A key assembly 8 is arranged on the shell 1, the key assembly 8 comprises a second reset piece 83, a pressing part 81 and a fastening piece 82 combined with the pressing part 81, the second reset piece (83) is positioned at the top of the fastening piece (82), and a plurality of concave parts 211 matched with the fastening piece 82 are arranged on the surface of the first moving piece 21; by providing the fasteners 82, the two clamp arms are prevented from sliding; and under the using state of the fishing reel winder, two arm lock are close to the middle position of the shell 1 at this moment, when needing to reset two arm lock, press down the pressing part 81, fastener 82 moves upwards, the second resets 83 and receives upward pressure and compresses, fastener 82 breaks away from the concave part 211 simultaneously, under the locking effect that lacks fastener 82, first resets 311 and pulls second arm lock 3 to move when resetting, and driving medium 6 rotates under the removal of second arm lock 3, drive first arm lock 2 and move toward the shell 1 one end of the opposite direction of second arm lock 3, thereby realize resetting of first arm lock 2 and second arm lock 3, then loosen and press the pressing part 81, because lose and press external force, second resets 83 and resets and drives fastener 82 and fall into the concave part 211 again, realize the auto-lock.
