Claims (10)
- A full-automatic immunoassay analyzer with periodic automatic calibration, comprising: the liquid taking module (1), the feeding module (2) and the detection module (3) are arranged on the periphery of the detection module (3);wherein the detection module (3) comprises: a support table (31);the outer ring (32) and the inner ring (35) are arranged on the support platform (31), and the outer ring (32) and the inner ring (35) are rotationally connected with the support platform (31); anda data processor;an optical assembly (33) is arranged above the supporting table (31), the optical assembly (33) is positioned on the periphery of the outer ring (32), and the optical assembly (33) is in wireless connection with the data processor; the top end of the outer ring (32) is provided with a calibration object (34), the outer ring (32) is driven to rotate by an outer ring driving module, and the outer ring driving module periodically drives the outer ring (32) to rotate along the forward direction or the reverse direction so as to control the calibration object (34) to be located under the optical component (33).
- The fully automated periodically autocalibrated immunoassay analyzer according to claim 1, wherein said optical assembly (33) comprises: a position fine-adjuster (331) provided in the horizontal direction;the bearing frame (332) is in transmission connection with the power output end of the position trimmer (331); andan optical module (333) fixedly mounted on a surface of the receiving frame (332);the position trimmer (331) drives the optical module (333) to reciprocate along the horizontal direction so as to trim the position of the optical module (333).
- The fully automated and periodically automatically calibrated immunoassay analyzer of claim 2, wherein said optics module (333) comprises: a fixed frame (3331) which is hollow inside; andthe laser emitter (3332), the dichroic mirror (3333), the first lens (3334), the optical filter (3335), the second lens (3336), the pinhole diaphragm (3337) and the detector (3338) are arranged in the fixed frame body (3331);wherein, first lens (3334), dichroscope (3333), light filter (3335), second lens (3336), pinhole diaphragm (3337) and detector (3338) set gradually along vertical direction from the bottom up, just first lens (3334), dichroscope (3333), light filter (3335), second lens (3336), pinhole diaphragm (3337) and detector (3338) set up along vertical direction is coaxial, laser emitter (3331) with dichroscope (3333) is located same height along vertical direction, dichroscope (3333) slope sets up, detector (3338) with data processor wireless connection.
- The automatic periodic calibration immunoassay analyzer of claim 1, wherein the outer ring (32) comprises a calibration portion (321), a positioning groove (3211) is formed at the top end of the calibration portion (321), the positioning groove (3211) is adapted to the calibrator (34), and the calibrator (34) is disposed in the positioning groove (3211).
- The automatic periodic calibration full-automatic immunoassay analyzer according to claim 4, wherein the calibration part (321) is internally provided with a fluorescent focusing groove (3212), the fluorescent focusing groove (3212) is located right below the positioning groove (3211), the cross section of the fluorescent focusing groove (3212) is in an arc shape, and the surface of the fluorescent focusing groove (3212) is polished.
- The full-automatic immunity analyzer with periodic automatic calibration as recited in claim 1, wherein the inner ring (35) is embedded in the outer ring (32) and is concentrically arranged with the outer ring (32), at least two object stages (322) are fixedly arranged on the outer ring (32), a test paper blanking station (311), a test paper box replacing station (312) and a fluorescence analysis station (313) are sequentially arranged on the support stage (31) along the circumferential direction of the inner ring (35) at equal intervals, at least one test paper box (36) is arranged on the inner ring (35), and the optical assembly (33) is arranged on the fluorescence analysis station (313).
- The automatic periodic calibration full-automatic immunoassay analyzer according to claim 6, wherein a test strip cassette holder (38) is fixedly installed on the inner ring (35), the lower half section of the test strip cassette (36) is detachably inserted into the test strip cassette holder (38), and the number of the test strip cassette holders (38) corresponds to the number of the test strip cassettes (36).
- The automatic analyzer according to claim 7, wherein the test strip cartridge holder (38) has a test strip exit (381) at the root thereof and through the front and rear sides thereof, and the test strip cartridge holder (36) has a test strip drop slot (361) at the bottom thereof, the test strip drop slot being in communication with the test strip exit (381).
- The automatic periodic calibration immunoassay analyzer of claim 8, wherein the front side of the reagent strip cassette holder (38) is provided with a left guide holder (382) and a right guide holder (383) respectively located at the left and right sides of the reagent strip ejection port (381), the left guide holder (382) and the right guide holder (383) are respectively provided with a left guide groove (3821) and a right guide groove (3831) which are oppositely arranged, and the surfaces of the left guide groove (3821) and the right guide groove (3831) and the bottom surface of the reagent strip self-falling groove (361) are located on the same horizontal plane.
- A method for automatic calibration of a periodically auto-calibrated full-automatic immunoassay analyzer according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:s1, selecting a calibrator;s2, establishing a database of the calibration object and the optical module;s3, periodically and automatically acquiring data information of the optical module and the calibration object, and uploading the data information to a database to analyze and compare the data in the database;s4, correcting the set parameters of the optical module by using the parameter correction table;and S5, verifying the correction effect.
