place to block up and arouse the symptom, often be accompanied with the sense of stuffy plug of earwax, hearing declines, tinnitus, vertigo symptom, common disease has earwax embolism, the external auditory canal has self-cleaning's function, secretion in the external auditory canal can discharge automatically when chewing, so do not need the cleanness of carelessness, do not draw the ear at ordinary times as far as possible, keep the ear dry, avoid advancing water just, if draw the ear often, can destroy the environment in the duct, arouse that secretion increases in the ear, the ear larynx, even pain, the condition of hearing decline, if the ear endocrine is too much, need to reach the otorhinolaryngology branch of academic or vocational study and let the doctor clear up.
The ear canal is cleaned by carrying the object to the bedside, the patient is in a sitting position, the head is slightly deviated to the opposite side, the affected ear is slightly upward, a treatment towel or a rubber blanket is arranged around the neck and the shoulder of the same side, the bent disc of the hand support of the patient is tightly attached to the skin of the neck which is hung from the ear, so that water can flow back into the bent disc during washing, the auricle is pulled backwards and upwards by the left hand of an operator to enable the external ear canal to be in a straight line, the right hand holds the ear washing device, warm water is properly adjusted and injected into the back upper wall of the external ear canal, the force cannot be too strong, the head of the washing device cannot be tightly plugged into the external ear canal, so that the water cannot flow out to burst the eardrum, the eardrum cannot be directly impacted, the eardrum is prevented from being damaged, the external ear canal is wiped with a dry cotton swab after washing, the external ear canal and the eardrum are inspected to have no damage or lesion, and if the ear drum is treated in time.
In the above-mentioned operation process, if earwax once washes unclean, must continue to drip medicine, wash after the softening, traditional means is for dripping into hydrogen peroxide solution to duct, make earwax react with hydrogen peroxide and soften, nevertheless earwax reacts too strongly with the duct washing liquid, can cause the painful physiological reaction of duct stabbing, cause the hearing to decline, comparatively serious hearing disease more can cause the duct to excessively produce the secretion, breed the bacterium at the duct easily, cause to clear up the earwax repeatedly, it is great to the ear canal damage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that traditional auditory canal cleaning solution is large in irritation and prone to causing hearing loss, and provides auditory canal cleaning solution and a preparation method thereof, so that the problems are solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the ear canal cleaning solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of vegetable oil, 20-40 parts of glycerol, 15-30 parts of light mineral oil, 9-18 parts of lanolin, 2-5 parts of essence, 4-8 parts of bactericide, 3-6 parts of antioxidant, 7-29 parts of ethanol, 12-18 parts of hydrogen peroxide and 30-65 parts of purified water, wherein the lanolin moistens and dries earwax deeply, which is beneficial to cleaning hard dirt of auditory canal, and the earwax is acted together with hydrogen peroxide with proper dose to soften, loosen, disintegrate and moderate in irritation; the vegetable oil, the glycerin and the light mineral oil play roles of sealing and moisturizing, a film can be formed in the auditory canal to prevent air from entering, the moisture of the skin is not easy to evaporate, the moisture in the air can be absorbed to moisten the skin, and the nourishing ingredients in the vegetable oil can penetrate into the cuticle layer of the epidermis to help to repair the skin at the bottom layer of the auditory canal; ethanol and purified water are used as solvents; the essence can alleviate odor.
Furthermore, the main component of the bactericide is hexachlorodiphenol methane or iodophor solution, wherein hexachlorodiphenol methane can be used as a baby oil sterilization raw material, has small toxic and side effects, and iodophor has broad-spectrum sterilization effect and can kill bacterial propagules, fungi, protozoa and partial viruses.
Further, the antioxidant is any one or a mixture of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E and carotenoid, and the antioxidant is used for reducing cell oxidative damage.
A preparation method of an ear canal cleaning solution comprises the following preparation steps:
step 1: weighing excessive purified water and quantitative vegetable oil, glycerol and light mineral oil according to parts by weight, heating the purified water, pouring the vegetable oil, the glycerol and the light mineral oil into the purified water for mixing, wherein the mixing and stirring speed is 220-500 rad/min, the stirrer power is 1-5 KW, and the stirring time is 7-15 min until the purified water and the vegetable oil, the glycerol and the light mineral oil are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution A;
step 2: weighing lanolin, a bactericide and an antioxidant in a certain weight part ratio, adding the lanolin, the bactericide and the antioxidant into the mixed solution A, stirring, and reheating the mixed solution A, wherein the stirring speed is 100-500 rad/min, the stirrer power is 1-5 KW, and the stirring time is 15-30 min, so as to obtain a mixed solution B;
