the connecting disc 23 is fixed on the top of the flow control plate 20, a valve rod 24 in threaded fit with the central valve body 10 is fixed on the top of the connecting disc 23, and the valve rod 24 is driven by a rotating wheel 25; at the in-process of opening the valve at every turn, not only can satisfy the clearance to valve inlet tube 11 and outlet pipe 12 inner wall, can scrape reciprocating of pole 26 through the arc moreover and realize the synchronous clearance of central valve body 10 inner wall adhesion dirt to realize cleaing away fast of adhesion dirt on the whole inner wall of blowoff valve, increase the clearance effect of blowoff valve.

Claims (8)

1. A two-way self-cleaning linear type blowoff valve applied to the field of sewage treatment comprises a blowoff valve body, wherein the blowoff valve body comprises a central valve body, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are respectively connected to the central valve body, and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are coaxially arranged; the method is characterized in that:
a coaxial separating disc is fixedly connected inside the central valve body, the separating disc divides the central valve body into a closed cavity and a water passing cavity, and the water inlet pipe, the water passing cavity and the water outlet pipe form a water delivery channel;
a flow control assembly is arranged in the central valve body and used for controlling the opening and closing of the water through cavity;
horizontal cleaning mechanisms are arranged in the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, and the horizontal cleaning mechanisms are meshed with the flow control assembly; the flow control assembly moves upwards to drive the horizontal cleaning mechanism to rotate and move horizontally, so that dirt adhered to the inner walls of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe is cleaned.
2. The linear bidirectional self-cleaning blowdown valve applied to the field of sewage treatment of claim 1, wherein a fixed frame and a threaded frame are respectively arranged inside the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, and the fixed frame and the threaded frame are coaxially arranged;
the fixing frame is fixedly connected with the position close to the central valve body, and the threaded frame is fixedly connected with the position far away from the central valve body.
3. The linear blowdown valve of claim 2, wherein the horizontal cleaning mechanism comprises a horizontal drive assembly, the horizontal drive assembly comprising:
the transmission gear is arranged on one side of the fixed frame close to the flow control assembly; and
the horizontal rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the transmission gear and is in rotating fit with the fixing frame; and a limiting rod is fixedly connected to the peripheral side surface of the horizontal rotating shaft and extends along the length direction of the horizontal rotating shaft.
4. A bi-directional self-cleaning linear trapvalve for use in sewage treatment applications as claimed in claim 3 wherein said horizontal cleaning mechanism further comprises a rotary cleaning assembly, said rotary cleaning assembly comprising:
the inner wall of the hollow connecting pipe is provided with limiting grooves corresponding to the limiting rods one by one, and the limiting rods can be arranged in a sliding mode along the extending direction of the limiting grooves; the hollow connecting pipe is in threaded fit with the threaded rack at the corresponding position; and
the rotary scraping structures are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the hollow connecting pipe; rotatory scraping structure includes fixes with the axle center solid fixed ring on the cavity connecting tube outer wall, gu fixed ring goes up the annular equipartition and has a plurality of bracing pieces on the outer wall, bracing piece one end is connected and is fixed with the arc scraper blade.
5. The linear bidirectional self-cleaning blowdown valve as claimed in claim 4, wherein the arc scraper blade in the water inlet pipe is attached to the inner wall of the water inlet pipe, and the arc scraper blade in the water outlet pipe is attached to the inner wall of the water outlet pipe;
one of the rotary type cleaning assembly is rotated and scraped from the structure laminating and is kept away from corresponding mount flow control assembly on the surface, another of rotary type cleaning assembly is rotated and is scraped from the structure laminating and is kept away from corresponding screw thread frame flow control assembly on the surface.

The linear bidirectional self-cleaning blowdown valve as claimed in claim 3, wherein a positioning notch is formed in the center of the bottom of the water passing cavity, a sealing groove is formed in the top of the separation disc, a sliding hole communicated with the water passing cavity is formed in the bottom of the sealing groove, and both ends of the sliding hole are arranged in a curved surface structure coplanar with the inner wall of the central valve body.
7. The linear bidirectional self-cleaning blowdown valve of claim 6, wherein the flow control assembly comprises:
the two end faces of the flow control plate are both of curved surface structures which are attached to the inner wall of the central valve body;
the positioning disc is fixedly connected to the bottom of the flow control plate and is in clearance fit with the positioning notch; the circumferential side surface of the positioning disc is connected with a driving rack meshed with the corresponding transmission gear through a support rod; and
and the connecting disc is fixed on the top of the flow control panel, a valve rod in threaded fit with the central valve body is fixed on the top of the connecting disc, and the valve rod is driven by a rotating wheel.
8. The linear bidirectional self-cleaning blowdown valve of claim 6, wherein the flow control assembly comprises:
the two end faces of the flow control plate are both of curved surface structures which are attached to the inner wall of the central valve body; arc-shaped scraping rods attached to the inner wall of the central valve body are fixed on the side walls of the two curved surfaces of the flow control plate;
the positioning disc is fixedly connected with the bottom of the flow control plate and is in clearance fit with the positioning notch; the circumferential side surface of the positioning disc is connected with a driving rack meshed with the corresponding transmission gear through a support rod; and
the connecting disc is fixed on the top of the flow control plate, a valve rod in threaded fit with the central valve body is fixed on the top of the connecting disc, and the valve rod is driven by a rotating wheel.
