7. The cutting device of claim 1, wherein the connection between the outer ends of the inner and outer rotors is a clearance fit.
8. The resection device of claim 1, wherein the connection portion is clearance fit with the catheter and the outer rotor.
9. The resection device of claim 1, wherein the outer rotor is tubular, having an inner diameter that is the same as the catheter, and an outer diameter that is different from the catheter.
10. The resection device of claim 1, wherein the connection portion is a connecting straight rod or a screw rod, and a blade is provided on a rod body of the screw rod.
