Referring to Fig. 1 to Fig. 7, a display assembly for a refrigerator provided by a preferred embodiment of the present invention not only has the function of illuminating the inside of the refrigeration equipment, but also has the function of lighting various modules or function display patterns. Function.

As shown in FIG. 1 , a display assembly for a refrigerator provided by a preferred embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that it includes a surface light source assembly 10 arranged on the inner wall of the compartment of the refrigerator, adjacent to the surface light source assembly 10 of the decorative light assembly 20 . In this embodiment, the surface light source assembly 10 is used for lighting in the refrigerator, which is convenient for users to store food or articles; the decorative light assembly 20 is used to light up the display patterns of various modules or functions, providing eye-catching functional graphics for users, and to prompt the user.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 , the decorative light assembly 20 includes a decorative light emitting part 21 and a display cover 23 covering the front side of the decorative light emitting part 21, and the display cover 23 has a display area 23a and a reflective area 23b disposed between the display area 23a and the surface light source assembly 10, at least part of the light emitted by the decorative light emitting element 21 is reflected by the reflective area 23b and then irradiates to the edge of the surface light source assembly 10 . In this embodiment, the light reflected by the light-emitting part 21 of the decorative light through the reflective area 23b can weaken the light intensity at the edge of the surface light source assembly 10, and merge with the light at the edge of the surface light source assembly 10 to form a halo, so that the surface light source assembly 10 A clear boundary is formed around it, which weakens the influence of the surface light source assembly 10 on the adjacent or close decorative lamp assembly 20, and makes it easier for the user to observe the display content on the display area 23a.

Further, the decorative light emitting part 21 has an arc-shaped light-emitting surface 21a, the reflective area 23b has a reflective surface 23c facing the decorative light emitting part 21, and the reflective surface 23c is not perpendicular to the plane where the surface light source assembly 10 is located. . In this embodiment, a decorative light emitting part 21 with an arc-shaped light-emitting surface 21a is used. The decorative light emitting part 21 can illuminate the display area 23a and the reflective area 23b at the same time, which not only meets the lighting requirements of the display area 23a, but also allows the light to illuminate the reflective area. The region 23b is finally reflected at the edge of the surface light source assembly 10, so as to achieve the purpose of the present invention. Of course, the light-emitting surface 21a of the decorative lamp light-emitting part 21 here can be partially or entirely arc-shaped, as long as the required angle of light irradiating the display area 23a and the reflective area 23b is satisfied.

Specifically, as shown in Fig. 3a, the reflective surface 23c is set parallel to the plane where the surface light source assembly 10 is located. The surface 23c can reflect the light to the edge of the surface light source assembly 10, which can be realized only by adjusting the position of the center of the arc of the light-emitting surface 21a or adjusting the diameter of the arc.

Similarly, Fig. 3b and Fig. 3c are respectively two situations where the reflective surface 23c is not parallel to the plane where the surface light source assembly 10 is located. place. As long as the reflective surface 23c is not perpendicular to the plane where the surface light source assembly 10 is located, two special conditions are met. Moreover, the light-emitting part 21 of the decorative light has an arc-shaped light-emitting surface 21a, which can realize different inclination angles of the display cover 23 relative to the surface light source assembly 10, and meet requirements of different scenes.

Further, the decorative light emitting part 21 has a planar light-emitting surface 21a, the reflective area 23b has a reflective surface 23c facing the decorative light emitting part 21, and the plane where the light-emitting surface 23c is located and the plane where the reflective surface 23c is located form a plane. Angle settings. In this embodiment, the decorative light emitting part 21 with a planar light-emitting surface 21a is used. The decorative light emitting part 21 can illuminate the display area 23a and the reflective area 23b at the same time, which not only meets the lighting requirements of the display area 23a, but also illuminates the reflective area. The region 23b is finally reflected at the edge of the surface light source assembly 10, so as to achieve the purpose of the present invention. Of course, the light-emitting surface 21a of the decorative light emitting element 21 here can be partially set as a planar structure or as a whole as a planar structure, as long as the required angle of light irradiating the display area 23a and the reflective area 23b is satisfied.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4a, the reflective surface 23c is set parallel to the plane where the surface light source assembly 10 is located. Since the light rays of the light-emitting surface 21a of the planar structure are all perpendicular to the light-emitting surface 21a, in order to ensure that the reflective surface 23c can be The reflection of the light to the edge of the surface light source assembly 10 is realized only by adjusting the relative inclination angle between the light-emitting surface 21a and the light-reflecting surface 23c accordingly.

Similarly, Fig. 4b and Fig. 4c respectively show two situations where the reflective surface 23c is not parallel to the plane where the surface light source assembly 10 is located, and both implementations can meet the requirement that the reflective surface 23c can reflect light to the edge of the surface light source assembly 10 place. As long as the plane where the light emitting surface 23c is located and the plane where the light reflecting surface 23c is located form an included angle. Moreover, the light-emitting part 21 of the decorative light has a light-emitting surface 21a with a planar structure, which not only can realize the different inclination angles of the display cover 23 relative to the surface light source assembly 10, and meet the requirements of different scenarios, but also the light-emitting part 21 of the decorative light with this structure has a lower cost. Low.

In addition, regardless of whether the above-mentioned light emitting surface 21a adopts the arc shape or the light emitting surface 21a with a planar structure, a single decorative light emitting part 21 is used, but the single decorative light emitting part 21 is not limited to a single shaped light emitting surface 21a, it can be an arc The light-emitting surface 21a formed in combination with the light-emitting surface 21a having a planar structure together constitutes the light-emitting element 21 of the decorative light. For example, the upper part of the decorative light emitting part 21 is a planar light-emitting surface 21a and the lower part is an arc-shaped light-emitting surface 21a, which can save installation space to the greatest extent.

Further, with reference to FIG. 5 , the display cover 23 has a light-transmitting body 23d and a reflective layer 23e disposed on the light-transmitting body 23d. In this embodiment, the light-transmitting body 23d can be injection-molded with a transparent material, and the light-reflecting layer 23e can be integrally formed with the light-transmitting body 23d by in-mold injection molding or in-mold transfer, which saves manufacturing costs. Moreover, the way of in-mold injection molding or in-mold transfer printing can make the display mask 23 have a hidden effect, that is, when the decorative light emitting part 21 does not emit light, the display pattern cannot be seen, and after the decorative light emitting part 21 emits light, the pattern is displayed. show up.

Specifically, the display area 23a is formed on the upper part of the light-transmitting body 23d and the reflective layer 23e is not provided. In this embodiment, the decorative light emitting part 21 directly shines on the light-transmitting body 23d, and finally displays to the user through the area where the reflective layer 23e is not provided. The area where the reflective layer 23e is not provided here can be provided with different shapes, patterns or characters according to the needs of the product, as long as it can allow light to pass through.

Specifically, the reflective area 23b is formed at the lower part of the light-transmitting body 23d and is provided with the reflective layer 23e. In this embodiment, the arrangement of the reflective layer 23e can reflect the light from the light emitting part 21 of the decorative light, so as to achieve the purpose of the present invention.

The present invention also provides another preferred implementation mode. As a further improvement of the present invention, as shown in FIG. The second light-emitting part 21c, the first light-emitting part 21b is located between the surface light source assembly 10 and the second light-emitting part 23c. In this embodiment, the light-emitting part 21 of the decorative light is divided into a first light-emitting part 21b and a second light-emitting part 21c, which further optimizes the structure.

Wherein, the reflective surface 23c is arranged parallel to the plane where the surface light source assembly 10 is located. In this embodiment, the surface light source assembly 10 is arranged on the rear wall of the refrigerator, that is, when the user opens the refrigerator and looks directly at the surface light source assembly 10, since the reflective surface 23c is parallel to the surface light source assembly 10, the light-transmitting body 23d of the display mask 23 It is also parallel to the rear wall of the refrigerator, that is, the user looks directly at the display area 23a on the display mask 23, so that the user can observe the display content of the display area 23a more clearly.

Moreover, since the display planes of the surface light source assembly 10 and the display area 23a are relatively parallel, their respective main light rays are directly irradiated toward the user, so as to achieve the purpose of conspicuously reminding the user, and only a small amount of diffusely reflected light rays are irradiated toward each other, further weakening the surface area. Effect of the light source assembly 10 on the display area 23a.

Moreover, since the first light emitting member 21 b is used to form a halo, it can set the length of the light strip according to the length of the side edge of the surface light source assembly 10 . Since the second light-emitting part 21c is used to display the graphic characters of some modules or functions, it can set the length of the light strip according to the display range setting width of the display area 23a, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the decorative light-emitting part 21 to the greatest extent, and the structure It is more optimized, and the display effect is better, without unnecessary light.

Further, the decorative light assembly 20 is located above the surface light source assembly 10, and the decorative light assembly 20 also includes a mount 25 for mounting the light-emitting part 21 of the decorative light. The mount 25 has a The second installation surface 25b arranged in parallel with 23d, and the first installation surface 25a connected to the lower end of the second installation surface 25b, the first installation surface 25a is set backward and downward from the lower end of the second installation surface 25b, so The first light-emitting element 21b is disposed on the first installation surface 25a, and the second light-emitting element 21c is disposed on the second installation surface 25b. In this embodiment, the arrangement of the mounting base 25 further optimizes the structure of the decorative light assembly 20 .

Continuing to refer to FIG. 5 , wherein, after the first light-emitting element 21b is installed on the first installation surface 25a, in addition to irradiating toward the light-reflecting area 23b, the mounting seat 25 extends out of the sidewall at the upper and lower positions of the first light-emitting element 21b, so that The light of the first light-emitting element 21b is more concentrated, which improves the illumination effect.

Similarly, after the second light-emitting element 21c is installed on the second installation surface 25b, in addition to irradiating toward the display area 23a, the mounting seat 25 also extends out of the sidewall at the upper and lower positions of the second light-emitting element 21c, so that the second light-emitting element 21c The light is more concentrated and the irradiation effect is improved.

Further, the decorative light assembly 20 further includes a light-transmitting cover 27 vertically connected to the reflective area 23 b and located between the light-emitting part 21 of the decorative light and the surface light source assembly 10 . In this embodiment, the light-transmitting cover 27 is made of a transparent material, which not only can directly pass through the light generated by the first light-emitting element 21b, but also can pass through the light reflected by the first light-emitting element 21b through the light-reflecting area 23b. In addition, since the light-transmitting body 23d is parallel to the plane where the surface light source assembly 10 is located, the light-transmitting cover 27 is perpendicular to the plane where the surface light source assembly 10 is located. Irradiating in the direction of the light source assembly 10 weakens light generated by diffuse reflection around the side edge of the surface light source assembly 10 .

Further, a first light diffusion sheet 30 is fixedly disposed inside the transparent cover 27 . In this embodiment, the front end of the first light diffusion sheet 30 is attached to the light-transmitting body 23 d , and the rear end thereof extends to the upper side edge of the decorative surface light source assembly 10 . The effective light transmission range of the light transmission cover 27 is from the rear end of the light transmission body 23d to the plane where the upper side edge of the surface light source assembly 10 is located, and the first light diffusion sheet 30 just covers the effective light transmission range, so that all light transmission The light transmission cover 27 and the light effectively irradiated on the upper side edge of the surface light source assembly 10 are all refracted to realize diffuse reflection, weaken the display light, and avoid dazzling effect to the user.

Further, a second light diffusion sheet 40 is provided in the display area 23a opposite to the second light-emitting element 21c inside the light-transmitting body 23d. In this embodiment, the second light diffusing sheet 40 covers the effective illumination range of the second light-emitting element 21c, so that the light passing through the light-transmitting body 23d is less dazzling.

In addition, the first light-diffusing sheet 30 and the second light-diffusing sheet 40 can be set in different colors according to needs, making them different from the color of light emitted by the surface light source assembly 10, on the one hand highlighting the display effect of the entire decorative light assembly 20, and on the other hand On the one hand, different colors of light can also express different display effects. For example, the sterilization module can use healthy colors such as blue and green to create a healthy environment.

Further, the surface light source assembly 10 includes a light-transmitting panel 11, and a decorative strip 13 installed on the edge of the light-transmitting panel 11 adjacent to the decorative light assembly 20, and the decorative strip 13 has a The decorative strip front wall 13a on the front end surface, the light reflected by the decorative light emitting part 21 through the reflective area 23b is irradiated on the decorative strip front wall 13a. In this embodiment, the light generated by the first light-emitting element 21b is reflected by the reflective area 23b and then illuminates the front wall 13a of the decorative strip, so that the light reflected by the first light-emitting element 21b and the light at the edge of the surface light source assembly 10 are fused to form light. The halo is displayed on the front wall 13a of the decorative strip. The reflective property of the decorative strip 13 is used to conspicuously display the above halo, and the boundary between the surface light source assembly 10 and the decorative light assembly 20 is further strengthened.

In addition, the light reflected by the reflective area 23b can be further reflected towards the surface light source assembly 10 after passing through the front wall 13a of the decorative strip, so as to further weaken the light scattered around the surface light source assembly 10 .

Further, the decorative strip 13 is made of aluminum alloy. In this embodiment, the decorative strip is preferably made of an aluminum alloy material, which not only has good reflective and decorative effects, but also has good molding properties.

Specifically, the front surface of the decorative strip front wall 13a is provided with a diffuse reflection coating 13b. In this embodiment, the diffuse reflection layer 13b is sandblasted to increase the roughness of the surface to achieve a diffuse reflection effect and avoid the user's glare from the light.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6 , the lower end of the transparent body 23d extends downwards to the top front side of the front wall 13a of the decorative strip. The shading covers 29 at the left and right ends of the decorative strip front wall 13a have lower ends extending to the lower side of the decorative strip front wall 13a, and the rear end surfaces thereof are attached to the front side of the decorative strip front wall 13a. In this embodiment, the setting of the shade 29 blocks the light from the first light-emitting element 21b from diffusing to the left and right sides of the front wall 13a of the decorative strip. Moreover, the two shading covers 29 cooperate with the display mask 23 to surround the area where the halo is formed on the front wall 13a of the decorative strip, so that the light forming the halo is more concentrated and the effect of the halo is clearer.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7 , the display assembly for the refrigerator is arranged on the air duct cover plate 50 inside the compartment of the refrigeration equipment, and the mounting base 25 is installed on the air duct cover plate 50 through fasteners. The display mask 23 also includes a mounting frame 23f that is bent and extended from the left, right and upper side edges of the light-transmitting body 23d toward the decorative light emitting part 21, and the mounting frame 23f is snap-connected to the mounting seat 25 And air duct cover plate 50. In this embodiment, the left and right side walls of the installation frame 23f are snap-connected with the air duct cover plate 50 respectively, and the upper side walls of the installation frame 23f are snap-connected with the mounting seat 25. In addition, in order to improve the connection strength, the transparent cover The rear end of 27 is also snap-connected with mounting seat 25. The above connection method increases the connection strength of the components of the decorative light assembly 20, and is convenient for later maintenance and replacement.
